The staff was amazing! Property was clean other than the pool when we arrived. Pool was green but they did get it cleaned and ready to swim before we left, although it could of been bigger! Our favorite paart was their breakfast.. it is so yummy!

Asked for a extra pillows and the desk clerk says let me check. When we came back she says you can have ONE like it’s a big favor. Well I fractured my back and needed the support. Floors into and out the f the elevator were so misaligned it knocked your suitcase over when pulling through. Smelled so strongly of bleach in the lobby it was nauseating. Toilet holder broke and just propped. Bed was comfortable.

We had a very good stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We stayed for three nights. The only downside is the Pool needs an upgrade. The water was very dirty and it is very Small!

This hotel was everything I asked for! Great breakfast, they didn’t have all the same items each morning. I loved that they switched it up! The breakfast attendant Ms.Lucy was super sweet and helpful! Savanna the front office representative was soooooo helpful and nice! Loved the pool, nice and warm! Every single worker there was so nice and attentive! Definitely will be my go to hotel!

The night staff was annoyed that we were there. The lobby reeked of chemical cleaner. Our room had dirty carpet and the floor in the bathroom was sticky. In the morning, the breakfast staff was rude to my 11 year old. The milk cartons were soured and the coffee was empty. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 6:30-9:30, we arrived at 8:30. I would not recommend, nor will I stay there again.

The property was not terrible but it was not good either. We had one of the larger rooms (it read it slept 7- not sure where the 7th person would have slept). We had two queen beds and a pullout couch. The queen beds were not comfortable but we managed. Just a few aches the next day. The pullout bed was horrible, the springs could be felt when you laid down. We asked the lady at the desk, who phoned her manager to assist us, with providing another bed from another room or some other solution, we were told we just had to deal with it. So we used several extra blankets to try to make it tolerable for our two younger children who had the unfortunate experience of sleeping on this bed. The hotel was decently clean, except for the large circle stain on the pull down curtain (not sure what happened here) and we had to request new sheets on the pull out as it had stains on the sheets too. Breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel like this, nothing special but edible. The area looks pretty rough surrounding the hotel, but we didn’t have any problems and they kept the main entrance locked down at all times. If you have low expectations then you won’t be disappointed in staying here, however if you are looking for a relaxing stay, this is probably not the place for you.

The door lock was broken at some point and never fixed. The bathroom above room106 is leaking and the paint is bubbling. I was told prior to booking that this hotel was near the French Quarter, in reality it is about 15 minutes by car.

The security guard Byron Martinez was rude and un accommodating. I left a review of his behavior on expedia and will email to holiday inn branch corporate. I will also refrain for booking a holiday inn/ or inn express again

The manager was being rude when I complained about the television they blamed me for it. They sent a security guard to check the tv with a gun on his holster. No fixes were made cause he is not a repairman so they decided to move us to a two bed room. I refused because I needed a sofa for the third person. I asked for a discount that night and she refused and checked me out that same night.

The facility was great, just what we expect from our many stays at different holiday Inn expresses. We had an issue with getting a rental car and the staff went above and beyond helping us. They even made phone calls trying to help us find a rental car. I would travel out of my way to stay here again if I ever ended up in New Orleans again.

Had pre-payed through Expedia and was charged again at check in, receptionist couldn’t explain to why she charged me. Had to wait for next employee shift to be able to get a refund which I had to beg, manager explained they couldn’t get Expedia’s card number to charge (never heard of this used Expedia plenty of times without issue), finally was able to get a refund. Place was clean, but had that charge issue. Ask, Ask, Ask what the charges are for.

Every thing around was abandoned. But the Holiday was amazing. Rooms, breakfast, lobby bathrooms, dinning area, and information center all were great. Even though it seem to be in the hood it was safe!!! I loved my stay!!! I’ll be back

The staff was friendly. The room was very clean. Their breakfast buffet food was pretty good. They made sure to constantly restock the food as more people would come to make their plates. One food item that stood out to me was the biscuits and gravy. I remember as a kid, I didn’t like biscuits and gravy, but when I tried theirs it was really good.
