Safe and quiet beside there is only one elevator which broke down couple time while I stayed there and I had to used the stair up and down from forth floor, that’s very inconvenient, and definitely not for elderly!

My only complaint is the mattress was hard and uncomfortable and there were tons of cigarette butts in the parking lot. The staff were very friendly and everything inside was clean and well maintained. The area seems pretty safe and it was close to the MNU campus. I only marked good for cleanliness due to the cigarette butts.

We went by the entrance beside the laundry room and it smelled like sewer head backed up. We had a sink in our room and you can also smell that same smell through our sink. There was old make up on the door in the bathroom, but it was just a place to rest her head and move on. We only stayed one night probably will not stay here again.

I found a hair in the shower, and the tub spout was very corroded/only transferred about half of the water to the shower head. I should probably disclose that I was a chief engineer over maintenance for both a Marriot affiliate and a Hilton affiliate for a number of years. I would also suggest a counter depth refrigerator, as the full sized one concealed the entry light switch. And their maintenance department should reverse the doors as they opened to the incorrect direction for the kitchenette. I also detected a leak in the bathroom, but not a visible leak - behind the piping race in the wall or above the tub. I did meet the General Manager and relayed all but the fridge door issue to her. She was very attentive and appreciative of my concerns, especially the leak. I would like to commend the night desk man. He was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Weird location, weird smells in hallway coming from large communal garbage can - reminding me of a diaper genie with heavy perfumed air freshener that didn’t entirely mask it. Posing as an extended stay with full kitchen but not a single utensil or dish or pan. TV was impossible and restrictive — so old that it can’t even play Netflix because the internal drive is not large enough. Iron and ironing board but no blow drier (?). Unexpectedly less than basic. Just kinda depressing overall.

Never have so many smells been in one place. Some where nice others were bad. My first room smelled so bad I had to change. Second room was ok. It basically like apartment building so pets and cooking. Seemed like many longer term guests. No sure I would stay there again. It wasn't too bad but I didn't feel confortable there. Rooms were clean.

Everything was clean enough, but this place is two stars indeed. There were several broken things in our room and they put us in a room next to a construction crew that was working on the property. It was a little hard to relax with heavy machinery going on a hundred feet from us all day. But the reason we left early was the lack of half decent internet. I didn’t even know internet could be 300 kpbs in 2023. My husband and I came for our anniversary hoping to stream our favorite shows and have a quiet weekend. The internet was so incredibly slow, we had to use my phone as a hotspot. My phone was three times faster than the internet in the hotel - we tested it. We called about the internet and found there was no option to upgrade, so we decided to go home. When I told the woman at the front desk we were checking out a day early, she didn’t even ask how our stay was. If you’re hoping to stream anything in your room, hopefully you come prepared.

Woke up several times through the night to noise in the hallway and lobby area. Good place to stay for a night or two at most. Room was kind of cramped & bathroom was set up inconveniently. But staff was kind, over all it was clean & okay.

Everything was fine but did not like that they actually run your card through to charge for the damage deposit where as all the hotels I normally stay just take the card and don’t run it through unless they have to after you check out as it normally takes my bank 4 to 5 days to get the refund back in

We were a group of 17 people in town for a family reunion. We arrived in the morning and even though we called stating we were late arrival the guy at the front desk didn’t acknowledge me, and was very unhelpful. He just shrugged and said I put you down as a no show and couldn’t even tell us if we could re-book the reservation. We drove 14 hours for this. Then he said maybe could talk to the manager and he couldn’t tell us what time that person came in. Why talk to the manager? With that attitude I doubt management can help. We booked another place. This Motel 6 does NOT keep the light on for you. Go somewhere else. KC area if I’ll of great people you can do better

Friendly staff, clean room. Saw someone else mention concern about parking lot safety - it wasn't super well lit, but I was able to park near the office. even as a parent traveling alone with children, I didn't feel unsafe. Easy walking distance to QuikTrip and super convenient to I-35 and 435.

Needed a simple place for a short family trip to the KC area. This was perfect. Inexpensive but clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a pool or free breakfast this not for you, but there is a full fridge microwave and cooktop. I would stay here again.

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Coffee and hot water, but no breakfast. No shampoo, Kleenex, but ample towels and soap. I appreciate more than toiletries is the more reasonable price for a place to sleep. Ample parking, easy on, easy off freeway access. Good bar & grill, Wallaby’s, just down the road for something to eat.

I like that the staff was kind and helpful but the room was alittle small the bed sucks woke up with back pain internet service was bad and no free breakfast and overall 3/10 wouldnt be staying there!
