Holiday Inn Express New Orleans - Arts District by IHG

Food was awful , juice watered down. My shower didn't get hot - didnt advise of 50.00 parking, guest cars was booted though they paid to park ! Never again!

Was wonderful…. We were on our honeymoon and all we did was sleep there.

Pleasant location very near WW-II Museum and other good sites and restaurants, with good access to NOLA's mediocre public transportation. Breakfast good. Room was not well appointed - had to ask them to bring in a comfortable chair. No coffee in room (but coffee in lobby quite good). Security latch on door was broken. Hot water not very hot and one day it didn't ever get above body temperature. Not warm enough to stand under the shower one day!

Need a huge update, especially the electronic devices like the door keys, in-room safes, etc.

My gf had her jewelry stolen while we were at Jazzfest during the day. Our door was tightly shut with a do not disturb tag on it. We filed a police report and contacted IHG about the incident. I do not recommend staying here.
