Mr. Wallace ar check-in was truly phenomenal! He helped us so many times throughout our stay, and always with a friendly attitude and a smile. Check- in was a total breeze, one of the quickest ones I have ever had. Their pool was awesome! My kids loved the water slide and the fact that the water was as warm as bath water! They also kept towels by the pool so that you didn't have to use your towels in your bathroom for the pool, so that was definitely helpful. And lastly, the breakfast was great and the sweet lady who kept it fixed and stocked, Joann, was wonderful to us, especially my 3 year old autistic son. We always feel like such a burden because he can be a handful and very distracting, but she made us feel very welcomed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I rely on a trained service dog because I have seizures, and I believe my rights as a person with a disability were not respected. Staff told me I was not allowed to bring my service dog into the pool area while I supervised my children. At the same time, they warned me that if I left my dog alone in my room, I would be charged a $100 fee. I was put in an impossible situation: either leave my children unsupervised or leave my service dog behind and risk a fine. My service dog is medically necessary and trained to respond to my seizures. The front desk staff was also unprofessional. While speaking with me, employees carried on conversations in Spanish in front of me, making me feel excluded and uncomfortable during an already stressful situation. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully or understanding the laws regarding service animals, they were dismissive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the pool area was filthy. There was hair everywhere, the pool deck was dirty, the water looked cloudy and unclean, and the waterslide did not work properly. The overall condition of the pool was disgusting and far below what I would expect from a hotel. I expected better treatment, cleaner facilities, and proper ADA training. I would not recommend staying here.

When we visited (early June 2026) there were renovations happening, which meant there were some minor issues with noise in the morning and the pool (which looks truly fun for kids) was unavailable. They were apologetic and offered us access to the pool at neighboring Comfort Inn, which was a bit more basic but still a nice gesture). Room was clean. The breakfast was amazing and the woman who prepares/hosts is a gem. Fresh pico! Homemade burritos you can take with you, fresh fruit bar for granola or oatmeal bowls, etc. Definitely better than we expected and far above standard hotel breakfast fare.
