Great value for cost. Room smelled faintly of smoke and syrup. Would stay again for the value!

This was a great place to stay. Roomy for a family with shuttle service available for a reasonable fee to and from Notre Dame Stadium. If we take another trip to South Bend area this will be our first choice

Great location, very near ND…large clean rooms with all the amenities, friendly and helpful staff and a lovely buffet breakfast available

Sadly, I have to report a disappointing stay. Hundreds of hotel stays in my time and never had a bathroom that was not cleaned and living area obviously not vacuumed. I had already come in and unpacked then gone out to dinner w family I was visiting when I returned to my room in the hopes of utilizing the deep tub for a long soak only to find soap scum, hair, and used wash cloth on the tub ledge. Called front desk and received apologies and promise to have it cleaned next day but I was only staying 1 night. Sat down on couch to watch tv and noticed dead leaves and crumbs on the carpet. Spoke again to front desk who told me they wanted to talk to someone about the situation and would be in touch. They did call back and offered me breakfast vouchers for the morning and a gift from the gift store. Ugh. I had breakfast plans with family and then heading back out of town. No gift was wanted. Ick. I've stayed here several times in the past. Just so disappointed. Made me question what else didn't get cleaned.
