0 stars........I wouldn't recommended anyone to this hotel. It is falling apart the jacuzzi and pool were nasty and look as if they dont maintain it. My room floor looked like someone busted a nut on it. Their were five of us and we had only 2 towels when asked if we could get more was told they are limited. Just the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

After calling to ensure they had a shuttle to the airport, we arrived and were told they changed their shuttle hours and could not take us to the airport at 3:00 AM. We would need to provide our own transportation or move to a different hotel.

Old property with few updates. Pool was very dirty and there were very few staff around. I stayed 3 nights and a maid never came into my room until 530p the last night.

So to start off, website has free shuttle to the airport. They don’t. Website has a beautiful pool & hot tub. They are not up & running. Website shows really nice rooms. They are not. They do not have maid service if you are a stay over. I guess using dirty towels are ok. Very disappointed

Walls and ceiling were very dirty, bugs in the room, beds were uncomfortable, bathroom not clean, need vent in bathroom, carpets were disgusting, carpet in hallway was awful. The only good thing was the tv. Breakfast should be included in price. Hot tub had no water and the water in it was green.

This Hotel is absolutely filthy. Mold in the room on the walls that someone attempted to paint over. Carpet stinks and has not been cleaned in quite a while. People fighting in other rooms. great location but completely filthy.

Terrible sanitation practices. Room smelled of urine and mildew. Bathroom not clean. Ants on bed. Very horrible experience. No manager on duty to speak with. Had prearranged airport shuttle service through hotel's front desk however, no shuttle driver was available on day of request. WILL NOT stay at this property ever again. Extremely disappointed.

Dirty chair in room,dirty carpet in room, extra dirty carpet dining area. No buffet breakfast day we left. No time to order to have them make eggs. The duck poop is everywhere on the sidewalks. Grout in bathroom done poorly. Mold under soap dish, no gout there. Could smell pot smoking from few doors down. Would never stay here again. But, staff was attentive!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Mold in the rooms. Rain in the room. Bed sheets had to be replaced because they were not clean. Floor was so wet that it almost ruined my daughter shoes. The worst part about it is that no one at the hotel will talk to me about my stay.

Called in to say we would be running late for checkin. The lady was kind and asked if we needed the soda bed and I replied yes. She said they would have the sofa couch with sheets ready for us. No bedding for that, 2 towels for 5 people (I was honest about how many people when I booked). Bathroom was dirty and had pubic hair all over it. Room smelled sour.

The room was was no clean. Floor was breaking down stains and mold on the walls. The A/C will freeze you out because no matter what temperature you set it to it blows 62 degrees. Bathroom floor was also broken all the way through the concrete.

The room was clean and spacious, and staff were friendly and accomadating, but the bathroom really let the property down. There was no water pressure to speak of and the shower head consisted of a jerry-rigged removable shower head fixed at a height just above my 5ft 3in height. The bathroom door didn’t shut making it awkward for those of us staying there. Also, the booking was for 4 people and only 2 towels were given. By the time we discovered this it was too late to go down and ask for more.

The rooms are shabby. The bed was very uncomfortable. The temperature in the hallway was extremely warm. We have stayed at this hotel for years and the wear and tear is showing.

Well I booked my stay months in advance. 2 king rooms. When I checked in they overbooked and could only give me one king and double queen.The front desk said I could have an item out if the pantry which is their little store on the house for the inconvenience. Which I think is unsatisfactory The double queen room a/c was broken wouldn’t even turn on. So that’s issue number 2.

I stayed at the Wyndham for 15 days, and my experience was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and welcomed, thanks to the incredible staff, especially Shannon, Summer, and the hardworking ladies at the front desk along withcleaning staff. Greatly appreciated The room was always clean and comfortable, and the pool was the clearest and most enjoyable I’ve seen in a while. I wish the hot tub had been operational earlier in my stay, but overall, this hotel truly stands out. The warmth and professionalism of the team made my stay memorable. Highly recommend!

The first room I was given was filthy!!!! They were able to change my room to a cleaner one thankfully. The front desk attendant was fairly rude in how they treated me, but another attendant later in my stay was more friendly.

We didn’t have a bad experience, we read some past reviews and were worried. but the worst was the ac vents at the front desk were all dripping from condensation. And there was a dog show happening so a lot of guests with dogs were there, and there was a smell in the halls and rooms that you could tell was covered up by a cleaner of some kind. The snacks in the snack store was grossly over priced. But the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. We asked for towels at 4am and it was brought to us very promptly. Hopefully it’ll be much better after renovations

The hotel was nice. I liked how close it was to the airport however, if you are looking to stay by bourbon street/Frenchman street, this hotel is not ideal. I had to uber every day. The breakfast was an additional fee as well. Overall, it was a nice and clean hotel.

This is a nice hotel. There is breakfast, cooked to order. The hotel is next to the Casino. You can walk to it. Dining in the area is limited so you will need a car. There are better options if you are staying for the airport. It is a little out of the way for an airport stay but you could do it.

The stay served its purpose. The bathroom was very much substandard and all the carpet had bleach stains as we walked to our room. The staff were nice as we checked in. The breakfast staff did not show so we were not able to get breakfast.

Great stay for what we were in town for. Lack of party for those staying at the hotel.. Nice view. Very short distance to stores restaurants and fast food... Airplanes overhead was not a bother as most would think.. Good Breakfast options..Clean. Comfortable seating and beds... Firm pillows .

This was a clean, safe hotel close to the airport, halfway berween the cruise ship port and MSY. I chose because of dining on site and airport shuttle. Sadly, my plane was delayed and neither shuttle nor restaurant was available after 11pm. Not sure when dining closed. Staff was helpful and friendly when I called for late check-in (not a problem despite description). That said, in-room k cup coffee was good but I slept in and missed breakfast. Taxi from the airport after hours was around $22.

Place was a dump. Bad odor to room. Smelled like mildew. Entertainment center door taped on. Soap dispensers were supposed to be mounted to the wall still had the hollow wall anchors attached. Continental breakfast consisted of cereal and a few bagels. The only endearing aspect was the proctor the venue I was competing in. Just terrible.
