Property under construction inside, so was on dirty side

Filthy dirty, cigarette burns on the carpet, a busted couch, no remote and no elevator.

Staff at night was unhelpful, first room keys would not work, wifi didn't work, did laundry, dryer broken, would not refund, spend little more go somewhere else

Travelocity shows a pet charge of $15 but the property charged $30 saying our 18 pound dog which is considered a small dog was medium sized and showed a sheet saying up to 10 pounds was small. TV didn’t work on arrival but were able to move to a different room where it worked. Property being renovated so misc stuff stacked in hall.

This was a clean, no-frills, economy hotel. It was quiet, had adequate parking, and the staff was warm and friendly. The continental breakfast was sparse, but okay. The bed was comfortable. The television was lacking, having many interruptions of service while trying to watch programs.

The room was dirty especially the carpet. The lights next to the bed didnt work. Their was no pop or vending machines. Also the shower was poor. There wasnt much of a choice for breakfast.

I drink tea and there were tea bags but no hot water to make it. No vending machine but $1 Great Value water bottles for sale behind the counter.

Very easy access from Route 80, the building looks older but is clean and seemingly well maintained - no garbage/litter around the facility. Check in was easy - the lobby was clean, no odd odors. The room was clean, did not smell smoky, musty, everything worked. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was adequate to get you going in the morning. The price was very competitive. I would stay here again if in the area.

First our room. There was a plastic bag over the fire alarm and paper stuffed in the exhausted vent in the bathroom, toilet seat was lose, husband tightened. No washclothes. We rented room for two days. We left for a few hours came back to our door being propped open and nobody around, when I went to desk I was told there was cameras and the cleaning staff were very trust worthy. NOT TO WOORY. When I went back to room, the cleaning staff was right outside in hall, and I said our room did not need cleaning that we were staying another night and they could not understand a word we said. Breakfast area was not clean, doors at end of hallways propped open by towels. Other patrons complainng about bugs in rooms and being moved several times. If it was not for every room in the vincinty being booked I would have left after walking in. The room also smelled to where we had to open window to air out. There was rings in the bathtub where you could tell it had not been cleaned poperly as well as the shower curtain not taken down and washed. There were not fitted sheets on the bed only two top sheets and a matress pad laying on top of matress. A matresss that was equally as filthy. Again if there had been other rooms or even warmer out where we could have slept in car we would have left. Owners need to clean and update.

Bed bugs

The 1960's carpet is disgusting, and they don't clean between or behind anything.

We stayed one night as we awoke i found a bed bug cralling across my sheets. I mashed it it was full of blood. I went to the desk immediately. They acted like no big deal. We checked out went to a different hotel. The room had carpet that had bleach stains. When you sat on the toilet it rocked, side to side. The bed you could feel the springs beneath you. The tv wouldnt turn on. The back of the remote was missing. I never got a refund either. I wish we would have taken pictures.

The whole place was kind of dirty and we saw a cockroach on the TV stand.

When we first arrived no one was at the desk. Before going into the room I requested 2 extra pillows I was told “there are no extra pillows or extra anything”..when we got into the room there was a terrible smell , like wet carpet and a musty smell. In one corner it looked like they were using the room as storage. The chair was stained, as was the couch and the carpet had what looked like burns in different spots. Also the tv would only display “no signal” when trying to turn it on. I tried calling the front desk to ask for assistance, no one answered. The bed was a King size bed, 3 pillows 1 was completely flat. The 2 other pillows were lumpy. The bottom sheet wasn’t a fitted sheet it was just a flat sheet laid on the mattress, every time I moved it would expose the mattress which was dirty. The bathroom fan had a screech to it until it warmed up or something, it screeched for a good 2 minutes before it stopped. When we travel that way again, definitely won’t be staying there. Normally Super 8 is an amazing hotel to stay in, we’ve stayed in many, in different states and never had issues like this.

Hotel was on route to our destination, booking was easy. Hotel is dated. Room had some broken fixtures and such. Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, with the worst pillows ever. Slept very little and was terribly uncomfortable for most of it.

