Hyatt Place Baton Rouge/I-10

Hotel needs updating. First room had the desk rolled out of the wall. I was there for work and needed a desk so asked to change rooms which took an untrained employee an hour to figure out how to do it. Put me in another room next to the elevator that had a wobbly table, not the built in desk like most rooms. Tv streaming did not work, tv had bad picture with lines running through it. Bad experience, should get a refund for the poor conditions.

Our overnight stay went well! The room was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed and were satisfied. The public areas were also clean and kept up, with flavored water in the lobby day and night. We did not partake in breakfast but got a Starbucks coffee for the road! We will definitely use the hotel again ⭐️👍

The rooms need to be updated. The bathrooms are small and the sink is out in the open, no privacy. It would be beneficial to have table or a desk for eating. Would also suggest a TV that swivels.

Bed was worse bed in my fifty plus years of traveling. There was mold in the room which was a distinct smell. Poor breakfast. Good shower. Awesome amount of towels. Been a Hyatt guy for years and never had these types of problems. Hope it never happens again or will have to try one of your competitors.
