Disappointing stay. We’ve been here before and that’s why we picked it again. Pool was closed and very green. Elevator didn’t work the first 24 hours we were there. I’m not sure if it’s under new management or something, but it was definitely not like our past stays.

When 1st arrived was another guest that had been given my reservation. My name DianA Smith, reservation given to DianE. Smith. Took around 45 minutes to resolve the issue. Next, the pool was not available due to being shut down by the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Not to be reinspected until August.

Only thing okay was the breakfast. And I literally mean okay. The pool closed and green. Elevator broken(they did get it fixed) ice machine broken , they wouldn’t let me check in 30 min early to my room and overall kind of tacky , crappy place. Paint crappy , peeling walls in hall and elevator , stains on carpet. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Two outdoors door are wide opened, that is not safe for the guest. I informed the desk person and i really hope she tells the hotel manager about the situation. One of the doors seems broken. Thanks

The mattress in our room was horribly stained and needs to be replaced. The beds were tiny full sized beds. I wasn’t expecting luxury but we paid a much higher rate than their normal due to lack of availability. I would not recommend. One of the breakfast staff picked up tongs off the floor and put them back by the food to use rather than replacing or cleaning them first. There was something smeared on the bathroom walls and it wasn’t very clean. The hotel has a smell throughout. There is no lighting in the parking lot.

Convenient location. Property a bit run down. Heater didn't work properly. Microwave displayed an error code. Toilet was leaking and neither sink nor tub drained. Terrible skunk weed smell, for a large part of the evening, at the entrance we directed to use near elevator.

Duct tape that was coming off was holding the carpet in the stairs we tripped on. The floors were dirty and there were hand print streaks on the headboard. The Sheetrock and trim was falling off and it wasn’t swept in any corners or anywhere that wasn’t the main walkway.

There was blood or food running down the wall in the are before the bathroom. There were several brown stains on the walls of the bathroom. The shower had someone’s hair still in it. The smell of marijuana covered the room from someone next door. The floors were dirty and the sinks were not cleaned. The beds were left made as we did not stay in our room and left as soon as the concert got over to drive instead of staying the night in filth. We will not be back.

Blood stains everywhere. They need to seriously clean better. The rooms were gross and the hallways were filthy. I was there for less than 24 hours- I checked out instead of staying for the whole trip and I booked another hotel 35 minutes from there. Still waiting to hear from them

It had a terrible smell in the room, like someone had cleaned with soiled water. It was really bad. There was a dead beetle on the floor. Terrible construction around the A/C unit. You could see straight through to wires and cables. Tub was like surfing. The floor of the tub buckled when standing in it. Overall, the beds were comfortable but we couldn't wait to leave.

The rooms were okay, though slightly delapidated. Small cracks along where the baseboard and floor joined, spots of a similar nature duct taped under the sink of one bathroom, stains on wall. Could have ignored it all were it not for the roaches we had not seen until morning of checkout [in late on friday night, barely there saturday, out on sunday morning]. Two, and they clearly felt comfortable enough to come out when lights were on and when people were up. One was crawling along the floor and went underneath the bed my kids had slept on, and another crawled along the joint elongated headboard between the beds. Few plus sides were that the fridge in the room was large for a mini-fridge, the breakfast was decent, and the prices were cheap.

I was in three different rooms throughout my stay and all three were dirty. The floors were not clean at all. The tub and shower were not clean. The soap bottle was empty (refillable kind). The beds were not at all comfortable. There was a sharp edge along the outside of the bed where the mattress edge was poking through.

This was one of the grossest hotels I’ve ever been in - DO NOT STAY HERE!! The sheets were stained and the bathroom dry wall disgusting. The room stunk too! Shame on you Wyndham for letting them use your name. It needs to be taken off Hotels.com

I expected more from a La Quinta Inn. Everything was adequate, except the walls which seemed to be paper thin. Also, the bathtub was installed several inches above floor level, making it hard for my wife to get in the tube. When I was taking a shower, there were only two or three inches between my head and the ceiling. (I am 6'3")

The hotel was fairly well kept for an older building. The maintenance buildings had visible crumbling exterior. The beds were softer than i like and i didn't sleep well. The bathtub was shaped like a bowl inside making it difficult to move around in the shower without fear of falling.

my pillows were a mix of hard as a rock and soft as a feather, the paint in the room was a little mismatched, it looked like parts of it were done in a different color. as usual (I've been here 3 times now) the front counter staff are delightful, always VERY friendly. In the bathroom of room 244 it looks like part of the floor has split, on the left side of the toilet. pretty good stay overall!

Check in at 3pm. We were there at 3:05, went to our room, it had not been cleaned. Over a dozen rooms in the hallway were not cleaned and the maids were sitting in one room playing on their phones.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed at this LaQuinta and had a truly frustrating experience. From the moment I checked in, the issues started. The room’s air conditioning didn’t work, which made for an uncomfortable night. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, a glue trap stuck to the ceiling for flies, and a broken shower head that sprayed water all over the ceiling. Clearly, this room was not being maintained properly or safely. I reported all of this to the front desk right away. Their response? “We can’t do anything until the manager is in,” which wouldn’t be until the next afternoon. No solutions were offered that night—no refund, no discount, not even a room change. Eventually, the next day, they offered to switch rooms, but by that point, the damage was done. I booked through Expedia, and the manager told me to call them and he would approve a refund. Well, it’s been two weeks, and he’s now dodging their calls and refusing to speak with them. Still no refund. I’ve stayed at LaQuinta locations before and never had an experience like this. This property does not meet the brand’s standards and the customer service was completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere

We were in town for my mother’s funeral. We didn’t know how long we would be there. The manager was so kind. He gave us an extra day for the Expedia price and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable and clean. We felt blessed to be there.

We didn’t get to stay cause they somehow lost our reservation. We called in morning to let know we would be checking in very late. Bad English on phone. Arrived at 11:30pm. Then would not price match what we apparently got it for on this app and wanted to charge us way more. Bad customer service.

La Quinta used to be a nice mid-price property. This one is worn out. The included breakfast was out of many items and there was no one available to assist-had to go get the fellow from the check-in desk to get anything. Very sub-standard. Very disappointed. Will likely NOT choose any La Quinta in future travels.

Everything was fine. It was not the lap of luxury, but it was fine. The bed was relatively comfortable with a good selection of pillows of different firmness to choose from. The facility seemed well worn but clean. The continental breakfast was fine -- I've had better and many that were much worse. It would have been nice to have different options each day. This is not the fault of the hotel, but the intersections right around the place were bizarre and not well-represented on the rental car's navigation system. I share only that you be prepared.

The room was a little worn out, as was some of the furniture. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The biggest negative was a lot of sketchy folks staying there who were loud and smoked pot in the parking lot at night. The area overall is nice. The bigget plus was the breakfast, whcih was one of the best ones I've had in a discount hotel Hot sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravey, pancakes. Had yogurt too.
