Great people, great customer service the only thing this property is lacking is a pool and inside hotel entertainment but it is a great hotel if you are only planning to sleep while on vacation. Big rooms, convenient to transportation walking distance from Frenchman and Frenchquarter overall nice and safe stay.

There was no storage furniture for clothing. Thermostat in room would not function. Limited menu selections at “U-Bar”. Great value for our visit. Extremely friendly staff. Recommend finding public parking close to facility. It was extremely easy and cost effective.

Very friendly and pleasant staff at checkin, a boutique hotel with tons of charm and selfie opportunities at every corner, my room was clean and comfortable, the $25 food and beverage credit and 2 complimentary drinks at their U-Bar was nice! the hotel is located 15 minutes from the French quarter. I found a wonderful Peruvian restaurant across the street called Mister Oso i highly recommend. the only thing inwas disappointed with is the $48 daily valet cost. There is a garage next door that only charges $15 for overnight parking in after 5pm out by 9am. Btw, there is no free parking anywhere in New Orleans. Overall, this is a wonderful property and i would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cambria Hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect — close to Frenchmen Street and Bourbon Street, which made it easy to enjoy the nightlife. The hotel also has a nice bar, which was a great bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would book again on my next visit!

Business trip. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Convenient location with walking distance to convention center and downtown. Several restaurants and coffees around. I would stay in Cambria again. (Several treadmills and other equipment in the fitness room but I would have liked to see free weights too.)

A stylish and comfortable hotel located an easy walk to the Julia St. cruise terminal and also not too far to the French Quarter. My only complaint would be the slow breakfast service in the cafe and the price of food for what you get. Otherwise fine.

There was small cleaning issues( unknown hair on chairs, shower head scaling, crumbs on floor near bed) but overall it was clean. The staff was great especially Kierra at the front desk! She was terrific! The staff was friendly and helpful on local places to see!

The front desk staff was great- everyone was very kind, courteous and the night staff greeted us every time they saw us. The room could have been cleaner and there was a lot to be desired from room service. There were stains on the bedding, and the towels and it felt like the cleaning was rushed.

Still waiting on my deposit back... it's been over two weeks... that being said, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. I stayed with my pets. They do have a pet hall which was relatively quiet. Our room already kind of have a dog smell to it, which didn't bother me too much since I came with dogs of my own. But I would suggest they maybe doing some deep carpet cleaning. My shoe kept sticking to an area of it so I grabbed a washcloth to scrub it to see what was going on. The cloth was black as night... also, there was pink gunk around the shower head. It gave me the ick pretty bad, maybe it's just rust? The shower curtain was also torn at the top. It would be a perfect stay if they just put a little more attention to detail to things like that. The breakfast was great though!! I don't know really get what the $25 amenity fee is for when you don't really get anything? Maybe I missed what it was for. Over all, it could've been better, could've also been a lot worse. I think if they tweaked those few things they would be a top tier stay.

The location and vibe of this hotel was great, however the housekeeping was appalling at this establishment. Requested the room to be cleaned several times during our stay and this service was not fulfilled until our last day there. They definitely need to do better. I have stayed at the Cambria in Chelsea, NY many times in the past and the service has been great!

I had to be moved to another room upon arrival because my covers and mattress was dirty and stained. Once moved to another room I noticed the towels were dirty, you can’t control the thermostat in your room so I was cold the whole time I stayed there and the rooms aren’t comfortable. There’s no lightening & they’re not up to date. Don’t stay here pick another hotel that’s in the area.

The staff was excellent. The room was just OKAY. Somewhat dirty (floor, boxing and wrapping from a new lamp left in the room, mirrors were full of splatters. Bathroom curtain was ripped and shower rod was broken. Price was decent for the condition of the room.

