We had a wonderful stay until the end when I was treated like a criminal. I went down to the lobby at 10:40 to get a cart. I could not get upstairs. I went to desk where I was told I needed an id to get back upstairs. I didn’t have one because I was checking out and just coming down for a cart. The counter reps were very busy and It was going to take linger than 10 minutes to have one of them come up with me to “check my id”, even though I told them my name , room number , stay info. I guess they also needed my fingerprints, blood type and my 1st born. So I said “are you fricking kidding me”, which the desk clerk immediately called security to escort me upstairs along with her. She then told me if it took me longer than a few minutes she would charge me another night. So, seriously, where dies it state that you need to bring your id downstairs to libby at all times in order to get back upstairs. I hadn’t even checked out. I have never been at a hotel that did this. Totally ridiculous. I didn’t need it the 50 times I went in and out of hotel the whole weekend! O may have been abrupt, however the desk clerk deserved a bit of it for her attitude.

I will always stay here when flying out of O’Hare. I have tried several hotels and this one by far is the best and reasonably priced. I’ve stayed here twice now.
