The breakfast was TOP NOTCH! The welcome, housekeeping, lobby, beverages, and staff were amazing! Pool wheelchair lift doesn't work and hasn't in a long time according to staff. Unsure if pool lift worked since could not even get to that level to find out. Kids enjoyed the slide despite not enough water running down the slide to slide easily, but they still played for almost 2 hours. Very disappointed I could not join in. My nieces were upset because they were looking forward to swimming with me, so we only went to the pool once. A bit annoying that they insisted my niece who is a lifeguard (had red cross certification card with us as this usually is enough) but under 18 had to be chaperoned by me who could not even get to the pool if there was an emergency. Room undergoing renovation but still nice enough. Overall, would stay here again. As a side note::: When will hotels get rid of key cards whose access data is constantly wiped out by credit/debit cards and cellphones even when you keep them in the sleeve? I think we had to get cards rekeyed at least 4 times in 3 days. Very annoying!

The staff were helpful and the friendliest I have met in a long time. The hotel is being remodeled but the cleanliness was good otherwise. Wish it had a better Gym but I am sure we will stay there again when we come back.
