First of all, the room's AC couldn't keep up! It got up to 82° inside the room with the unit on. We had no hand towel to use after washing our hands. The Toilet paper had to be sit on the counter because there was no holder. The curtains wouldn't stay shut. None of the plugs in the bathroom worked and the ones in the room that did were extremely hard to find. The mattress need updated. They sink in.
