Very clean and well run. Having only stairs, no escalator or elevator to reach the 2nd floor was disappointing for anyone with a heavy bag. GM Om and front desk clerk Setha(?sp) delivered excellent service.

The shower rod was barely hanging on the wall and the shower curtain was clipped onto the rod. The pool and hot tub are not working and look like they have not been operational for many months. My key card was only programmed for one of my two nights.

The pool and hot tub that were the reason for picking the motel have not been in operation for a couple years. We could hear everything that happen above us and beside us. They did give us 2 pillows each which would have been fine if the each weren't 1ft square. All in all a very disappointing stay.

It was very disappointing. The hotel is not as advertised. The pool and hot tub were permanently closed. However, the online listings say they are open. That was the reason we chose to stay there. Our beds were not comfortable, the linens had an odor to them; like stale sweaty bedhead. There was dirt in the corners of the floor and the sink had an odor and the drain was rusty. One thing they do have is a hair dryer, which was great, however, it is not listed on the hotel listing so we all packed ours.

Lobby was very clean. Took a bit for someone to come the front desk to check us in. Room was clean had some updates, bathroom had no updates and no toilet paper. We booked this room in hopes of swimming that evening and enjoying the hot tub. When we went to go see the swimming accommodations we were informed that the pool was closed permanently yet the sign on the door said temporarily. Manager also stated that the pool and hot tub were closed on the website, I double checked and did not see anything about the pool or hot tub being closed.

The room is very dirty we complain to the franchise management about this problem when we checked in he wanted to change the room. Or give me the money back. I refuse due to lack of rooms available in Selena Kansas so we had to stay there it also smell like smoke. Sheets weren't clean also the bathroom was very filthy and dirty pee on floor all over the toilet. Tub drain was full of hair look like it hasn't been cleaned. I will be contacting Days inn corporate office about this location we're not very pleased.

We were traveling to Colorado and stopped to stay there. They did not have a roll out bed to accommodate us. We ended up losing $120.00 due to the cleanliness and finding spiders in the room. Wanted a refund but would not give it to us. Don’t recommend.

I’m not normally one to write a review… especially a bad one, but I don’t want anyone else to read recent positive reviews and deal with what we did. We were on a long road trip with our pop up camper. We decided after a long way of driving to stay in a hotel instead of fighting with the camper. We should have just kept driving or dealt with the camper. It wasn’t so dirty that I left, but if I hadn’t been awake for 20 hours I would have. No bugs, but I kept expecting to see one. There was drywall debris and paint on the edges of the carpet from a recent renovation. The hangers in the room were covered in grease and grime. The top edge of the shower tile had thick dust. The shower head was covered in rust and orange. The tub was peeling apart. There were just a lot of spots that were missed. I didn’t want to touch anything because of it. Also, our dogs were both terrified of the place and have never acted like that before, which is not the hotel’s fault, but I don’t think they felt safe, but neither did I. I’m also a bit picky when it comes to hotel rooms. Some people would probably be fine with it. The bed was clean. The sheets were clean. The fridge was clean. This is not enough for me.

Came to Equifest [an equine livestock expo] for my hobby, model horse showing.....booked through Hotels.com. Room was extremely clean, staff went above and beyond[ [ brought me ice from upstairs when lower floor machine was not working without my asking] very friendly, breakfast area was immaculate and well stocked.....everything in my room worked. I HIGHLY recommend

Staff did a great job checking us in no elevator shower curtain was disgusting room stunk with like a chemical smell. Air conditioner was off when we showed up room took hour and a half to cool down. Ice machine was empty. Couldn’t get any ice due to people filling coolers probably won’t revisit. Sorry about your luck.

I was greeted each time entered or left the property (when they were present). No staff when I checked out and a note to leave the keys in a little tray (which is not secure). The breakfast area is small and breakfast choices are limited The room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was quick. In summary, this is an average to above average hotel.

The A/C in my room had a really hard time cooling on the hot night I was there. The wifi also would not connect even after the incredibly friendly front desk clerk tried resetting it. Was still a good stay overall.

