Great clean space, breakfast was better than some places- more options. Biscuits and gravy were delicious. The room was very comfortable- i loved the beds. Like if I knew where they bought their beds, I would consider buying one for home. Best sleep I’ve had in a while. Also, soooo quiet! There is also a nice pool. And they allow pets which was fantastic as we adopted a puppy this trip. A lot of great qualities for the price. I will absolutely be using this hotel in the future. The only downside is there is no elevator for the second floor and stairs are getting difficult for me with my health but I know to just request a downstairs room next time. I wanted to pass on that information in case that affects anyone

Whenever i go to Kokomo to visit family, i stay here. I've stayed over 10 times throughout the past few years. It's usually quiet, laid back, and in a great place (to drive from). The breakfast gets better every time i visit. The biscuits and gravy are great. Recently, there's regular waffles, but they occasionally add chocolate and strawberry waffles. As a person who spends 2 months a year in 2 star hotels, this is great. The staff are always great. I've played cards with family in the lobby, used the BBQ, and they have a gazebo. I recommend a stay here.

While the staff was very friendly there needs to be some attention to cleanliness. The first two rooms we were given smelled of mildew & the floor was damp. The carpet/floors were so dirty you had to wear shoes so your feet did not turn black. The pool was also not available which can be understood if there are issues. There was also a very strong smell of marijuana in the lobby & throughout the halls. It’s supposed to be a non-smoking establishment.

They have a good price for what type of room it is. The sink in our room was clogged, but not much of an issue. The pool has been closed for at least a year under maintenance. Second floor fire alarm seemed as if it was broken.

We were given a room near the rear entrance to the hotel. Easy peasy taking the pups out (and schlepping our stuff). Large grassy area. Pavilion with picnic tables. Chairs to sit outside. And, poop bags for pups. Beyond was an open grassy field where, if your dog obeys voice commands, could run free.

My two downers A. The breakfast was lacking on my last day there. I was not late to it but several things were not there. The milk pitcher was empty so no cold cereal The bananas were gone but several were left and in good condition the day before when breakfast was closed B. No elevator listed in description of property.

Front desk staff super nice, welcoming, and informative. Free breakfast actually pretty nice. Can tell it’s an older hotel that’s been spruced up. Bed comfy, happy with housekeeping. Overall no complaints.

The moment we opened our door we were overtaken by the smell of mold. Everything in the room was damp. It was very obvious the room had flooded at some point. There was visible mold in multiple places. We arrived late, pulling over on a long drive with our children around 1:00am. We only stayed because they were asleep. We immediately left around 6:00am after attempting to sleep a few hours. We notified the front desk of the smell and mold. They did not seem to be shocked at all. It was essentially just an ahh ok, sorry about that, as they were clearly aware of the problem.

Definitely a place I would not stay at. Carpet was dirty and the room smelled like smoke. The curtain rod was installed improperly so the shower curtain stayed open and water would get in the floor. The walls are thin and you can hear other guest's conversations. The bath room light would turn on in the middle of the night. The only advantage to this hotel is the location for restaurants.

We had an awesome late night check in with Jennifer. She was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The property was well lit and we were very appreciative there were no people lingering around on the property. We are seasoned travelers from the east coast & came to town to visit family & go to the US Nationals. With that being said, the Kokomo Indiana location by far exceeded our expectations. Our rooms were extremely clean & up to date. What we seen online was exactly what we got. Towels were bright white, bed linens fresh. Bathroom was spotless. The continental breakfast is definately the best we have had during our many travels. Fresh fruit , yogurt, bagels, toast, make your own waffles, biscuits and gravy (yum, a midwest favorite). Coffee, juices & teas. Cereal and oatmeal as well. We had dining options available in the area, anything we wanted, it was easily accessible. There is also a new small indoor pool available. The beds we comfortable & felt very new. Plenty of pillows. We had to add an extra night onto our visit & the process was easy. This specific location exceeded our expectations. We will continue to use this location when we visit family again. Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay. Room was very large, king bed was big and comfortable. Very clean, bathroom was good as well. We would definitely stay here again, as the price was great. The area was right in the middle of many amenities as well.

Room was really outdated. I didn't expect much, but there were wholes in the bathroom walls, tub was not very clean, and when we opened the fridge - water from the tray spilled everywhere, making a carpet totally wet and after two days the room smelled bad. The lady came to check the fridge, changed the setting but didn't do anything about totally wet carpet. We had to walk on the wet floor for two days (lots of wet socks) and it was not a nice experience. Air conditioning was really loud, same with fan in the bathroom. I hoped for the room to be nicer.

