Was easy to find and has restaurants within walking distance. The room was nice with a good bed. They were working on updating the hallways. Has a pool and hot tub. The overall property does need updating but hopefully that’s what they are doing.

My only complaint is the hot tub is loud and needs work. I wasn’t thrilled about the “knock on every door at 9:30” policy. I heard it even though I had my DND card on the door. Probably not a good way to do it.

My room at this hotel was clean. The sheets and towels were in need of a refresh. Breakfast was the typical continental offering including some hot eggs and sausage. Front desk staff was courteous. The location was just ok, with views of dumpsters and drive thru. The public areas( hallways etc) were in need of a good cleaning. Ok for one night but not my first choice because of the location and lack of cleanliness.

Property needs a facelift. Exit doors at ends of hotel are malfunctioning. Rooms are average but could really use deep cleaned. Room doors have so many screw holes in them it makes one wonder how sturdy and secure they are.

If you have another hotel choice, book that one instead!!! We had an awful stay at this Baymont. The bathroom was disgusting - the grout was missing from the tile floor (appears that the shower had flooded the bathroom previously) and the shower wouldn’t drain properly leaving you standing in a pan of dirty water. It turns out that the shower drain was clogged with what looked like feces. The security lock on the door was missing entirely, so the only protection was the lock on the door handle. We will never stay at this hotel again. The only positive was the lady at the front desk was pleasant checking us in.

This hotel is dirty and would not recommend. The floor was not clean, the elevator was gross and the room needed work. The breakfast was not good. We ended up having to go somewhere else which defeats the whole purpose of having breakfast.

The room was not cleaned very well. The beds were full of hair and the sheets looked as if someone had already slept on them. The shower was also full of hair..Luckily the lady at the front desk changed our bedding and was very friendly! Also, I would like to thank the ladies who made breakfast early so our girls could eat before their tournament.. Employee's outstanding.. cleanliness need's much improvement!

The beds are extremely TOO HIGH in the handicapped room. Even with a step stool still needed help getting in and out of bed. The side doors would not let us in the building even though the light lit up green. It would have been a lot closer and less walking. I was told some people were propping it open but I didn't cuz it was -12 while we were there.

Overall it was a great hotel. Near the intestate, several dining options near by. I was surprised that our room did not have a tub, only a shower. Wasn't a big deal for us, but for those with young kids, might pose a struggle. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The beds were hard as a rock. But, the staff were friendly and the rooms seemed well kept and clean.

Staff was great and super friendly. The building is noticeably in need of some repairs but the rooms were clean and free of damage. One negative within the room was the bed frames that are metal and extremely noisy. Every toss or turn sounds like pots and pans falling from the cupboard. Overall was a decent place to stay for an evening but I wouldn’t stay any longer.

We had car trouble and the staff at the Baymont, Kimberlee and Mary helped us by providing jumper cables and then Kimberlee driving her personal car to help me jump our stalled vehicle. They were lifesavers! Thank you!

Night agent was unable to locate my Expedia reservation. Despite multiple attempts, as well as contacting the manager. This situation caused a serious ripple effect. While he attempted to resolve the issue other guests were also had to wait. After about 10 minutes I offered guests the chance to get checked in. My wait was about 1:15 minutes before I received my room key. However, I would like to add that he did all he could do to make it work. If, I was able to get my room right away the rating would be higher. On a positive note the morning agent acknowledged the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. In closing the other guests had no problems with their reservations.

My problems arose upon checkout when I got violently ill. When I checked out and entered my car, I started uncontrolled vomiting and had to go to an Urgent Care Clinic and was diagnosed with food poisoning. I got sick right after eating breakfast at the hotel. Before leaving to go to the clinic, my family wanted to clean me up. My cousin first went back into the hotel to ask for some towels to assist and was told by the clerk that she couldn't give towels out "like that" and was given two rags about the size of a handkerchief. My wife went back inside and told the clerk, Denise, that I was having a medical emergency and needed some towels and other cleaning supplies. There were what looked like hundreds of towel located in the room behind the check-in desk along with other cleaning supplies. It was like we had to beg for assistance. In the end, the clerk gave SOME of what was asked for but not willingly. My wife asked her why she was so unwilling to assist a guest and she said she was new on the job and didn't know to what extent she could offer services. When my wife asked if she could make any emergency decisions such as this, she was unconcerned and replied that my wife was only concerned because it was her husband. The clerk also refused to give any contact information for a supervisor or her last name. I have never been exposed to a situation where a property would refuse to assist a sick guest. This is appalling.

We had a good stay but woke up to a power outage. So we couldn't see to get ready for traveling until daylight. Because of power outage no breakfast was available. I couldnt get a receipt either. Was told they would email me one but I havent received it. It was in a good location. Love that it was next to Spangles Diner. I would stay there again though if I ever travel that far.

Hotel is across the street from Braum’s Ice Cream and next to a trailer park. Building was old, but the bathroom was updated with a nice walk-in shower. Quiet location. Room smelled like carpet powder. One wall lamp wasn’t attached to the wall properly and all the lamp shades were dusty. The sign at check in stated they do not accept pitbull or pitbull mixed breeds. Because of the bully-breed restrictions, I would not stay here again.

The air conditioner/heater in the room was so noisy that every time it kicked on it woke me up. I completed the online check in, and then still had to check in when I got there. The breakfast area didn’t have much seating. The staff were nice though.