My wife, kids, and mother-in-law were traveling across the country, so I reserved a room for them at this Days Inn in Salina KS. My wife called to verify the reservation 2 hours before arriving, and was told everything was good and they had the reservation. When they arrived the room was gone, the front desk personnel was extremely rude and tried to put 4 people in a room with 1 bed. My family had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night. Highly DO NOT recommend.

It was unsafe for any woman traveling. There were multiple men outside drinking and stacking their beer against the wall. We did not even feel safe getting out of the car. I had already checked in (during the day) and returned later to go (at night) into the room but did not due to feeling unsafe. The desk clerk was outside smoking, not dressed profesionally and wasn't even sure she was the desk clerk until the next day when I went there to cancel the stay.and she told me it was her. When I told her what had happened the night before, she stated oh they (the men outside) are just construction workers they are ok. I told her it did not look safe to park (there were few open parking areas and they were in front of these men).I want a refund for the stay that was booked but so far have gotten no where with this.

The hotel is not in a great location and in ffact the direction lead you to nothing. Then we got there and no one was there to help us. Rung the bell and they came after a while. Rooms redone and did a nice job and it was very clean. However the sound proofing is one of the worst I have ever been in. A lot of rude guests that walked up and down the hall speaking in regular outdoor voices all night long. Then there was Breakfast. If that’s what you want to call it. No milk no yogurt no tea bags of any kind. Juice machine was broken and they had an almost empty bottle of Sunny d. Did have waffles which was the only positive thing about it. When I told the front desk clerk she was extremely rude and said it wasn’t her fault. She was not in charge of that. By the way it was 9 and there was no one around during the entire breakfast time. Had a box for you to put your keys in. I already had my receipt which I got way before I checked in. So I really didn’t need to be checked out but I certainly did not need the attitude I was given. I don’t say this lightly but she needs to be replaced. Needless to say we will not be back or ever recommending your location.

When I told the front desk clerk she was extremely rude and said it wasn’t her fault. She was not in charge of that. By the way it was 9 and there was no one around during the entire breakfast time. Had a box for you to put your keys in. I already had my receipt which I got way before I checked in. So I really didn’t need to be checked out but I certainly did not need the attitude I was given. I don’t say this lightly but she needs to be replaced. Needless to say we will not be back or ever recommending your location.

We needed a place to rest approximately half way back from vacation and this looked to be ok online so I booked it for 1 night. Check in was quick and easy, guy friendly enough. You can tell this family owned hotel has come a long way. The room was great. The hotel was fine the area it’s located in which is a little rough, but you’re well lit. My only concern was the amount of ice outside the front door . I said something about it when I checked in and at least salt should’ve been put down the next morning when we went out our older dog practically did the splits on the ice. It’s a real concern to me.

The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. The hotel location offers easy on/off access to I-70. The free breakfast was nothing to brag about, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee and the ubiquitous diy waffle maker (no cooking spray, so that meant the waffle stuck and came out in pieces). If you have time, skip it and get a real breakfast at the nearby IHOP. But this was a minor complaint, overall, I can certainly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was easy to get to off I-70. Staff was nice but not much contact after initial check-in. After being on the road all day, only recommendations for food was a Mexican and 2 fast food. Breakfast was cereal or waffle. Breakfast area was clean but choices except for waffle were pretty much grab and go.

The hotel is not in a great location and in ffact the direction lead you to nothing. Then we got there and no one was there to help us. Rung the bell and they came after a while. Rooms redone and did a nice job and it was very clean. However the sound proofing is one of the worst I have ever been in. A lot of rude guests that walked up and down the hall speaking in regular outdoor voices all night long. Then there was Breakfast. If that’s what you want to call it. Only able to access one end of the building. Breakfast was absolute minimal, but had a waffle maker, coffee was about the worst, Breaker tripped in that area in the morning. Night guy's TV watching could be heard throughout the night at least halfway down the hall. It was a toss up between this and those on the other side of the street. I will go with one of them next time. Not at all impressed but you get what you pay for.
