I really enjoyed being able to park in the parking garage then get out of my car and get on the elevator and go right up to my room. So convenient not too far of a walk to the Superdome when you are with super cool people!

Great overall stay. If you have a big truck, you will not be able to park in the parking garage. They do have a parking lot connected to the hotel which was extremely helpful since our truck didn’t fit. Definitely recommend this hotel. Location was perfect.

The hotel ran out of king bed rooms, but instead of honoring the price and moving us to a different room - because I had prepaid through hotels.com - they had us contact hotels.com to get a refund then to book a new room at a higher price directly with them. We weren't the only people that had to deal with this, though they may not have used hotels.com specifically to book. 2 other groups that came in behind us were told the same thing - that they didn't have the room they booked and the guest had to deal with it because they booked 3rd party. Also half way through the stay the elevators broke and the security guard either had to act as an elevator operator or escort you up the locked-from-the-outside stairs and unlock them for you. They were still broken the next morning so the only way down from the 14th floor was to walk down the stairs. As young people in decent health that's ultimately fine - but 14 flights is a long way for someone with limited mobility or with kids, so keep that in mind. The staff was all very nice, but the building and management clearly have issues.

Check-in was terrible but that was due to a Taylor swift concert and super busy so not staff fault. Big shout out to dabdriella for assistance. Lifts were slow and so was WiFi. Breakfast was excellent and another big shout out to Tia and Brie who assisted us. Rooms big and bed so comfy. Tram to french market and bus stop near hotel. 0 min walk to bourbon st, Superdome canal street. Swimming pool nice for a dip but not lengths. Would stay again if in new Orleans.

The WiFi wasn’t accessible, and you can only reach the front desk by walking down to the lobby. The balconies are also inaccessible. They have a lock on balcony door, so the rooms can be stuffy if you enjoy having fresh air.

There was an order coming from the carpet that smelled like cat pee the room we were in you heard the elevator all night so we couldn’t sleep we stayed 5 days and not one time did they come to clean the room after asking for the room to be cleaned and lastly we had to keep requesting towels. Overall the worst experience

There were visible stains on one of the chairs and the initial towels had stains too. I had to ask for fresh ones but at least those were clean. I appreciated that they also offer a free shave kit. The front coffee bar is good and I got a delicious breakfast sandwich at the Clarinet next door. Staff were very friendly and kind. Those made up for the gross stains but I still think they need to do better on that.

Love staying here when attending functions at the Ceasars Superdome and Smoothie King Center. Easy to walk there from this location. Rooms always clean and comfortable. My only gripe this time was the air conditioner. When it cut on it sounded like a Harley Davidson motorcycle for about 45 seconds. Then it would mellow out. As you could imagine it made sleeping hard. But other than that everything was good

The rooms are a great size and the bed was comfortable. The pool was nice after a hot day and there’s a gym too. We had an incident on our first day where a staff member let them selfs into our room unannounced and saw my husband getting changed, the hotel manager offered us breakfast for 1 morning of our stay as an apology. The location is a solid 10 minute walk to the main hub of shops, cafes and bars. The balcony’s are locked, would have been nice to have been able to used the balcony off our room. Overall it was a fine stay.

Everyone was very nice. Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Ran fan on constant air constantly since we were facing the street and it was noisy. We were on the 10th floor. Cords from the unit were laying on the floor so that was scary. Liked the small coffee area. They had great smoothies. I would stay here again but maybe ask for a room on the other side.

To check in you have to park in the two lanes prior before parking garage of course so while you're checking in you have another guest coming in asking the staff to ask whoever car is parked there to move. My husband replied we're trying to check in just like you just did but I say all this to say it was no one out there to direct what was going on and the situation could get out of hand quickly.

Staff overwhelmed at check in. Waited a long time for the room. The desk person scribbled the Wi-Fi password on the key card. Therefore, in the night, when I tried to read I did not have Wi-Fi. A elevator was broken so the wait was long for that also. They should not book more capacity than they can handle.

Dabriella and the other ladies at the front desk were amazing, very helpful with all of our needs!! Hannah was our waitress in the hotel restaurant and went above and beyond what anyone would expect and the security staff especially Huey were outstanding!! The hotel was very clean, the pool was fantastic and the hotel was within walking distance of almost all we did while we were there!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend time in New Orleans!!

First, I was greeted at the front desk by Dabriella. She was amazing. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and basically everything any company wants as their customers first impression. Every employee from maintenance to the restaurant was great but she was exceptional. The rooms were clean. The hotel was surprisingly clean considering they were doing construction. There wasn’t a lot of dust or workers blocking areas. The elevators at times were slow but all 4 worked. The food in the restaurant was good so it was an excellent option for when we didn’t feel like walking anywhere. The hotel is located close to a lot of stuff. We were there to go to the Saenger which was about a 7 minute walk. It took about 15 minutes for us to stroll to Bourbon Street. Also we walked at all times of the day and night. There is a police station close but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I would’ve given this a better rating had it not been for some annoying issues we had here that weren’t addressed by front desk staff/mgmt at all. Firstly check out is at 11. By 9 housekeeping we’re letting themselves into our room without even an announcement. Just suddenly someone was opening the door! Luckily we had the lock on but they were back again at 1030 doing the same thing. When we mentioned this to the front desk staff they just shrugged it off as nothing but this is inappropriate. Housekeeping has no business unlocking your door without announcement and not 2 hours prior to check out. As well we then moved to a room for 4. Every time staff came to change towels they would provide necessities for 3 and we had to constantly ask for another set of towels. One of these times we didn’t realize until later at night and when we called front desk they said housekeeping went home and they had no access to towels yet somehow the security guard overheard this and he was able to get towels? Pretty ridiculous. Other than that the hotel was clean, conveniently located, and the staff that were helpful were very much so while a few others just couldn’t be bothered.

Great location, easy to get to with a very convenient bus stop right out front. Walkable to all the fun areas. Only problem was the elevators. No moving air and will go up even though you pressed down.

Good location. About a 7 min walk to the football/basketball arena. And also about a 7 min walk to Canal St. There are some homeless people down the street by the bus stop as well as a few sketchy looking people, but other than that I felt completely safe.

Clean rooms and great location. Restaurant had very good breakfast food and dinner food. All the things you need to enjoy your day. Coffee shop right in the lobby and it is very good also. Will for sure stay her again. Also short walk to the Superdome.

I looked at a number of hotels for my stay in New Orleans, but what won me over was the onsite parking. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The restaurant (we only used it once for breakfast) had a full menu, though was a bit pricey, not unexpected for a hotel restaurant. Staff was friendly and the check in/out was efficient. The only glitch was that we were unable to exit the parking garage because the bar code on our parking permit didn't work. The front desk quickly resolved the issue and we were on our way. Of course, the best thing about this hotel was the location--walking distance from the French Quarter, Superdome and other downtown sights. Wish we could have stayed an extra night, but we were on a schedule. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was great. 10/10 would stay again. There was a gentleman working at the restaurant, I believe his name was Anthony or Antonio, who was very kind and accommodating. We didn’t realize the breakfast was made-to-order and not buffet style and only had about 10 minutes to get something to eat. He had our food ready for us and packaged in record time!
