Upon arrival some of the lights (bulbs) were not working & neither was the TV in both booked rooms. Staff did immediately come & sort my tv. The rooms were lovely & the hot had a wonderful traditional feel to them as did the hotel. We were very close to Bourbon Street but not too noisy to sleep. The staff were so friendly & helpful & overall it was a pleasure to stay here.

I stayed here in 2011, so when I booked this trip, I was unsure how it would be. I booked it for myself & a few friends. It is a really good value. The room was lovely, and we had a street balcony. On one of the nights, the sound from Bourbon Street was a bit much, but laissez le bon temps rouler. An added bonus, besides the nice courtyard and pool, is that they have both a cafe and bar in the hotel. It is a quaint, comfortable, pretty boutique hotel that I would highly recommend.

Brandon and Lonnie were awesome with handling our car and luggage and providing information on some of the must do’s. Betsy, front desk, was vey personable, welcoming and truly wanted to help any way she could our final day. We did experience a delay in checking in due to staff on the desk. But overall was very pleased with my stay, the room, bed and location. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful! The hotel was definitely in need of some updating, cleaning too. Being right off Bourbon street lends to constant noise and Toulouse is a feeder street so it was a constant stream of traffic, all through the night and then the clean up crew starting at 5am. Did not eat there so don’t know about the food.
