Hilton New Orleans Riverside

My tv or my room phone worked when I checked in. I was charged twice on my card for my room. There was no after hours microwave that the guest can use. Front desk clerk was snappy! I usually have a great experience with Hilton

Upon arrival was informed that the room I had booked was sold out. They made it sound like I was getting an upgrade but upon arrival to the room found it to be a huge conference room type room with a pull out sofa bed a short couch for a 4 person stay. No discount or anything offered. Will never book here again!

Loved the property. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing.

Staff was very courteous, even with the Mardi Gras crowd, they work hard to accommodate everyone.