My room was in the back of the hotel. I could smell smoke. I thought it was a smoke gilled hotel.The wifi came and went. The tv had no good stations

Fan in the bathroom was very noisy. Also the refrigerator. And their Internet didn’t work.

Tv in my room didn’t work but you know what you’re getting when you stay here. A bed to sleep in for a few hours and somewhere that is relatively safe.

The carpet in the room was filthy; our feet were actually blackened walking barefoot. The mattress was pretty much like a trampoline, the bathroom was clean and the ac was awesome!! Cigarette burns in bedspread, pillows ok, bottom sheet not fitted but flat sheet.

First room had broken toilet seat. Second room had tv problems and toilet didn't flush right.

Very hot in the room Air Conditioner was not working..

Older hotel needs updated. Staff was slow checking us in and originally gave us a room with two doubles. We got her to change it to the king size bed that we booked. Bed was decent.

Rooms were clean and a very pleasant check in.

Starting with check in - Not good. The person behind the desk did not speak to me. He was on the phone with a conversation that sounded like personal business, threw me the key to my room and pointed to the staircase upstairs. The next morning we went down for breakfast in plenty of time before the time shown it was over and there was cereal, milk and coffee. No juice or whatever else they serve. Next morning we didn't even try after that experience. We were not real happy people with the experience. The room seemed to be fairly clean. Probably won't stay in this motel again and would not recomment it.

They were so kind when a phone was forgotten in the room. They were very helpful in keeping it safe until we were able to pick it up.

Check in was not super friendly, but it was damn fast. The property is dated but was clean. Breakfast didn’t offer much. But, it was super affordable and a good value for the money

Very unfriendly desk personal, never spoke a word, never a greeted whe you came in or a good by when you left, he sat out on the front sidewalk with his shoes and socks off and just looked at phone totally ignoring you when you walked past him. The bed had a dip in the mattress that totally engulfed you causing extream back pain.

Liked proximity to Bluegate. Comfortable and quiet sleeping. Everything was clean and acceptable, not fancy.

Expedia overcharged, TV had to be reset every time it was turned off. The breakfast is very limited and did not have any juice at all. The beds were pretty good and the hotel had very hot water.

Had stayed at a Super 8 the previous night in Iowa and it was wonderful. This Super 8 could not compare. No coffee maker in room. Toilet leaked. Limited breakfast choices. Coffee machine not working at breakfast. No juice for breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend this Super 8.

Clean, inexpensive, and good for a place to sleep. Breakfast choice was poor, but they did have a waffle maker.

There are no words to express how bad this was. Everything, I mean everything was bad. To cap it all off, the batter for the waffle for breakfast, was sour. They are going to keep on until they poison someone. Avoid.

Cheerful and efficient check-in. Very basic, but quiet, with good access to 80/90. I found the firm mattress comfortable. A/C worked well. Self-serve breakfast could use more care & attention. As is, only waffles, mini cinnamon buns, coffee, juice.

When we entered our room, the bathroom area was clean, but we had to call to have the bedroom area vaccumed due to crumbs on the floor. Very small (3 tables) breakfast area with very limited choices to eat. No decaf coffee; no bagels; no yogurt, no unflavored creamer, etc.

Older hotel that needs updated decor such as nightstands, chairs, dressers and some minor repairs. Our door flip lock was broken off the door. The lampshades need replaced. (We stayed in 120) Comfortable beds but pillows are child sized. Breakfast was waffles, yogurt, cereal and toast and coffee. No juice or milk. The man at the desk was AMAZING!! Very friendly and helpful. Our coffee maker was not in our room and he brought us a brand new one still in the box!! If updated this hotel would fill up fast due to desk clerk and it's location. For a place to sleep and leave it is perfect for 1 night. Really hope suggestions are put in effect because it's, safe, quiet and convenient just not nice enough to stay more than a night

Acceptable for our one night stay.Nothing special. Everything looked outdated and old. The breakfast was very disappointing. We did not eat the food.

The tv didn’t work we had damp towels to dry off with the carpet felt disgusting to walk on the tub wouldn’t drain when taking a shower, the so called free breakfast bar was a couple bagels and cereal the waffles were ok, overall would not recommend this hotel to no one!!
