I would highly recommend staying here! Every staff member was kind, and helpful. The pool was amazing even though it shows signs of aging, it doesn't affect the overall use. Well maintained! Breakfast was great also!

We enjoyed our stay. Was down here for a basketball tournament. The only complaint I have is the pool wasn’t open. Don’t know if I would have stayed here if I knew ahead of time. Other than that everything was good.

Bed was advertised as pillow top and it was not. I have a bad back and that was disappointing. Not to say the bed wasn’t comfortable, it was fine, but not a pillow top. Rest of hotel was as expected except the pool was closed.

Easy getting to hotel from highway. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was great and so many options. Free bottled water was an added bonus and cookies in the evening. We had a studio suite, that came with plenty of room to spread out, and space to get ready while someone else was in the shower. Fast food, grocery store, and gas station about 3 min drive down the road. Will definitely be staying here again.

Easy check in. Breakfast was actually really good. My only small complaint would be parking. We couldnt get a spot next to our room but we parked in the back and walked through the beautiful lighted courtyard.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. Parking is simple and rooms are clean. Nearest fast food is a little over a mile away - nearest sit down casual, about 2.5. Convenient to the highway. Great place to stop for snowbirds on the way from north to south.

Great hotel in good location. Room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! Very pleasant stay. The only downside was that the pool was closed. That was why we chose this hotel over others so that was very disappointing.

Best breakfast buffet I have seen at a hotel. This hotel was very clean, very quiet, and I loved the outdoor area for my pups next to the tables, fire pit and music. Will definitely stay again!

While the hotel staff were nice, I was really disappointed with the room conditions. The room had a persistent urine smell that was noticeable immediately, and the floor was so dirty and stained it looked more like an outdoor surface than something you’d expect in a hotel. I’m not sure if this was specific to my room, but it made me so uncomfortable that I need to keep my shoes on the entire time. I won’t be booking here again

Paid $233 for one night, thinking this would be a lovely place to stay, but in reality, this should be rated as a motel, as the rooms are very small, dark, old and dirty/dingy. Started out by having to wait in line 25 minutes just to check in at 4:00 pm. Either the staff is incredibly slow, or the system they use is antiquated - or both. Even though check in started at 3:00pm, we were told our advance online request for an upstairs room could not be honored because no upstairs rooms were “ready” yet. Once we got into our room, we found dried, sticky messes on both the night stand and desk - which also served as the coffee pot stand. It was clear to see that someone took a swipe at both with a damp cloth, but did not bother to actually clean them. Two of three of our white bath towels had nasty, crusty large brown stains on them - very gross. The beds were comfortable enough, but one of our comforters was oddly very lumpy - top to bottom. I would not recommend this place, and I will definitely never stay here again.

We stayed overnight on a long trip. The building and rooms are nice but our room was extremely damp to the point the bedding, carpet and towels felt almost wet. There were no other rooms available to switch to and we were tired so dealt with it but it wasn’t pleasant. We got in our room about 1 am and we were awoken by mowers and leaf blowers outside our window at 6:30 a.m. Then house cleaning tried to come in at 7:45 a.m. We were exhausted and over it. I do not know if other rooms had the same problem with dampness or if it was just ours. Management said the mowers weren’t supposed to start until after 8am which is still too early in my opinion when people are needing rest, he apologized and said he would credit me back rewards points but tried to say he would’ve refunded me but since I booked through a 3rd party he couldn’t. Hotel looked nice but our stay was unfortunately very disappointing.

I was promised a walk in handicapped shower w 2 Queen beds. The property said they only had king size bed with walkin handicapped showers. We made do. Reported to manager that we had spotted 3 cockroachs in bathroom. , and 2 large ones on TV cabinet. Reported this- left dead bug body of one I smashed. Requested manager call me befire I left. They did not. Requested compensation for bug invasion- over a week now & NO contact from manager.

This hotel was fine for a quick overnight stay while traveling. The front desk personnel were pleasant and efficient. The room was overall nice and clean. Quite a bit of noise from outside, but it is near major roads. The bed/pillow was not that comfortable for me, but my wife liked it.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room included a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and blow dryer. The shower water pressure was amazing with plenty of hot water. I only have two complaints (policy issues, not room or hotel issues) 1) On the reservation I marked the option that I would pay when I arrived. When I checked in, I had already been charged for the full amount. 2) I needed to cancel the second night to return home earlier than expected. They would not refund any portion of my charge for the second night. I don’t travel or stay in a hotel very often, so not sure if this is just normal policy. But, all said and done, this was a very nice hotel and would absolutely stay there again.

As a whole, not bad. Needs some updating, like the bathroom faucet did not work very good. Need noise canceling windows, it sounded like the windows were open. I know the hotel can't control traffic, but there was motorcycles racing until 3-4 in the morning.

The rooms are nice and modern and the bed is comfy. It is by a road so you will get a lot of vehicle noise in the front. The only issue we had was the AC unit in the room not turning off even when the off switch was pressed. When reported to reception, they came and looked, suggested leaving it for a while to see if it switched off. It did not so asked to change rooms which was done without any fuss.

We stayed here before so choose to this time. The only annoyance was the water going off again on the first day between 10-12. Otherwise it is a nice clean hotel rooms away from the road are quiet. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. Special mention to Jacky on the front desk in the mornings, always cheerful and polite.

When I explains the the manger what happened at the previous hotel snd that we had to move hotels, he was more than helpful. Even when the computer glitched and put us in an already occupied room, he was STILL apologetic the next morning. Turick was amazing and went ABOVE AND BEYOND his duties.

Its been a full 8 days and still no deposit refund to my card. They surprised me with a $50 deposit required in addition to the room fees i had already paid at check-in. I rebooked after the first night and had to pay the deposit again. When i checked out i was told the deposit would be returned immediately. A different employee said it would be 2-3 business days. Either way, my $100 has still not be returned and there was no reason for them to have kept it.

This was a convenient location for a one night stay. It's near the interstate. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. Very modern hotel with updated bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay again. Highly recommend.

One night stop on a long drive on I-35. Very easy access off the tollway. Breakfast was one of the best we have seen - lots of options including fruit which is sometimes lacking at hotels. Free cookies and water too. Only complaint: Bathroom wasn't the cleanest - picked up several very obvious long hairs. Otherwise all was good for a quick overnight stop!

Amazing place to stay! It was very clean with good upkeep, basic but nice rooms, cozy lobby seating area with a warm fireplace and books available, and a nice breakfast area with amazing breakfast buffet options. Lots of places have eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and waffle makers, etc... but here they had a lot of extra little things to make it so much better, like fresh toppings for the waffles (berries, pineapple, and mangoes etc...) and toppings for the eggs (cheese, salsa, avocado,...), multiple fruit options, and other extras. I definitely would choose this place again in the future if driving through Wichita!
