Nice big hotel in the middle of nowhere. Classic suburban hotel with weird behaving staff especially at the front desk. I was offered to leave the hotel because I complained about the pool and Jacuzzi been closed but they were advertised on Expedia. It's really a 3 Star hotel unfortunately.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon check in. The rental car return is across the street which made for an easy return. The shuttle picked me up from the rental car location and brought me back to the hotel with no issue. Very timely shuttle, especially in the early morning hours for those early flights. Overall great stay and I would return to stay again.

Really great room. Comfortable beds. Liked the restaurant staff. The food was average. Very clean room. Some areas of the hotel are still being renovated. Cons; Bathroom sink would not hold water to fill and shave. Pool was closed for repairs and resurfacing area not done. Staff was very helpful and professional. Really like the free airport shuttle.

Parking is more expensive if you stay at the hotel (they offer longterm parking on the property and it is substantially cheaper than it is for guests staying at the hotel). Small bottled water in the room is $3.00 in the room. Lobby is spacious, rooms were basic and modern/beds comfortable/shuttle leaves every 45 minutes going to airport (there is no charge for this). If you are looking to longterm park it's a good deal. If you are looking for a layover close to the airport and you do not have transportation, it's a good choice but not great value for money.

It was nice. The fact that you had to pay for overnight parking and water bottles was a little silly. I’d rather have paid $15 more for the room than be what I felt like was nickel and dimed.

Our room was very clean, like it was brand new and also very quiet. It was perfect for us since we were staying only one night after returning from a cruise and fly out the next day. Free transportation to/from airport, restaurant had good food. Staff was friendly. Couldn't ask for more!

I stay here every time I fly out of MSY and it is usually pretty good. This time, we were put in a part of the hotel under construction. Plastic on the floor in the hallway, dirty/dusty.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. It's an older building, so everything in the room is a little smaller and less storage friendly (no closet,drawers or bathroom counter), but it was enough for a short stay.

Outside hotel is beautiful. Inside room it’s sooo dark even with lights on. Not enough lighting, and hot as Hell. These rooms are temperature regulated and nothing you can do to change it. I will never stay here again. Can’t sleep in the heat. We were a group and everyone was complaining of the rooms being very hot

My flight was canceled and I needed a last minute hotel option. This was easy to book, easy to find airport shuttle, easy to checkin. The room itself - clean but old, the main light didn't work, the room lights kept flickering, and the TV would light up welcoming me when I hadn't hit the remote. But it was a bed and I needed that for the night.

Cleaning lady was rude. When I check in I noticed no bath towels. The lady was cleaning the room next door so I asked her to bring them to my room. She said why don't you bring them? I was on my way to the pool . I said please bring the towels to my room. She muttered something and never delivered them. Later that evening I went to the front desk and she had the towels delivered.

The day of check in everything was great the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The next morning everything was great we caught the shuttle to the airport we were told several times prior to booking and after checking in the shuttles ran every 15 minutes 24 hrs (the main reason for booking this hotel) Our flight landed about 1:50am we went straight to the pick up area sat literally an hour we called the hotel over 30 times even ask others to call for us thinking maybe our phone service were acting up due to flying but we still couldn’t get in contact with anyone. We had to pay a taxi $43 to take us back to the hotel as we pulled up there was a shuttle out front with a lot of guests waiting to get on the shuttle so we couldn’t understand why we waiting an hour at the airport no one came after being informed that the shuttle ran every 15 minutes for 24 hrs. We went to the front desk there were 3 workers at the front desk who was so rude telling us they didn’t know why would it say the shuttles ran 24 hrs and that the shuttles was up until 2am then start back at 3:15am when we asked several times how did the shuttles run no one ever said they stop running at 2am. They were so rude didn’t apologize just stared at us like we were bothering them. This was a very bad experience we chose this hotel solely because the shuttles ran 24hrs.

Our check in experience was awful. We arrived late at night, and in spite of having prepaid for a room, the first clerk told us there was no room available. After several minutes, she said she found us a room. This entire time, the woman who checked us in as well as two other employees behind the desk were chatting with each other and on their cell phones. We tried to be friendly toward this woman, but she was extremely apathetic and acted like she didn’t care at all. We know it was late at night and she probably had a long day, but this was an unfortunate way to be treated after a long travel day ourselves.

Check in was great and quick. We were tired from travel and the front desk attendants almost read our minds and anticipated everything we needed. Helped us get a shuttle to pick us up after we dropped off the rental. Greeted us with smiles each time we went through the lobby. The next morning the same attendant was there when we checkout out at 5 am the next morning and knew who we were and directed us to the airport shuttle without us even asking. Great customer service. Room was clean and comfortable. Never waited for a shuttle, quick and easy!!

This was a 10 min expensivee taxi ride from the airport. Definitely not close. I passed 4 or 5 other hotels getting there. We got in at almost midnight bc of delayed flights. We had a king room for 2 adults and 1 kid. We travel often. Usually the pull out couch is an option in these types of rooms to sleep 3. Room wasn’t cheap either. I had messaged Expedia about pull out couch or roll away bed. No response. We check in and they want to charge an additional amount of moneyfor rollaway. I was letting them know I booked for 3 people. How would 3 people sleep in 1 bed. They were beyond rude. Told us it was our problem bc we booked with Expedia. Didn’t want to get a manager for us. When we challenged them they started to refuse us to stay and “couldn’t” refund the costs bc it was Expedia. Ended up being a huge mess. Beyond rude costumer service. Treated horribly. Took forever at midnight to get a rollaway. Rooms were old. Would never stay here again and as a Hilton rewards member I’m starting to question my hotel picks. Expedia did apologize and give us an Expedia credit not money back. At least it’s something. Find something closer to the airport.

Property is located adjacent to the airport, but was very quiet - no airplane noise. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect! The lobby is going through a little remodeling, but that should be over pretty soon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There aren't a lot of restaurants around the property, so expect to go off site.

We frequently fly into and out of the New Orleans airport and always stay at the Hilton New Orleans Airport. The hotel is well maintained, nicely renovated and has a great restaurant. WE park at the long term economy parking garage across the street and take the complimentary hotel shuttle to the terminal. It all works flawlessly and if you book a few weeks in advance, the rates are very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Overall, a great experience.

Great stay and easy to get to from the airport. Room was clean. Our only dislike was the restaurant on our first night. Our food arrived very late and it seemed like it was understaffed but there were employees standing around doing nothing. One person was the bartender and waitress while three other employees were standing around.

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet for 18.00 per person was major disappointment. Empty trays, dried up everything eggs, meats, etc. french toast I could barely cut through it was so old&hard. Total waste of money Room service book describes buffet as fresh & delicous ???
