We stopped here to sleep for one night while on our road trip. The staff was vedy friendly and helpful. The property seemed fairly new and everything was clean. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

The first room we were in smelled awful. Very damp and smelled like old wet towels. The floors were also sticky. So the sweet lady at the front moved us to the third floor. By then my asthma had started to bother me with the smell. New room is still sticky and still smells of mildew. We decided to drive through the night to our destination rather than having to stay there. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. The hotel itself needs to be inspected for mold.

Our room (129) was damp the entire weekend. We thought it was just not cool enough when walking in but it stayed that way the whole time. We had to go buy a fan. Air felt like someone had just taken a shower and then it smelled moldy. We didn’t get any room service on Saturday. We didn’t leave a sign on the door. Got back around 10pm. No towels. No toilet paper. No tissues. Definitely could’ve been cleaner. Nowhere near worth the $160/night. People at front desk were friendly.

Overall, the stay was decent but I expected a better experience since its a Hilton property. The furniture and carpet was old and had some stains, the shower head looked like it was falling out of the wall. It smelled a little, like it had been closed up for a while. The breakfast was great though however, I wouldn't stay at that particular property again.

We had wonderful stay. Only problem was when we check in they told us to place our towels outside the room door and the towels would be replace. We place our at door. When return that night no towels. I went the front desk for towels they said when we opt out for Housekeeping they did not have to replace our towels. I told them I did what you told me. They eventually gave me some new towels. Over all it was a great trip. Plan on staying there when we go back.

The hotel is a quick and easy drive from everything you need. Being so close to a McDonalds was great for my kid as well. Not sure what is up with the run down looking Huddle House right in front of the hotel, but besides making it look suspect when 1st checking in, it doesn’t really cause any issues with the hotel itself.

We were there Easter weekend. I understand that they let their breakfast staff off for the holiday, but we should have been informed the day before so we could allot time to go get breakfast. We were late for our event because we had to go get food.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel - it was close to where I needed to be. The staff was really nice, both day and night staff. The breakfast crew were really friendly and nice. The ONLY reasons I didn’t do 5 stars in every area was because my room did have a heavy order to it and when I arrived it wasn’t 100% clean. There was a sticky substance on the dresser where the remote was, and it freaked me out when I went to grab the remote. I used the only face towel in the bathroom to wipe that off and to hold the remote for the rest of my stay. Outside of that, the bed was very comfortable, the water was hot, and again every staff member I interacted with was very nice and polite.

The location, breakfast staff, and night staff were wonderful. The day staff wouldn’t go look for the sunglasses (Ray-Bans) we left in the room. So we came back to get them ourselves and they weren’t there anymore. I don’t appreciate that at all.
