This is an unexpected gem! From the view outside I wasn’t expecting much, but the AC was cold, the room was clean and actually smelled good, and the pool was fantastic! I spent literal hours just sitting poolside because it was clean and quiet. The breakfast was great, and definitely more than I expected when I saw “grab and go breakfast” in the description, it was a full continental.

Rooms were clean and updated!! Check-in was easy, had secured parking which was nice!! Breakfast was lacking but it got the job done. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the interior looked!! They cleaned rooms daily

The pool looks very nice although I didn’t get a chance to go swimming. The breakfast was good. I only had two issues. There isn’t a refrigerator or microwave in the room but that wasn’t really a big deal since I just needed somewhere reasonably priced to sleep for one night. The second is that the water pressure in the shower was very bad but that may have been because I was on the fourth floor. Overall, I like it and would stay there again.

Extremely convenient easy to get to and from the airport shuttle bus runs 24 hours a day and even gave us a ride to the rental car pick up location across the street from the hotel

Dirty linen was found in our room from the previous guests. There were bugs in the shower, and one of the rooms we rented the toilet started backing up and could not be fixed so we were moved to another room.

After our flight into MSY airport was delayed until 3:00AM, Days Inn still sent a shuttle to pick us up. Even though the Days Inn is an older facility, our room was very clean, a good size, comfortable bed and wonderful soft towels.

This is by far the worst airport adjacent hotel in the New Orleans market. It’s definitely one of the cheapest but once you arrive, you understand quickly that you’ve made a bad decision. The staff was friendly however the property is older than a lot of others. There was little to no WiFi to the point that the TV had to be turned off. The interior rooms are minimally, decorated the window AC unit units do not provide much cold air. in the morning of my departure realized that for whatever reason there was no available hot water to take a shower. Highly suggest any of the other adjacent hotels.

Our cab driver had trouble finding the hotel....We booked through Hotel.com early check in. At first the front desk did not want to honer earky check in but did exat an extra 50.00. The staff were very friendly and checkin was easy. The shuttle driver was helpful as well. Was happy to have shuttle from the airport. Room was clean and bedding was comfortable. The free breakfast was good and very appreciated since I did not have transportation to go anywhere. This is actually two properties in one and the Days Inn is towards the back so had to walk just a bit to get to my room. Usually not a problem, but it was late at night and was just a little uncomfortable being out in an unfamiliar area by myself as a female. The price was great and well worth the stay. I would definitely stay here again.

My air went out and was leaking onto the floor and the front desk said they would report it. Not send someone to fix it or move me to a room with working air. The next morning I had no hot water and again the front desk said she would report it.

Everyone was very kind. The gentleman that came to pick us up at the airport was very welcoming. I do say, I do get a little nervous when our room doors are outside. There was only one working elevator but I was super thankful for it, since we were on the 4th floor. I was disappointed that we had asked for rooms close to the couple we were traveling with. She said she would try but was ultimately unable to accommodate since they were busy. We were fine with that, however, as we were walking to our room, we could see there were 20 plus rooms that were open (they keep the curtains open). They were still open when we checked out. Breakfast was basic but filling, and it got the job done. Even though we were unable to use it, the pool looked very clean and nice. You are very close to the airport here and see planes taking off frequently. I would overall recommend staying here. For those cruising out of NOLA, you will need to Uber/Lyft out of here. It is about a 30 minute drive.

Property has been recently renovated. Property clean. Pool clean. Breakfast very good selection. Staff and shuttle very accommodating. However, had to uber for dinner since nothing in immediate area. Seemed to have secured parking lot although we didn’t use it. Possible long term parking during your trip. Good value for money.

The hotel stated it had refrigerator in room but didn’t the speed numb to get to my room was seriously high to where I damaged underneath my car going to park and leave the hotel hardly nothing good for breakfast eggs tasted odd and no knives or spoons only forks so eating cereal and yogurt with a fork was not the best.

The stay overall was very good. Pleasantly surprised with the property. They have been doing some renovations and the rooms were updated very nicely. Close to the airport and had shuttle service to and from. Only stayed one night. Had breakfast in the morning that was adequate for what I needed.
