This hotel is fantastic. We stayed in a two-room suite which was extremely comfortable. Staff was incredible. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks and food were a huge bonus! Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Only critique is that there's not enough shade/sun cover options in the area. Hotel is under renovation but was pretty much hidden to guests. Plan on going back here next year to see the updates! Hotel is within walking distance to all the hot spots.

Great stay! Internet access, continental breakfast, light dinner option, and bar with meals till midnight. Close to French quarter and the port. Great location and quiet to help with sleep. But close to all the action and food you could want. Pool did not disappoint either.

Spade the assistant manager and his staff are amazing. They go out of there way to be nice and ask everyone staying there can I get you anything! The pool and hot tub was perfect! This hotel is a 5 star !!

Hotel and rooms are clean, well maintained, the staff is gracious, and the breakfast buffet never disappoints. This morning the kitchen and dining room staff were particularly impressive. Unfortunately an inconsiderate smoker lit up in a hotel room, causing a jarring wake up to a fire alarm. Shortly , before we could even get to the stairs, the alarm was canceled. So instead of a 7-10AM spread-out breakfast period, the alarm caused many dozens of guests to go to breakfast simultaneously. The staff was on top of everything, refilling food and condiments, kept everything flowing. They cleared and wiped down tables to accommodate other diners. Lenitra was very kind and friendly and came to check to see if I needed anything. Guest parking with a self parking was great, easy, attached garage convenient to the hotel elevators and saved on valet tips.

The breakfast and kickback cocktails, and dinner that were all complementary were awesome. Security was top notch. Having to use your room key to access the elevator seemed a little. Unnecessary but understand completely how safe it made us feel.

Overall we had a great stay. Friendly staff, awesome free breakfast, dinner and drinks, and we enjoyed the pool area as well. Only complaint was that our bathroom could have been cleaner. The tub had hair down n it and the floor was dirty, causing the bathmat to get stained when it was wet.

I really like the location, cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, how pleasant the hotel staff is and the dining perks. However, I do think that a makeover should be in the works sooner rather than later as a lot of the rooms are starting to look dated and worn. Our room was huge but the furniture and carpet was old which took away from the beauty of the room.

The suites were dated, vut nice. Happy hour, dinner, and breakfast every day for free. Pool temperature was perfect. Rooms do not have safes and the viee from my room was an alley. Housekeeping came daily if you wanted service. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Lots of things to do in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

My only issue was there is no way to lock the bathroom doors. If you are in there doing your business, anyone in the room can walk in. I wonder who came up with that idea. Even husband and wife need privacy sometimes.

This hotel is where I would stay again. Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough for quiet evenings. The hotel was clean and very nice and safe. We enjoyed with my teenage boys the evening dinner and that was great. Breakfast was good but we did not get up early enough to enjoy it as much. The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable for everyone. Even the fold out couch.

The property is totally fine and staff are great. The rooms are "boring" in that NOLA has much art, character, architecture and the actual rooms of this hotel were very plain. Only one window without a view...it felt like the Dreary hotel instead of the Drury while you were in your room. Otherwise, super terrific in every other way. Pool and gym were great. Staff, breakfast and cleanliness, top notch.

Great hotel a short walk from the french quarter. Great rooms, very large, nice bathrooms. Sink drain was slow and the walls transmitted a LOT of noise. We could hear our neighbors on both sides and people in the hallway as well. I cant imagine how loud the hotel is during Mardi Gras. Breakfast everyday was great, and so was the food we got from the lobby Kitchen+Bar. Beautiful hotel. Parking was $35 per night.

Front desk is super nice and super accommodating. Staff in general is polite and welcoming. Parking garage is safe and convenient. It’s a very safe hotel to stay and you can walk to all the tourist area. Definitely recommend.

We chose this hotel because of the location to our conference and the convenience to all the shopping. We literally parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere. The room was clean, bed super comfy, and plenty of outlets for the electronics. My favorite part was honestly the staff. Everytime i walked in, I was greated professionally and as i left i was encouraged to have the best day i could. Every staff member cared about the patrons and you could feel the difference between their hospitality and other places i have stayed. I was not happy about the semi cold morning showers however it was during the 6 oclock hour which seemed to be everyones wake up time. But later the showers were a great temperature. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful breakfast options and evening cocktails and dinner complimentary to their guests. This was huge! It was so nice to sit and have a cocktail and little snack after walking all day. Twice we made it our dinner and was very satisfied. The pool and hot tub were a nice spot to relax in the evening after grabbing drinks. I will definitely be back here. It was warm, inviting and felt like home away from home.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Upon arrival our room was upgraded to a suite at no additional and done by the hotel. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks on the evening and the food offered was excellent. We also enjoyed the wonderful breakfast offered each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel and all of the Drury facilities. We stayed in 3 of them (Austin, Tx and Birmingham, Al)

GREAT location. We felt very safe. There is a street car stop right on the corner. The hotel is within walking distance of French Quarter. Dining options are also within walking distance. Our room was nice and our beds were confortable.We loved the pool and enjoyed the breakfast and the evening kickbak daily -- There was always a nice selection of food.and beverages. The hotel staff was very friendly and most accomadating. We would most definately reccommend this hotel to friends and family.

We booked this property to visit the World War II museum. Only a 15 minute walk from Drury Plaza to the museum. If you are also interested in Bourbon Street, the street Drury is on turns into Bourbon street just a few blocks eastward. I am glad we booked this property among all the others around. We were treated well by the staff, they allowed us to park earlier than our check in time and exit later than checkout the next day. The hotel offers self parking on the property. The parking was garage parking and felt completely safe, and the cost of parking was much less than most hotels in the area. In fact the whole property was accessed by your room key, which is a bit inconvenient at times, but very safe.A light dinner and drinks are provided for guests. The breakfast was a large buffet and tasted great, definitely better than most hotel breakfasts.We could not have been happier with this hotel choice, highly recommended.

The hotel was about 3-4 blocks from Canal street which connects to Bourbon street. Walkable to the river walk. Very clean hotel. Safe area. Great breakfast and nighttime dinner with drinks.

We liked the hotel, location, comfort, and service. We pick Drury for these reasons and appreciate the evening snack and breakfast offering. We were, however, disappointed in the NOLA offerings. The nacho cheese for evening chips and the morning gravy were both watery. The food and evening drinks disappointed. We will stay there again when we return to NOLA, but hope that management checks the quality of servings. If that improves, I’d give Drury an excellent rating.

We loved our stay! We got the suite with the jetted tub and it was definitely worth it. Great breakfast, great service, great room, and great location! The evening food was not super exciting, but more of a nice to have. We would definitely stay here again.
