Easy check in and to be clear, the street parking is free of you can find it. We went with the valet which was $50 a night. Early check in was an extra $50. We only stayed the night and an issue with the room was resolved easily and without a hitch. Will stay here again.

Overall, I’d rate my stay here a 2/5. The staff seemed like they hated their jobs and looked very annoyed if you asked any questions. They give you a predatory “welcome bag” with a reusable water bottle, breakfast discount vouchers, and dab loons that give you discounts on tours. But here’s the catch, at the end of your stay, they charge you $115 dollars' worth of amenity fees. I ask the front desk what the amenity fee covers….. it was the “perks” in the welcome bag. If I knew I was going to pay $115 for a welcome bag that appeared complimentary, then I wouldn’t take it. I didn’t even use the dab loons or breakfast discounts… so I got charged $115 for plastic coins, pieces of paper and a crappy water bottle that I could get at the dollar store. The hallways are gross. And the “heated” pool was not heated. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I won’t be staying my here again.

This place is so reliably clean. The pool is also heated and there are plenty of chairs and space unlike some other hotels whose fence is way too close to the pool. It's a beautiful hotel and it is 3 blocks from the Saenger but still in the quarter and accessible to everything there. Great location.

Could not be a better location in the French Quarter of New Orleans. It’s fine to pay $40 for valet parking, all hotels in the areas do the same. Disappointed there is no breakfast at all. Also no gym, and the pool is not practical. It’s time to renew their carpets in the corridors. Besides all this, it’s still highly recommended.

From first day we got there everyone was very welcoming, the area was quiet and felt safe. We even were able to check in 3 hours early! The hotel was very close to everything as well. Only thing we didn’t do was hit the pool because there was some construction going on. Definitely would stay again.

It’s a really amazing hotel with a beautiful courtyard and salt water heated pool (did not feel very heated tho). It was such a great location which is what mattered to us! Walked to Jackson Square, all over town, and we didn’t have to drive once! Concierge Kristine was also really cool and very helpful! The only thing we didn’t love is room felt warm and beds were not soft enough. And television didn’t offer much. But it was SO CLEAN which matters so much to us. Overall, loved our stay here!

Avoid at all costs. Sewage water backed up into our room in the middle of the night, soaking our clothes and bed linens. I had to throw away clothes and shoes covered in sewage water, and they didn’t offer a single cent for them—only comped the night, as if they were doing us a favor. The second room they gave us had water leaking from the ceiling right on top of our clothes. Most of the staff were entirely dismissive. Their room key machines weren’t working, so we had to wait an hour to get keys. I complained to Expedia, and they told me the hotel claimed it was an “update,” which is convenient since the front desk admitted it’s a recurring problem. Breakfast service was slow, and usually I avoid talking about staff, but here—with a few exceptions—they clearly have a systemic problem of not caring. Stay away, trust me. Pay a few more bucks and go somewhere else.

There was no Microwave inside the room. The Bathroom was very small. The room window panes were not clean. I don't believe the bed sheets were changed each day, the beds were just made up. The hallway carpets need replaced. I did not see a stairway in case of Emergency Exit. The Hotel Restaurant was not appealing. The only inviting part was the Hotel entrance and Lobby. Unfortunately, the Hotel Room did not smell like the Front Desk area/Lobby.

Roaches in our room. Killed two in about 10 min time and took to front desk in plastic cups. 2nd room is run down. Torn/tattered blind, lights not working, gaps along wall /floow and carpet. Ive got pictures and video of everything ive noted

Little more attention need to brought to cleaning. The room had dirt/build build up behind the faucet. The carpet hadnt been vacuumed in days. The toilet base was dirty, still pee on the side. Dry rot in the bathroom may want to be looked at. I came to this hotel when it had just got remodel so my standards maybe to high. Otherwise the staff was A1 and super pleasant. The lobby was clean, welcoming and smelled good.

GREAT GREAT LOCATION! Room is clean and has ample space. Staff is above and beyond! Only complaint is the bathroom layout. It's an open door layout and when you shower to you drench the entire bathroom! You also have to straddle the toilet or stand in the shower to open the door. Overall, good stay

The hotel has New Orleans charm but if you want to try to get some sleep this might not be the place for you. There was a lot of street noise that even ear plugs didn’t mask. The hotel is very convenient to Bourbon St and French Quarter.

Great location with a restaurant onsite. Bourbon Street was right around the corner. Street seem quite. My only dislike was the room was nice but bathroom seem super small. They offered early check in if your room is available so that was great.

There weren't a lot of options but the restaurant attached to the hotel had good food. The comfort of the bed was extremely bad. The mattress was very hard causing my back to hurt as well as the other people that I came with. The internet access was good, however, the USB ports in the room didnt work. Transportation was great. Very accessible

Great location, very close to Bourbon Street. The staff was friendly and we were happy with valet parking. Really nice, spacious room with tall ceiling, nice pillows, and the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great also. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Rooms were clean. Nice to have a balcony but different sharing with 2 other rooms. Nice to be so close to everything and be able to walk. Valet parking so convinent and thankful to have our cars safe in a locked lot.

Location was great just off of Bourbon. Easy to get to and friendly staff. We stayed in the executive suite that had paper thin walls and ceiling and very loud AC unit in the room and you can hear the neighboring AC unit.

The front desk when we arrived was horrible and rude i paid for breakfast before we arrived she told us we never paid when we showed her on our online we paid she was snobby about it. We also paid for a king size bed it was a queen. The whole first experience was not great.

From the moment we arrived it felt like a 5 star resort. The entire staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant. Both of the concierges we interacted with were top notch and knew their stuff. We also loved the atmosphere / architecture / decor of the building matching the French quarter. One of the reasons we chose this property. Great location for everything we wanted to do within walking distance. Bourbon street was 1 block up and for how loud it can be, you never would have guessed that from the hotel. It was so quiet at night. The courtyards were great for swimming or relaxing. Loved watching the turtles play. We will definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The historical feel of the building was appreciated. But the drug needles in the gutters diminished the charm.

Love this location for exploring the French Quarter. Easily accessible to so much without the noise of Bourbon Street. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, and we love sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee.

I’m reaching out regarding my recent stay at Hotel Chateau LeMoyne in New Orleans (Expedia confirmation #40276138, 6/13–6/15). This trip was meant to celebrate a special occasion — my husband completing his associate’s degree — but the hotel experience left us frustrated and uncomfortable. We purchased a package that included breakfast vouchers for either a buffet or an entrée and drink. However, we were charged $60 out of pocket after being told our selected items weren’t covered after the food was served — something that was not disclosed beforehand. The food and drink were poor in quality and barely touched. My lemonade tasted as though it contained alcohol (though I was told it didn’t), and my husband’s soda was flat. No one offered a fix, replacement, or even an apology, and we were never told what items were actually included in the voucher. In short, we paid twice for a meal we didn’t eat — once through our booking and once at the table. On top of that, the room was freezing throughout our stay. When I asked about the heat, I was told the heater in our room didn’t work, with no other solution offered. I had no choice but to remain cold and uncomfortable for the duration of the stay. Given the circumstances — the lack of transparency around included amenities, the poor restaurant service, and the inability to adjust the room temperature — I’m requesting a refund for the breakfast credit I paid for as part of my reservation. Thank you for your time and assistance.

It’s unfortunate that the hotel closed their onsite bar and doesn’t offer breakfast. It’s very walkable to other establishments but we wanted the onsite option as well. Otherwise, we had a very good experience with everything.