This hotel was a great location. The main issue is it was freezing cold in our room. Staff informed it was due to how the building is set up we couldn’t control the temperature. We had to wear jumpers in the room and get extra blankets. We are from London and used to the cold but this was so bad we had to buy a new warm top. I dropped a hair pin under the bedside table and it was disgusting. The table was on wheels and could be easily moved yet it hadn’t been vacuumed. There was also a plaster (band-aid) and mini lip brush on the floor when we entered which was odd as it would be hard to miss when cleaning, as it was bright pink. The 2 hot cups for the coffee machine in the room were disposable and we were there a week yet we kept having to ask for more as they weren’t replenished even when we housekeeping finally did our room. Also wifi stopped working for a time but never got to find out why. The lobby microwave and in-house drink and snack store were convenient and staff were nice but I couldn’t stay there again.

Staff were really amazing all around. Room was odd-very spacious yet felt dark and dingy, very sparsely furnished so there was no where to put things or work- no desk or chairs and no proper dresser. Appreciated the in room coffee, the fridge and the availability of drinks in the lobby.

Fabulous hotel, staff and stay, and seemed to be in a great location. The rooms were spacious and clean and well designed, loved it here slightly away from the noise of Halloween in New Orleans (which was amazing in itself)

Room was spacious with nice big windows. The bed was too soft for my liking but I like very firm beds. If you like a soft cushy bed with enough support, you'll love their beds. There's a mini fridge in the room so if you have leftovers or want to stock up on a few extras, it's doable. The workout room has cardio machines but no free weights or other strength training equipment except a cable pull machine. That part was disappointing as I wanted to keep up with resistence training while there. Otherwise, it was a nice enough stay and very convenient to the Hilton where my conference was being held.

I enjoyed the quietness of this hotel. It was walkable and close to all of the fun places to explore. The WiFi was not so great and I did not have any cell phone service in my actual hotel room, so that was the only downfall. Otherwise, a great stay and affordable!

We LOVED staying here. Conveniently close to everything, SO CLEAN, beds were really comfortable, rooms were spacious and stayed cool, elevator was LIGHTNING fast, front desk was so friendly and accommodating, valet was great… the list goes on! Stay here, great vibe.

Staff was extremely friendly. Our room AC didn’t work properly so they moved us to another room and upgraded us even when we told them it was not necessary. Front desk, valet and bar staff were all excellent and rapid with any questions about what places to really go instead of the normal tourist places.

This was my first trip to New Orleans, and I made an excellent decision in staying here. James greeted me at the front desk and had a number of recommendations for my exploration of the Big Easy. For me, everything about this place was top notch. If I’m ever in New Orleans again, Cambria Hotel is going to be my first option.

Excellent location. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite understaffed so we did not love our stay here. Waited a while for someone to appear at the reception desk for check in, for someone to appear for parking (only valet parking available), etc. We stayed four days at this hotel, and stopped at the front desk one morning to specifically request housekeeping one day. We were out the entire day and came back to a room that had not been serviced by housekeeping.

I want to thank the Cambria for our stay, we ran into an unforeseen occurrence with our room. I photographed the issue, and proceeded with hast and I’m not going to lie a little pissed. I was met with an apology and we were expeditiously place in a new room. I appreciate the small things like ownership and accountability. We were located within tons of restaurants and activities as well as public transportation. We used Lyft once to eat at a restaurant suggested by locals.

We needed a handicap accessible bathroom and Sharon went out of her way to make sure we got what we needed. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful about things to do and where to eat. But Sharon stood out in serving the needs of the customers.

This was a beautiful hotel that looks like a boutique hotel, I loved the ambiance and vibe of the hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable beds and very clean. I was allowed to check in early. There are several parking garages nearby which are cheaper than what the hotel offers. I was given two free drinks during my stay at their bar they offer free coffee I wish that they offered free breakfast. The hotel was 3 blocks from the convention center which was the purpose of my visit, the area has restaurants and bars nearby I felt safe in the area and had no issues walking along back and forth around the area. Poydras street is nearby and the st Charles street car is within 2-3 blocks from the hotel

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was an easily walkable distance from the French Quarter. We took advantage of the valet parking as well, which was convenient and friendly. The staff was wonderful and very friendly as well.

Highly recommend. I wanted to stay somewhere, that allowed me to be close to fun but when it was time for bed, i could sleep without the noise and this was a perfect location. Navigating to canal and bourbon was easy, and not a bad walk. All around the hotel there are resturants, coffee shops and entertainment.
