The back door did not have a latch on it so anyone could enter the premises at any time. However it was clean and what I needed at the time. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Pool filthy, rooms dirty--spiders everywhere. They leaned upnbreakfast 30 minutes before scheduled end time Will NEVER be staying there or on any wyndam properties again. FELT totally cheated.

Check in was quick with accurate reservation information. Room was clean and quiet. We pulled a trailer and there was ample parking space in a well lit safe area. Breakfast was similar to what we have seen at places we have stayed and staff was working hard to keep breakfast items filled. Overall it was a good experience for us we would stay there again. No complaints.

This is an old hotel in need of an update. pool and spa were not in service. With that said my room was clean. Breakfast was just a waffle machine with yogurt. no hot eggs or sausage.

The trash cans in the breakfast snd in the hall had not been cleaned and looked bad. Windows had not been cleaned for sometime. The east entrance door was not able to be closed and lock missing. The bathtub looked like it had been recovered and some of the surface area was missing the coating. Tub spout was very loose. But other than that I slept good.

The front door is broken, the vending machine broken, the hotel hallways were hot and humid, room was extremely hot when we got there. The linens had stains, cigeretted burn hole in one of the sheets, no one ever there to greet you.

Property is older. Desperately needs updating. Very dirty lobby. Rooms were below average, bar minimum clean. The decor is mismatched and odd. The breakfast area chairs are terribly stained, really gross! We decided not to eat breakfast here!

Hardly ever you could find someone at front desk. Dingy smell throughout, tub and shower curtain looked so dirty, breakfast was a joke no fruit or anything good for you, tables and chairs dirty, vending machine broke so they used a key and charged double the price.! I will not be returning

The room for the most part was clean; however, common areas were grubby and neglected. Windows and glass doors needed cleaning. Carpets and upholstered surfaces were stained, unkempt, and not well maintained. Based on this experience, I probably won’t stay there in future visits to that particular place.

This was by far the worst or 2nd worst place I have ever stayed, especially for the price! Everything was in a terrible state of disrepair. Carpets were filthy, walls were dirty, and I won't even start on the bathroom! These people have got to stop buying these hotels and running them like slum lords! If it had not been so late and us being so tired , we would have left .

The outside of the hotel has a run down appearance, and the front desk and hallways are worse (they have signs talking about renovations so maybe these eill be improved?) We were ready to go elsewhere, but the room itself was perfectly fine, so overall a decent value.

This is one of the worst places to stay. Rooms are very small and are not ADA friendly. The breakfast was not worth the time going down. The room was a none smoking room but I could small it in the floor and bedding. I should have got my money back and went somewhere else.

While the hotel and room were clean, it was a little dated. I wish clerk at check in was more attentive to his job and would put his phone away. The morning clerk was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall it was a nice stay.

For the most part everyone was kind and helpful. There was an older man there that made people very uncomfortable. When I made reservations I let them know I would be bringing my grandchildren up to swim. But I would not bring them up all at once. The gentleman I spoke with at that time said that was fine and he appreciated my honesty about bringing my grandchildren up. But the older man stood and stared to a point where it was very uncomfortable. As I was walking my son and his family out he actually followed us outside and stood with his arms crossed staring at us the whole time we were saying goodbye. My granddaughter came up a little while later with her family and he actually came out to the swimming pool area and was staring at us and my husband let him know they were getting ready to leave. He glared at the children then turned around and went back into the building. Had he not done that our stay at Days inn would have been perfect. But it was like he went out of his way to make us all uncomfortable. The younger of the two men who works the front desk could work on his kindness towards guests and his people skills a little bit. But for the most part he was kind. Our overall stay was great. The cost of our was very reasonable. The hotel was clean. Our room was very clean. Even with the couple of issues that we had with the older man for the money it is worth it. I will refer friends and family to Day's Inn in Hutchinson Kansas.

No staff anywhere, waited 45 minutes before someone came back to check in. First room had unmade bed so had to move. Second room had trash in trash can, used pod in coffeemaker, no phone due to broken cord. We had reserved for 3 nights so had to stay. Rarely saw any staff, none of them spoke or smiled or even glanced our way. The sticky note at the front desk said be back in 10 minutes, which remained in place the entire time and a repairman told us it's always there.

I tried to be really optimistic about our stay but they made it impossible… we first got there and they had us down for a smoking room, I told them it was supposed to be non-smoking and they fixed that which I appreciated. We then got to our room and didn’t have toilet paper in the bathroom. The next morning we had things to do but checked our bank account and they had charged us twice for our stay… when I called they said they would cancel it but didn’t tell us anything else. My child ended up getting sick later that night and when we called down to get some help or something for us to clean it up, they got upset and told us their housecleaning didn’t come until 10am and just the “throw a towel over it” we then decided to just go ahead and check out. When we got to the desk no one was there and we had to call on the phone where they told us to just leave the cards on the counter. I let them know that the second charge was not cancelled and the man got angry with me and told me it was automatic and I would have to wait 10-14 business days. I am not sure why I wasn’t told this by the other person, but it was very rude and unprofessional for him to act as he did. We will never stay there again, the location and price aren’t worth being treated the way we were. We just needed somewhere where my children and I could sleep while we were in town but I had to take them out in the rain at 4am because it was too much of an inconvenience for them to offer us any assistance.

Key Cards kept loosing Programming. Breakfast was a Joke. Wasn't used to HouseKeeping Coming in EVERY DAY. All on All it was Very Nice! Only Issue is I Always Book for the Breakfast and they only had cereal, packaged donuts, waffles, and yogurt. No Eggs, Meat, Gravy Bagels, Toast, etc I'd stay again if No Better Options for Breakfast...
