We were housed in one of only a few rooms that were not undergoing remodeling, and it felt uncomfortable to be surrounded by gutted rooms. There was also no elevator. There was one other guest on our floor, at the far end of the hall, and their door repeatedly slamming sounded like it was right next door to our room. Then, a giant and heavy painting from the wall fell onto one of the beds while we were sleeping. The booking site advertised laundry on site, but the machines were overpriced and small, no laundry soap was available for purchase, and the front desk didn't stock quarters. The single employee working was very kind and helpful and was clearly doing his best, but this property should probably fully complete its renovations before accepting guests.

This property has no elevator, has old window air conditioning units, the rooms are filthy (I had to move twice within the first hour of arrival/departure), and the “breakfast” is unsanitary. I took pictures of holes in the wall, pubic hairs in the sink and bath tub. There was pee on the toilet, the rooms smelt like pee, there were yellow pee stains on the linens, no pillow cover bedding, and old, stained refrigerators and microwaves. We checked in, changed rooms twice, and left within an hour of arriving.

The guy at the check in desk was very unprofessional. When we got there to check in there was a sign to call this number for help. After 5 minutes he showed up. Later I needed quarters for the washing machine. He gave me some. I came back for more and he wouldn't take the coins I brought to get quarters. I saw them in his hands. I sent someone else with bills to get more quarters & he lied to him about having quarters for the washing machine. There was something on the wall behind the door in the bathroom, brown stain on the sheet on 1 of the beds, & shower was too nasty to use. 1/2 roll of toilet paper with no back up. Breakfast was 1" of orange juice in the container, Cheerios, or a waffle. Kitchen area was dirty. I would never have anyone stay there. Had a sign in the lobby about lack of help so be kind to the cleaning staff. I never saw any staff except the 1 man behind the desk.

old motel they are trying to remodel. they are short staffed. breakfast nook seats 4 people. but what I didn't like was the pile of old mattresses by the dumpster.

Very disappointing property and I ended up not staying there. I didnt see any remodeling going on. The paint was peeling off the mirror. The bed had an imprint that looked like somone had sat there. Thr hallway smelled like pee and the entrance opposite the main door was not secured. It was open to anyone who walked up.

Clean, fast check in, friendly owners, easy parking microwave and mini fridge in all the rooms quiet I will be back as I come here weekly for business thanks!

I mean you get what you pay for. It was cheap. Tv didn't work, only 1 light in the room worked, not much water pressure, beds weren't comfortable but were tolerable. I didn't try the breakfast. Attendant was fine, not rude but not really hospitable. Has a sign that says excuse mess while we renovate but seemed more like an excuse and the sign has probably been there for a couple of years at least. Again for the price it is fine. I've stayed in better and I've stayed in worse for the same price.

Outside door latch on the back door is broken. There is a picture online of the door latch in the same broken condition 10 months ago. The first room we checked into: pillows were stained and dirty with no cases 3 of 5 lightbulbs in the room were burned out refrigerator was without power and smelly water ran out when I opened the door They put us in another room with the following issues: curtain rod was broken in half 2 burned out lightbulbs fridge was frozen up with ice and had old food in it from previous guests toilet the seat was broken the toilet leaked water all over the bathroom floor shelf in the bathroom was falling off the wall microwave made a loud noise desk knob was missing entertainment center latch was broken and had a sharp protruding bracket that was a hazard for my young son tub did not drain there were no clean towels at the front desk Two other guests at the front desk echoed my experience In the laundry room in the trash there was a department of corrections jumpsuit and a pair of tennis shoes in the trash. Someone literally walked into the hotel where we were sleeping, through the broken door, and swapped out their clothes. Presumably an escaped inmate trying to avoid the police. I twice requested a refund for my room for the second night so I could go to another hotel. I was told, by 2 different hosts, that they could not be held responsible for housekeepers not doing their job. Manager will not answer phone calls or emails.

The reviews on this property are all pretty accurate, from terrible to excellent. The hotel feels like a place where you could have a range of experiences depending on the day and circumstance. That said, I found the staff to be reasonably friendly and accommodating and the room was fine for the price point. We had a dig with us which was no problem for a $16 fee and there were easy areas to walk the dog on property. It was quiet when we were there and we had a very peaceful and restful night. The facility is in need of alot of maintenance and cleaning and breakfast was very limited, but served as promised. I think if one has their expectations in check, this hotel is pretty much as advertised.

Bed sheets visibly dirty, and replaced with stained ones. Quilts were not replaced for the stay.Pillows were brown and old,thin &shapeless. Toilet paper not allowed at 5am;only until after 11am. Packaged breakfast burritos were mildewed(noticed by others also). Not really any "breakfast "; area was also by check in desk with only 2chairs and whole 4mx6m(apx) was dirty. Back room behind counter is a residence with a child running out and being disruptive at counter. Staff meal was eaten at desk. Live cockroach was found beside fridge.

When we walked in we noticed the dirty floors, food all over, dirty! Hook arriving to our room, omgoodness GROSS does not even begin to explain the filthy room. Blood splattered on the walls, broken lamps, filthy urine stains around tools and all of the shower lever and the drain were laying on the back of our toilet. I went right up to the front desk, asked for a different room and showed the gentleman that he picture he has advertised on the web and and when showed him he states, well you booked a different room This is why I pay for extra protection through ORBITZ. NEVER STAY HERE, it is filthy dirty

Do not stay here! The pictures are deceiving. The bedding was so dirty we went and bought sheets and blankets elsewhere to sleep on. The room was small and there was no coffee or tea in the room to use with the coffee maker. There was also a very unpleasant message that appeared on the bathroom mirror as the steam covered it. This place should be closed!

