We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past two years on our way to and from Sturgis. We have zero complaints about this location! It is always clean, smells great, has friendly staff, and is a great stopping point on a long journey. The quiet parking out back is appreciated and, for the larger trucks and semis, there's a nice gravel lot for easy parking. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a brief night to attend a concert in shipshewana. Not a bad distance by any means. The elevator was broken so I had to do stairs. The ice machine was all the way at the first floor by the che with a little one, the ice was down by the check-in desk we were on the 2nd floor at the other of the hotel. The beds were a little hard for my liking but everyone has their preference. Pool area was nice. Over all not a bad facility, if need to will book again for convenience.

Property was safe and accommodating of our family. Hotel was clean. :) The pool was indoors, but not heated and the water was a little cloudy. :/ Breakfast included waffles, making my family happy.

A The staff is super friendly and helpful in so many ways! It's a quiet location and one of the cleanest hotels that we've stayed at. There's a big free breakfast, including a waffle maker. I liked the water bottle filling station and used it a lot. There's a pool that other people were using. It's right off the freeway with restaurants and stores nearby. We liked it so much that we booked with them again on our return trip. We will be back!

This was a great hotel stay. I have family I visit in Sturgis, MI every year and this is always my go-to hotel to stay at when driving up to the area. The stay was excellent as always however, the only down-side of the hotel stay was that the vending machines in the hotel were cash only. I’ve been to other hotels in the past few years and many other hotels have card readers on their vending machines, so I do believe this is a bit outdated, especially since many guests likely don’t carry cash on them. I really hope to see this updated on my next stay but other than that, the stay was great as always! Thanks Best Western Plus in Howe, IN!

Stayed here the previous week during cross-country travel and returned for another one-night stay while heading back the other direction. Grace, the GM, always provides outstanding customer service. As usual, my room was clean and in excellent condition. Wi-fi was good. Breakfast was also good. Also used the fitness center, which was nicely kept. I’ll be back when my next trip comes along!

Dirty around the bottom of the tub. The toilet paper holder had some brown material on it. Carpet was dirty and stained. Curtains had fingerprints on them. Musty smell.

People at front desk check and check out we very very nice and helpful. Got great advice for local restaurant for dinner. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was kept neat, nicely presented and great variety. Only negatives were the carpet on the 2nd floor hall could use a cleaning and our room smelled like the carpet and drapes had not been cleaned since smoking was ok. Would stay again in a room that did not smell like long ago cigarette smell.

When we walked into our room, it was extremely warm and the a/c unit was locked up. We let the staff know and he reset it while we were at dinner. When we got back it had locked up again and was still extremely warm in the room. He immediately moved us into a comparable room right across the hall that was much cooler. The room was comfortable for us and the breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay here again! Very convenient to Shipshewana.

A nice hotel, I had an executive room and the layout what great. Carpet a little stained but that was the only flaw. One takeaway, I arrived at 8:30 pm and no one at the firing desk rand the bell multiple times and waited Left at 6:30 am ….. and you guessed it… no staff. Fortunately I prepaid so I dropped the card and left

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy i didnt want to get up! Our only complaint was that the front desk clerk who checked us in was so rude. The only thing she said to greet us was "ID!"

I booked a certain type of room and when I got there I threw my luggage in the room and left , due to being late for a wedding. Got back to room and it was the wrong type. Asked for help at front desk. Front desk said that when you book through Expedia you get what you get. I would have to deal with it.

The property was fine---but in the semi-darkness we couldn't see the maIn entrance, (which we found later was well-lit at the north side of the property) but we were heading from the south, and we drove onto a lane pointing towards the building, which we followed, eventually leading to a high curb, which caused much crunching noises aS the car fell over it onto the hotel parlig lot. We had to hire a tow truck to dislodge the car. Damage? Probably not, but don't know at this point.

Stayed here after night football game at Notre Dame (vs. Florida State), more affordable than closer hotels to South Bend yet not that far away, easy drive, just under an hour. Convenient nice hotel, quiet; decent breakfast for a free hotel breakfast.

It's very weird to get to the hotel. You have to drive through a motel parking lot to get there. You do have to drive to get to restaurants. Nothing right by the property. Room was nice.

The hotel is so nice - very clean and modern. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is delicious - very hearty - with potatoes, yogurt, waffle makers, ham, etc. The only thing I would give them advice on are the omelets. They had ham in them and for someone like me who hates meat, it was a bummer, because I couldn't eat it. Plenty of other food though and it was great. Would stay there again if the opportunity arose. Oh! and almost forgot! They have an incredible coffeemaker! Makes lattes, mocha, espresso - did not expect that!! Loved it!!
