Extra charges, stained

The elevator was broken. My room was on 3rd floor. I had to wait upon checkin for my room to be ready. Options for breakfast was non-existent. The hallways smelled like marijuana. The experience was not good.

Nasty

I travel with a service dog and encountered numerous problems checking in. First was asked for her registration card. Per ADA law, there is no registration requirement. Next, was made to stay in the “pet” rooms of the hotel even though I asked for a second floor. Was told no, it was against policy which is also illegal. The room was very noisy being next to an exit. The pool was cold and cloudy.

Staff awful. Don’t book here, you’ll regret it.
