I loved how central the hotel was to both downtown and uptown New Orleans. Being a block from the streetcar line was a convenient way to get around during our stay. The Hotel itself was regal, with a wonderful granite-top lobby bar.

Well maintained, beautiful facility within one block of streetcar line and restaurants. Very chill pool scene was a great way to take a break from the tourist action of NOLA. Room was clean, but housekeeping skipped our room twice during a 6-night stay. King bed with loft room was comfortable and spacious, but the window goes to an indoor courtyard, no daylight in daytime, nor darkness at night.

The property is super cute and a great location! I’ve never stayed in the Garden District before. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is walkable to many areas. I loved it. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

A beautiful boutique hotel with great staff. My only issue was the very sad shower pressure. Finding any good shower pressure in New Orleans is a challenge, but this was much worse than normal (even for NOLA). The shower heads were calcified and the head in general had no pressure. I had to book a last minute blow dry and shampoo at a local spa because I couldn't get the shampoo out of my hair after 30 minutes of trying.

Excellent staff, really nice room. on hotels.com it says they have parking, they do not, it's street only. It also says there is a $50 fee at the hotel, but it was $55- so some information needs to be updated. This is a really nice place to stay, but there is not really any good breakfast available at breakfast hours nearby-even their sister property didn't really have breakfast. Also, if you need to sleep in the dark, bring a sleep mask because the room, although very comfy, is very light at night! The room is small, but plenty of room for a suitcase on the stand. Location is excellent...but if you're there in the 3 weeks before mardis gras, call them to ask how to get in 'the box' our gps said to drive .4 miles would take 1.25 hours because you had to go all the way around in traffic & the gps still didn't know how to get in!

Room was great. Bed was super cozy and there’s a giant tv in the bedroom area. Bathroom is nice, but be aware that the sink area is just out in the open with no door. The only negative of our room was the gym next door that was super loud every morning. And if you have a loud neighbor, you will hear everything. Otherwise this was a lovely stay.

Was charged for mini bar usage when I never used it. We bought our own sodas and put them in the fridge but then I got a bill for a bunch of stuff we never even seen or touched. Reach out to hotel said a manager would get a hold of me never heard anything from anyone. Had problems with out internet as well literally had to have the front desk guy come in and log into the staff email.

We were told staff would greet us at the front and take our bags to the room. We had to take our bags up a flight of stairs. The receptionist saw us waiting to check in and kept talking to another person instead of checking us in, the other person was not checking in. Room service opened our room at 9 am when were still asleep and check out wasn't until 11 am. Hotel was clean but service was poor.

Fantastic find right in the historic Garden District of New Orleans. I was lucky to stumble upon this new hotel for a staycation. Although it opened a week ago, it blew me away. The lobby and bar are beautifully designed. There is an outdoor area to lounge at just outside the bar. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. What a comfortable bed! One of the best I have slept on. Tasteful design. Modern French Quarter vibes. I can’t wait to return when the property is fully open. The gym, spa, pickle ball courts and pool area are under renovation. Personally I cannot wait for the pool area with the swim up bar!

The property is clean and beautiful. It has an amazing pool. We stayed during the slow season in New Orleans, so the property was quiet. The hotel advertises their swim up bar, but it was not open during our stay. They did have a walk-up bar, however. They also open the pool to the public for a fee, making it more crowded than it would be with guests only, but loungers are reserved for guests. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. Our room was a bit small, but comfortable and clean. The bar staff at the pool is friendly and Amiya,(sp?) the front desk employee, was our absolute favorite. She was friendly and warm the entire stay. She walked us to our room, and was very pleasant to speak with throughout our week there. Should we return to New Orleans, we would stay at The Garden District Hotel again.
