Parking, while convenient, is pretty tight. Need more spaces when full. Had to park pretty far from front and no spaces near room. My biggest complaint is the pillows. Not at all comfortable! Made it difficult to sleep.

Friendly staff . Safe neighborhood. Dogs loved it .Areas for them to walk in the grass. Conveniently located . Was not charged for dogs ( very small ) as like a neighboring location that wanted a “ non refundable deposit “of 100$ each dog . I informed the attendant at the other hotel that wasn’t a deposit , that’s a charge . Hampton was great to us . Hopefully to you as well

Property was amazing. Staff were helpful and easy to get along with. Room was clean..i would definitely stay here again. Whether you by yourself like me or a couple or family it will meet your needs and very convenient. No gym on sight but you can get a free pass to one across the streets from staff at the desk. The breakfast was pretty good and filling.

It says pet friendly but it was NOT! Dogs bark, or cry when left alone or knocks on the door occur. My puppy was left alone in the room for about 3 hours while my family tried to enjoy a steamboat ride and I was called 2 times being told I can’t leave my pet alone anymore because they were getting complaints and if they get one more we are notified and will be asked to leave the property. If people don’t want to hear dogs bark sometimes then don’t get a pet friendly hotel and if it’s causing issues and you threaten to kick out the guest who has paid over $800 for the room because they have a dog then don’t make your hotel pet friendly when it’s really not.

My first time staying at the hotel and i really enjoyed myself and would love to return to this property. My room was very nice;elevator being down big inconvenience and loudnessssss of housekeepers outside in hallways 8am louddddd speaking in their language was annoying 😑 my first 3 days!

Elevator near our room made a noise like a little dog howling. It took me until the night before checking out to figure out that it was the elevator. A roach was present in the room and I was given Hilton points for the bad experience.

This was our second time staying at this property. The first time was good; however, the second time we booked a suite. The beds were nasty and dirty with hair all over the sheets. The sheets were not clean and fresh. We asked for new sheets and because it was late when we arrived, we were told we had to come down and get the sheets or wait til the next day to get someone to change our sheets. The couch had stains on it and the floor was not clean at all. It was a bad experience. The customer service was good but overall the hotel wasn’t clean.

The property is in a perfect location with so many restaurants & shopping nearby. Plus, easy access to I-10 and not far from the airport. The suite was spacious & everything needed to make a comfortable stay away from home. The breakfast had many options and was open until 10 am. We’ll definitely stay here again when we travel to visit family,

The hotel was great. It was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. My only complaint is how thin the walls are. We had extraordinarily noisy neighbors who slammed doors and giggled until 3 in the morning, so we could not sleep until they did.

Had an issue with the plumbing in the sink, reported and within an hour maintenance was there to assist. However it turned into a major problem. Front desk contacted me to move to another room just down the hall and even upgraded my room choice at no charge . Amazing service and great front desk staff. Kara and Crystal get major commendations for their customer service .

The hotel room was exceptionally clean with a comfy bed. Housekeeping even came in during our 4 day stay to change linens and towels, which we rarely see done anymore during our travels. Very friendly staff that gave us advice on the best local restaurants and places to visit. We will definitely be back.!

The lady at the front desk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in, she was on the phone. Bad customer service. The following morning at breakfast, i was uncomfortable eating, the call in the food area was very upset and threw something in the floor around guess.

This was our first time at this hotel. We came down for a NFL game. Extremely clean and check in was great. Kara was simply the best and she provided excellent customer service (which is very rare in this world now) We will definitely stay here again.

Having never been to New Orleans, we were unsure of the area. What drew us to this hotel was the included parking and that we would not be in the downtown area. Very glad we chose this location. The staff was friendly. Our room was excellent. Lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel in walking distance. Felt like a very safe area.

The hotel had ample parking and staff were very nice. Also, the breakfast was great, possibly one of the best I’ve had at any hotel. The only negative to this stay was the excessive noise from the busy road and trains.

My stay was awesome! The staff was very friendly; my first day there the young lady at the first desk told us about a festival that was happening the same day. There's coffee in the lobby throughout the day. The breakfast was a legit, good breakfast. The hot food changed daily, not the same thing every day. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family when they visit the area.
