The property is located in such a great area very near to all that is happening in the French Quarter. The combination of the room stay, the on-site bar, and the cafe make it a perfect trio. The rooms are classic, cozy, and just enough for your new orleans experience. The shower was great with good pressure and the beds were comfy. No complaints. The cafe experience was both delicious and with great staff. The same for the bar. All drinks were made perfectly. We loved the Prince Conti.

Great location, one block from Bourbon st. Front desk staff and bell hops were great. Storage of luggage before we checked in and after we checked out was secure and easy. Beware Bombay Club bar, charged $80 for 2 shots of Don Julio tequila. Ridiculous!

Enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. The location was central to all the points of interest within the French Quarter at a reasonable price. There is a nice bar and a breakfast restaurant on the property. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding and quiet despite the hotel being located so close to Bourbon St. The only downside is the cost of parking, which may be comparable to other hotels if choosing to have your vehicle parked at the hotel.

The staff make this place. Rooms are dated but quite appropriate for the Bourbon St setting. Place is clean and the breakfast bar next to the hotel entrance door is great. The bar attached to the hotel is quiet and quant didn’t eat there but food looked good. Live music most weekends I think and some of it is really good give it a try

We loved staying in this small hotel just around the corner of Bourbon Street. Nice staff, clean rooms, close to everything. Everything we needed for a few nights in NOLA. The only negative was the adjacent bar closed earlier than stated and loved the atmosphere so looked forward to a night cap there. Ok because plenty of bars around and they have ice down the hall and small refrigerators. Great place for breakfast or coffee on site too!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Prince Conti hotel! Valet was very helpful, the staff was AMAZING, both restaurants on the property had delicious food, and the location of the hotel was in the BEST location! We literally walked EVERYWHERE! Our room was at the front on the hotel, right on the strip which got a bit noisy at night! All in all, we enjoyed our stay and is easily my hotel of choice for future visits to New Orleans!

The room that I stayed had a moldy scent and had mold in the ceiling. I’m allergic to mold so had a terrible skin reaction. Contacted the front desk, they painted over the mold and reassigned us to a different room. Management did not take ownership and basically did not show any remorse or gave any compensation.

This hotel is in a great location. It is close to the French Quarter but far enough away from Bourbon Street to allow you to sleep well. The hotel was clean. Like most hotels in New Orleans the room has a musty and moldy smell, but the housekeeping staff were great and friendly. The room was small and there were no amenities. I would consider this a 3 star room rather than a 4 star room. It was a little pricey for what you get. The rest of the staff were average. We asked for extra pillows one evening and they never showed up. We asked a second time in the day time and got more pillows. Overall the stay was good.

I love the old but clean feel to this hotel. There was only 3 issues with my room. 1- there was a stain on the sheets that looked like old, dried up semen (eww). 2- there are no comforters (sheets as covers). 3- there was leakage from our shower. Other then that the stay was fine. Check in was welcoming and friendly. Location was good.

After three nights, my lungs were burning from mold/mildew inhalation. We moved rooms after the second night, but it did not help. Windows do not open; window frame caked with mold/ mildew. We switched to a new hotel for the remaining two nights of our trip, and my lungs cleared up. The staff on site were all very polite and helpful; it is the Prince Conti HOTEL OWNERS (Valentino Corp.) who would not issue us a refund for the two nights we did not stay at their hotel.

There was no shelf in the shower to put your shampoo and conditioner. However, there was a shelf laying at the bottom of the shower, so maybe it broke and was never fixed? There were also cockroaches. I don’t know if that is just a common thing in New Orleans to have in your hotel room, but it grossed us out. Our linens had stains on them when we arrived. We had to have the bed changed. Twice I asked for the car to be brought to the front at a certain time so we wouldn’t be late to what we were going to both times it wasn’t done. They said whoever we told didn’t give it to anyone else. The breakfast place attached is a nice touch. The food in the bar was not very good. They only had one person waiting tables and making drinks. We never went back. They were also out of things on the menu. Location was convenient but when Bourbon street gets really loud it definitely wakes you up. Insulation is not good, people coming in and out of the rooms all hours of the night kept waking us up. They were yelling in the halls.

However, upon arrival there was an issue with our reservation and the person at the front desk had to call the manager, who wasn’t on site. We also booked a deluxe double and our room felt quite cramped. The carpet in the room clearly gets vacuumed, but needs deep shampooing. We were walking around the room in socks and they are all now stained from the dirt in the carpet. I would probably stay here again just for the location, service, and cafe BUT I would bring a shoe or slipper that I don’t mind throwing away at the end of my trip.

The welcome at the front desk was very nice. I booked this property because of ratings and pics…very dissatisfied. The place was run down starting with the elevator and spilled cocktail and wrappers on floor. The carpet was worn in hallways. Our room: pillows and sheets smelled dirty, toilet was worn and gross looking. The door to our room had big crack/opening where you could hear and smell everything taking place in hallways. Vent was filthy. Took plenty of pics and will attach if possible. They also get you with at $42 parking fee “unless you want to risk parking on street, getting towed or broken into.”

The hotel had tons of character and the bed was comfortable, but there was so much noise outside. The walls and windows were not well insulated from the sounds of the city. It’s in a very walkable location and the food all around us was great.

The hotel is cute, authentic and well taken care of. The room was comfortable and the shower big, and great jet. However, avoid the rooms facing Conti st. In the 2nd floor these are 231, 232, 234, and 250. You won't sleep!! The noise from the street goes all night. Whether it's people partying, cars that drive right next to you with full blown stereo, or construction that starts really early in the morning. We could not sleep at night. These rooms should be discounted or replace the windows there. It feels like you are literally in the street

The only thing I didn’t like this time was the shower pressure was so hard it actually hurt to take a shower. If that could have been less abrasive stay would have been perfect.

