I usually never have a negative review, but here it is. There would be buses and semi trucks parked in the parking lot taking up 6 to 8 parking spaces and the faculty would not say anything. There are open lots all around this hotel to park larger vehicles instead of taking up parking spots. The grout in the bathroom on the floor was black, which is not the color that it should have been. That floor was gross and you can tell that it had not been cleaned properly in for a long time. There were holes in the wall around the piping and behind the toilet from the maintenance personnel simply not finishing their job. I had two spiders crawl through those holes and soon realized that I quickly had a whole petting zoo. The safety concern that I had was with the one elevator. I was on the 2nd floor and got into the elevator late morning. I pushed the 1st floor button and the elevator dropped about 3 to 4 inches with the doors open! The elevator leveled back out, the doors closed and then I went down to the first floor. The "landing" was way more impactful than a normal elevator ride, so I immediately went to the front desk to tell whoever was there. The person then proceeded to tell me that no other resident has had issues with it so it was fine. I asked where the stairs were for the remainder of my stay. Please note that I overheard multiple residents say that the elevator was not working properly or it was slamming down hard when getting to the first floor.

The hotel was very clean and the room was nice! However, no parking on site, had to park and walk. It was also a very rough night because we could hear every single sound in the hotel like it was right next to us. If someone coughed or slid a chair across the floor, it woke us up.

Hotel was very nice when we arrived, clean and well kept. Check in staff was great. Pool is small but clean. Issue was when power went out at 6am. No communication from staffing about what the issue was or when it would get fixed. Other business's next door had power. Was a hot morning so we had to wake up and check out early because our third floor room was super hot. They still served breakfast but it was packed due to everyone leaving their rooms to try and stay cool. No apology or apparent concern from morning staff of the outage. Though I’m sure they were busy.

Everyone said it was clean but our soap was filled with water, our bath tub did not drain ..it just looked holiday inn express bought the hotel and slapped their name on it and called it a day. I expected more.

Bath tub had hair all over it. So obvious that it wasn’t accidentally missed. That viable lack of cleanliness made the entire room daunting. Breakfast not restocked so very few options. Overpriced option for sure.

We have stayed at this property several times, so, we like it. Desk staff is routinely and overtly friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is superior to other hotels. We were disappointed to find left over items in the bathroom and refrigerator from previous guests. We will try them again assuming this to be a one time omission when room was cleaned.

This hotel was awesome! I’m weird bout hotels and I look at reviews before booking!! If your like me believe me this one is legit! Room was huge, lots of room, clean, bed felt like a cloud!! Had microwave fridge! Pool was nice! Water wasn’t cold!! Definitely stay here

Pros good location, great breakfast Wonderful to have a veranda!!! People helping us were great Cons- small older room- that has been updated with shower and flooring! If you stand in front of bathroom sink-you can not open the door- not a lot of room for suitcases! None of these are management issues! Just smaller and older.

Location is convenient. Property at first view, nice and clean. Our room smelled very stuffy and had centipedes. Everywhere in hotel the quiet hours are listed; guess our neighbors couldn’t read. Started playing video games at 10pm very loud and ended their fun at 2:30am. No reaction from hotel staff to complaint. Expensive place for below par !!

Great place to stay passing through on a driving trip. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. Tornado warning at night meant too floors were evacuated until threat was passed. The staff kept all safe.

We were there for only one night and all went well. The night desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well organized. The daytime desk was wonderful and she even checked on us while we were eating breakfast, which was tasty. There were many choices including pancakes. The entire area was also clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.