Housekeeping forgot to clean the room appropriately. There was food in the refrigerator and parcels on top of the cabinet.

The TV never really worked I did not get to see the new year ball drop TV issues a person was never at the front each time I arrived good. Was the room was clean

I pre-checked in online, when I've done this before there was no waiting my room key was ready with waiting at all. The desk clerk was not at the desk when I got there and it took about 5 minutes for him to show up after I called on the house phone. It then took another 5 to 10 minutes before my room key was ready. Why did I even pre-check in. In the room I was supposed to get a king size bed, it turned out to be a queen.

One vanity light was burned out, toilet seat was all but off the toilet, but we fixed that so we could use it, bed frame was metal and sounded like tin cans banging every time someone got out of bed and the windows did not lock which the outside set was open.

The motel is pretty ran down. Mattress was horrible!

Bed was comfortable

Stay was ok. But shower water pressure was low. Shower head needed replaced. Staff was friendly.

Bath tub was broken, so we couldn\'t give our kids a bath. Shower head was at my shoulders and I\'m only 6\'3". The toilet seat was missing bolts or broken. The room was advertised as a "King Suite with Sofa bed" the sofa bed was a 4ft long couch that wasnt even big enough for my 6 year old. In the morning, we went to breakfast at 8:00am and the waffle maker wasn\'t even turned on and it took 30 minutes to heat to. There was only enough waffle batter for 1 and a half waffles. I didn\'t see any staff to restock food during the 1 hour I was getting breakfast for my family. Very disappointed in the breakfast and the room!

Do not believe the pictures. Everything is 1/3 the size it looks in the pictures. The fan in bathroom did. Fan did not work and it was tiny so full of steam in seconds. Beds ok but pillows were terrible. They didn’t even have pillowcases on all of the pillows. My wife’s room had stains on the sheets. Hopefully they were washed. One of our friends room the toilet didn’t even work. It was not what it said and the reviews we read were not real or true. The breakfast was a waffle or cereal that looked ages old.

I pre-checked in online, when I've done this before there was no waiting my room key was ready with waiting at all. The desk clerk was not at the desk when I got there and it took about 5 minutes for him to show up after I called on the house phone. It then took another 5 to 10 minutes before my room key was ready. Why did I even pre-check in. In the room I was supposed to get a king size bed, it turned out to be a queen.

I book on Expedia and the property over charge me $315 dollar more . I'll be call today to see what happens. Not very happy about this. This is the second time they have done this .

The one manager Scammed me after i ordered a hotel at on expedia, I ordered a room with 2 queens and he told me that it was a room with one king, and i looked at the itinerary and it said 2 queens, but other then that it was a very good hotel, someone needs to do something about that manager tho

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed!! Dirty, run down, smelly, over priced. Do not stay here! The beds are old lumpy mattress and old lumpy pillows that were literally falling apart. The blanket was so old and worn you can see through it. Fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Light bulbs out and not replaced. It’s old and run down. It smells of mold and musty. They charged us $50 deposit three times. We had to get ahold of our credit card company to get it straightened out.

The check in was poor. The Television coverage was bad. Ran out of all supplies and was never given any extra. They tried to charge me for an extra night.

We arrived at the motel on time and waited in the lobby for the clerk once he showed up he kept talking on his phone instead of checking me in. When we got to our room the bathroom was dirty and there were what looked like pubic hair in the bottom of the bath tub. All night long there were doors slamming and people talking yet there were signs in the lobby that stated quite time was from 12 am to 6:30 am. There really needs to be fruits added to your breakfast as not everyone can eat waffles or cereal. We will not stay again. Very disappointed

Was kind of taken aback by the amount of deposit per room but did get that amount back.

It seemed that there were two men running the hotel. You had to call a phone number if no one was at the front desk. We ended up spending time in the lobby, waiting on someone to come to the front desk. The rooms were not clean. The hotel towels are old. The bedding was old and the pillows were terrible. I don’t think they had pillowcases on them. The hallway had quite a bit of trash in it.

They post to put a 100 dollar hold on my card and when checked out they would refund it ..the 100 dollars with took out and 4 days later still not in the bank account talk to the MANAGER SUNDAY DEC 3RD REAALLY HAD ADUTUDE AND JUST SAID FOR ME TO CALL MY BANK AND DUSPUTE IT THAT HE REFUNDED IT.FIRST PLACE IT WS PIST TO BE A HOLD NOT TAKE IT OUT..AND THERE WAS NO BREAKFEST OUT AT 730 TO 9 AM WILL NOT COME BACK

It was very convenient to get around where I need to go. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there. It is very reasonably priced for a few day stay.

Nice and clean and quiet. Will stay here again.

It was most disgusting place I ever stayed at. The bath tub was nasty the tv would only work on some channels other channels was on foreign language. I wouldn't stay there again if was free. Continental breakfast was ready on time. It looked so bad I told my let's go to McDonald's. You all need to something different. Also there was at least a one inch gap all the way around the door

The staff was friendly but not real fluent in English. Hardly any dining space and poor selection for breakfast. The room floor was VERY dirty!!! The place was quiet and bed was comfortable.

Very limited breakfast options. For $89 a night, its not worth it!

There didn’t seem to be any staff around. I am sure that the breakfast on Tuesday morning had been there since the day before. The rooms were nice