We liked everything about this hotel, from the friendly staff, the excellent location, the spacious rooms, the comfortable bed, modern bathrooms with good walk-in shower, and modern workspace, and finally, the price! The location, about half a block from Bourbon street is ideal for walking but is remarkably quiet. Hotel captures the charm of Old New Orleans but has been updated to meet today's expectations.

A lovely hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the very small bathroom and no fridge in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. And yes! Location!!! The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot.

Rooms were on the small side. A little dated overall, but definitely has charm. Small bathrooms in room, although adaquate. Check out was a little rough. The lady didn't want me to leave until she "checked me out". Her system supposedly went down and had to boot it back up. After about 5-10 min, she was like ok good to go. Glad my taxi was patient.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful; and our room was clean, spacious and very lovely. The only thing we'd have wanted to know is that it was quite dark - there was only one window - and so it felt a bit cave-like. But the location was great and we would stay here again.

Great location, historic hotel. The room was very attractive and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately we never knew when we would have hot water--sometimes we had hot, sometimes lukewarm and sometimes cold. Staff didn't seem to be able to do anything about it. We told staff twice that our coffee maker wasn't working, nothing was done.

Unfortunately we never knew when we would have hot water--sometimes we had hot, sometimes lukewarm and sometimes cold. Staff didn't seem to be able to do anything about it. We told staff twice that our coffee maker wasn't working, nothing was done.

The location was excellent because it was in the heart of the French Quarter, so all of the must-sees were within a few minutes' walk, but the hotel itself left plenty to be desired. Our shower was broken (painfully high, hose-your-unmentionables-off-if-you-move-wrong water pressure) and even though we asked for them to check it out, the shower went unfixed for our entire 5-day stay. The bed wasn't very comfortable and there was nowhere onsight to get water other than from the vending machine.

My daughter and myself picked this place for its location, and it did not disappoint. Centrally located to everything, Safier area then being right in the thick of everything. Rooms were on the small side. A little dated overall, but definitely has charm. Small bathrooms in room, although adaquate. Check out was a little rough. The lady didn't want me to leave until she "checked me out". Her system supposedly went down and had to boot it back up. After about 5-10 min, she was like ok good to go. Glad my taxi was patient.

The hotel is well located within the French Quarter of New Orleans. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the customer service is very good. Property was steps away from Bourbon St but you would hardly know it when you tried to have an early, quiet evening. We were able to sleep easily without the noise of Bourbon and still enjoy all the convenience of the location of our hotel. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Definitely a good value!

The property is located in such a great area very near to all that is happening in the French Quarter. The combination of the room stay, the on-site bar, and the cafe make it a perfect trio. The rooms are classic, cozy, and just enough for your new orleans experience. The shower was great with good pressure and the beds were comfy. No complaints. The cafe experience was both delicious and with great staff. The same for the bar. All drinks were made perfectly. We loved the Prince Conti.

First, the staff was a dream! Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Second, this hotel did the best job keeping old world charm while providing all modern updates. It was hot and humid during our trip, and the room stayed completely cool- it was a relief to come back. Great water pressure, comfy beds and pillows, and loved the bar and cafe on site! Will certainly be back!

Our GIRL'S TRIP stay was GREAT! The weekend front desk staff and concierge person were nice and down to earth. The hotel's restaurant hours were a little weird and inconsistent, but everything was tasty and the service was fast! The location is literally a 1/2 block from Bourbon Street so you're in the mix but far enough away that you aren't right in the middle of things. There were a few things that were very minor issues, but it didn't really affect the trip too much. The room door was hard to shut, the bathroom door kept getting stuck, and the toilet ran all day and all night even after shaking the handle. Housekeeping made our beds daily but didn't sweep or vacuum the entire time we stayed. Despite this, we will definitely book again!

We had a phenomenal time here, the hotel was clean, nice and cool in the July heat, the café was delicious and the staff was attentive. This place is just one block from Bourbon street for shopping and dining but far enough that the hustle and bustle of the busy street doesn't keep you awake. I would highly recommend staying at the Prince Conti, I know I will in the future!

Great location, one block from Bourbon st. Front desk staff and bell hops were great. Storage of luggage before we checked in and after we checked out was secure and easy. Beware Bombay Club bar, charged $80 for 2 shots of Don Julio tequila. Ridiculous!

Historic feel, welcoming staff and right around the corner from Bourbon St. Nightlife noise was noticeable but we chose this spot intentionally, and it was quieter inside the room than I expected given the volume outside. Shower wasn’t the best but everything else was comfortable. Loved the Cafe Conti for breakfast.

We loved staying in this small hotel just around the corner of Bourbon Street. Nice staff, clean rooms, close to everything. Everything we needed for a few nights in NOLA. The only negative was the adjacent bar closed earlier than stated and loved the atmosphere so looked forward to a night cap there. Ok because plenty of bars around and they have ice down the hall and small refrigerators. Great place for breakfast or coffee on site too!

Right from the start the front desk staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We loved the vintage hotel and our room was wonderful. Bathrooms were a little small but it was super clean. We worried about the noise from the street but that wasn’t an issue either. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Hope to stay there again when we get to New Orleans in the future.

We did hear street noise a couple nights but it quickly disappeared once the tv turned on or the ac kicked in. Overall a great experience. Our only suggestion is to sub out the body bars for liquid body wash/handwash.
