Check in was very fast. The person at the desk was polite. One of the elevators was broken. It was the one near my room. I ended up having to walk around the entire hotel to get to my room. I wish the person at the desk would have told me that. I could have just went up the stairs. Also housekeeping never checked on me the whole weekend. There is an indoor pool so I ran out of towels pretty quickly.

The hotel stay was amazing. The front desk clerk was very friendly and checked me in quickly. Anytime I had a question he answered in a knowledgeable and friendly way. The only downside was that the pool and the laundromat for guests to use were not available at the time.

The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was nice, but the hot tub wasn't working, which was disappointing. We were there two nights, and weren't able to use it either night. The hotel was very close to a TopGolf and the Blue Bayou waterpark, which was convenient.

On my first day, the tub was filthy, and dirty, it looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned in for some time. The second time I stayed here, which was a day later, I had hoped it would better, instead the bathroom had a loud humming sound that could be heard with the door closed. Since I checked in at midnight and just come from a 13hr ride, I didn’t feel like challenging it.

I book 2 QUEEN beds over a week ago for my son world series. We got there not to early was told check in was at 4 Hotels.com website said 3.We left to got dinner back by the time we came back there was NO MORE ROOM WITH 2 QUEEN beds. I was told if you booked through a third party. Your room is not reserved. Our reservation was for Wednesday night through Monday. On Thursday we was out at the ballpark all day. When we got back to the hotel went to the front desk and asked for some towels so we can take a shower The front desk person said we have no more towels.. No towels to take a shower and no towels for the pool. The room that they finally put us in was dirty. The bathroom door did not shut all the way. We booked this hotel because it was the Marriott.

Prior to checking in I requested a high level suite with balcony, facing front of hotel. I was told that I would be accommodated with my request. Once I arrived and checked in, I was then told that my suite did not offer a balcony, but I could move to a smaller room. I kindly declined. Upon getting into my room, the floor was soak and wet as if the occupants who were in the room earlier hadn’t too long checked out. That was my only issue. The suite was as expected. The location was close to several restaurants and stores which was a plus. The next morning as I was leaving. I noticed housekeeping making up a bed using the same sheets that had been used from previous occupants. That blew my mind, because why aren’t you all changing those darn sheets? Anyhoo. I don’t normally leave reviews, but wanted to share my experience

This is a clean, nice, well-staffed hotel with a nice bar / coffee bar. The parking is also convenient, and the room was comfortably furnished. The only drawbacks were that the room was poorly lit with only three small lamps; the wifi signal was weak; and the TV didn't have an adequate internet signal and so the screen would freeze.

Booked a room with fold out for teens No linens, asked for pillows for pull out and told they had no extra pillows Mechanical room open the entire time blowing HOT air into hallway. Terrible road noise on second floor all night long Toilet was not bolted correctly and clanked every time it was used, as did the one above us. In room coffee pot leaked and had not been cleaned. We generally love Courtyards, but not this one

Great stay here for College football game with a few friends! Bathrooms were renovated rooms were properly cooled at night great A/C! Beds were super comfortable!

The location is wonderful. The stay was ok I didn’t like the detached sink from the main bathroom. It did not show that online. Also the shower was not so great. Very tiny and the water pressure was very poor. It wasn’t hot on Saturday, and I’m assuming that’s because it was a high shower time so that’s not held against the hotel. I also found what looked like a toenail in my bed. I’m hoping it wasn’t but it was 1am and I was tired and just went to sleep. But overall the stay was ok. It was comfy and quiet. Appeared clean

There was an issue with the fire alarm.. It went off every 15 minutes from 6 pm until 1am.. I can still hear the ringing in my head.. The front desk agent was awesome she assisted with all my concerns.. The room was very nice beds very comfortable..

Door mechanism always had an issue, channels on the tv for internet tv weren’t available. And had to hold down the handle on the toliet to flush it all the way, shower wasn’t clean had to scrub before using. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. The ac didn’t feel like it was cooling the room off. And maintenance personnel seemed to have no clue!

We were directed to the Residence Inn next door because The Courtyard Marriott was oversold. This was at 1:30am. We booked a double bed room and we had to get a single bed because that was all the Residence Inn had available. We had to be moved to three different times. The first room had bed bugs, the second room had a very loud beeping sound and finally the third room was somewhat acceptable. Overall, our experience left alot to be desired.

I was double charge for my room and still nearly 3 weeks later, have not been refunded. The 1st floor and lobby had water bugs. We had to be moved to a different floor. The swimming pool was over crowded with a sleepover birthday party. There were close to 15 kids staying in one room and only 1 adult present. We will not be returning.

The front desk staff were all awesome! We had like 4 different ladies working and they were all very friendly and helpful if we had questions. The only issue we had was getting towels but did get them from the front desk because we really didn’t have house keeping go by but 1 time out of our 4 night stay.

I did not like the receptionist she is not welcoming and not friendly. She asked for my card and swiped it without telling me why she swiped it. when i get into the room i checked my card and saw a purchased of $20 I called her and asked what is the charge for she said its for incidental fee and hung up. Omg..

Throughly enjoyed my stay. This was my second time staying at the facility traveling as a solo female. The front desk attendants were very nice and friendly(sorry I didn’t remember names). The property was to my liking as someone who battles with a little bit of OCD. Area is convenient to stores and restaurants and I felt safe. Whenever I return to visit my son who is college in BR this hotel is now deemed my choice of stay.

There are many great dining options within walking distance of the hotel. There's a shopping center across the street, a Wal-Mart and Sam's Club as well. The hotel also has a small restaurant and bar and Starbucks on site. Great location off I-10, convenient location.

The outside property needs some updating however the inside was a tremendous surprise. It must have been newly updated and clean. There are lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, the area of town was safe and convenient to everywhere we needed and wanted to go. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the hotel was full with other players and families. The hotel was not equipped with enough towels and often ran out. I wish the hotel had another pool to fit all the guests, I wish the hotel bistro had additional food options as they were limited and soft drinks were often very limited.

No complimentary coffee or breakfast! The elevator stop working so we had to take the stairs! Our balcony door was very hard to open which is a safety issue! Then we were told to reuse towels! In a 5- star hotel and you have to reuse towels! It was horrible and we will never stay there again