I called the hotel prior to booking and was told that I could do an early Wednesday check in and the person even notated this. Upon arrival I was told I was early and I told her what was done and she said okay you can check in early. I had a scheduled Saturday checkout. On Friday we were going to visit family and my husband asked the cleaning lady in the hallway to clean the room. She says I have you as checking out today. We said no we checkout Saturday. We go to the front desk and the clerk could not figure out what happened and the owner shows up and says you checked in early so it counts as the day before even after getting confirmation before booking and the early check in being notated. If we had not asked for the room to be cleaned we would have not known any of this and they had ready booked someone else for the room. I was blatantly lied to. I could have paid for another night per the hotel but I would not give them another cent for shady business practices and I booked a room at a different hotel. Never again. Stay far away from this establishment and the owner and the front desk employee!

I was a little disappointed with the handling of my account. Online I was given an option to pay upfront or upon departure. After getting here I find out I was going to have to extend my stay, which we accomplished that extension on wednesday night in advance of the original dates signed for. When I returned on thursday night from my work, I find out I was locked out. I go downstairs and am being told I need to pay first, then re-register. Totally not what I expected. But, other than that I have been ok with the experience.

After getting here I find out I was going to have to extend my stay, which we accomplished that extension on wednesday night in advance of the original dates signed for. When I returned on thursday night from my work, I find out I was locked out. I go downstairs and am being told I need to pay first, then re-register. Totally not what I expected. But, other than that I have been ok with the experience.

This was one of my worst experiences at a hotel. Ito start out when I made my reservation it never said there was no elevator so I did not believe I had to request ground floor. And because I didn’t I was told they would not be able to move me to the ground floor since I booked through a third party (hotels.com) the one who told me this was very rude and informed me it was my fault for not requesting it. After having to help my 70 year old mother up the flights of stairs and being up all of our stuff for a stay with four people I then start smelling something that is drug related. I called the front desk and told them it smelled like someone was smoking weed, the same woman told me they could not do anything about it. The next morning we woke up to people running through the halls. Also people were prospering open the side doors and I did not feel safe with my children being there. I did report this and when we returned within an hour the door was still propped and still the smell was radiating through the hallway. We were pleased to see the housekeeping made our beds and nicely had folded my kids blankets that they have to sleep with, but then the next day it was not done..then last night we went to the pool there were no tools I called the front from the phone there and asked for more pool towels she told me to come get them. She handed me regular towels and later when I I needed towels for us to shower she refuse to give any out since she already gave me two. Same woman

We had a great stay. Room was very large, king bed was big and comfortable. Very clean, bathroom was good as well. We would definitely stay here again, as the price was great. The area was right in the middle of many amenities as well.

Great place to overnight. The rooms are clearly being updated and freshly painted. Every time I stay they are nicer than before. Beds and pillows comfortable. And perfect for getting dinner quickly. There are several good restaurants within walking distance.

Great clean space, breakfast was better than some places- more options. Biscuits and gravy were delicious. The room was very comfortable- i loved the beds. Like if I knew where they bought their beds, I would consider buying one for home. Best sleep I’ve had in a while. Also, soooo quiet! There is also a nice pool. And they allow pets which was fantastic as we adopted a puppy this trip. A lot of great qualities for the price. I will absolutely be using this hotel in the future. The only downside is there is no elevator for the second floor and stairs are getting difficult for me with my health but I know to just request a downstairs room next time. I wanted to pass on that information in case that affects anyone

Went to take a shower we had no hot water. Slightly cold at best. The breakfast/dining area was so small no one could move in there. The batter for the waffles was so thin it didn’t even make a proper waffles it was basically air. The parking lot area was full of potholes

We were pleased with this hotel and will likely return. Unfortunately just priorcto checkin we received a call that the expected breakfast was unavailable. We managed without it, but ended up going to a restaurant, an unexpected expense. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Whenever i go to Kokomo to visit family, i stay here. I've stayed over 10 times throughout the past few years. It's usually quiet, laid back, and in a great place (to drive from). The breakfast gets better every time i visit. The biscuits and gravy are great. Recently, there's regular waffles, but they occasionally add chocolate and strawberry waffles. As a person who spends 2 months a year in 2 star hotels, this is great. The staff are always great. I've played cards with family in the lobby, used the BBQ, and they have a gazebo. I recommend a stay here.

Property was pretty nice on the outside, the staff was pretty nice and did as they could. But there were issues with the coffee machine not working properly and the waffle batter machine was also broken the snack machines were fairly empty also so had to leave the hotel to get snacks and coffee. But all in all the stay wasn’t horrible at all.

My two downers A. The breakfast was lacking on my last day there. I was not late to it but several things were not there. The milk pitcher was empty so no cold cereal The bananas were gone but several were left and in good condition the day before when breakfast was closed B. No elevator listed in description of property.
