Family and I stayed at the Hilton New orleans airport for 3days. The 1st night they over charge me as a stayed guest for parking. They blamed it on the company with the errors on the internet. The next day, I had to demand that this doesnt happpen for the rest of our stay for parking. The last day, 8in the morning, good thing I was up ! Housekeeping enter our room ignoring the privacy sgin, didnt knock or announces theirselves. Walk in with out turning on lights and I had to ask WHAT R U DOING why are you in our room ? She thought everybody was sleep. So creepy!!! I immediately called call downstairs to where no one answer! 3xs I called and no answer. I had to get up and put on clothes to go down. When I approached the desk the agent was standing there alone not doing anything with her time. I ask why wasnt my calls answer 3xs and proceeded to tell her what happened. She seemed to be acting suspicious when i was using the words that policy was being broken upstairs and i felt violated She was acting like she was writing it down but when I looked at her paper it was a scribble and only my room number was on it. I immediately ask for a manager, she told me no manager was there at the hilton and no one can help me. I then told her shes not following protocall and ask to speak to a supervisor then. Well she searched for a supervisor by book. She called 2 that told her they wasnt there. Again I had to tell her then maam call the housekeeping supervisor. I think they running a
