Great place to stay with made to order omelette. Parking is expensive but convenient. Nice if you’re at the convention center.

The rooms were clean and very nice. Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was very good. I would stay there again.

I was very grateful that the staff was able to accommodate me with both an early check in and a late check out.

I have been staying at Embassy suites since 2000’s. This is the first time I thought the HOTEL HAS GONE DOWN. Room- clean , but stopper in tub didn’t keep the water in the tub. Towels that was in the room was dirty, and the sofa needed to b changed out. I must have gotten the worst room. I was all the way to the back of the hotel and I made my reservation months ahead. The staff- was nice. Hotel needs to b renovated ASAP. Breakfast- line was too long, grits watery, and no variety for breakfast like before. Air conditioner-lots of noise coming on, staying on, and going off. Valet 50.00/ a night, I was in the rain. No one cared about our luggage What happened to the inside parking and valet The way it is now for 50.00/night “SUCKS” Overall the stay was terrible and I won’t b staying at this hotel again. Too expensive and not worth it at all. Cutting nickels and pennies and slowly someone else will have to take this hotel over!!!!!!! It’s sooooooooooooo sad !!!!!!!!!!!!! 2/10 is your rating overall !!
