The location was great. It’s a half block away from Bourbon street. Close to be able to walk to almost everything we did. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice. Only complaint was the bathroom was small. Not much space to put toiletries. Shower was narrow and no waste basket in bathroom. The shower pressure was amazing!! Pool is small but we did t use as it was chilly when we were there. Nice courtyard area for pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Property isn’t a great location from Bourbon Street. But still quite enough that you could rest. Only downfall was parking was $56 and this was not listed on my reservation nor did the person tell me that when I got in he gave me a slip and said I could do valet, but did not say it charged anything until in the morning When I got my receipt

First off…I called the hotel before booking a room and asked about the bar and it’s hours. The front desk gave me time’s that it is opened and closed. I get to the hotel and it’s shut down. I was told it never re opened since Covid. WTH? So I was like ok well one of your staff lied to me on the phone! The place is dark and dingy. The outside is dirty. The pool area looks shut down also. I didn’t even ask about it. The pool had dark water in it. The room had mold. Would not recommend.

The hotel was centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the gym was flooded but sent us across to their sister property to use their gym. The bar is not open, but they offer water, coffee, and hot water all day. Bathroom was small for my 6\'6" friend. Pierre ran down a cab for us so we could make our flight in time, and the other cab was very late. Security was good. Could not hear all the people partying all night, but we were able to hear all of the people walking the halls and in their rooms. We slept well and it all worked well for us. We will visit again!

It was nice and clean great location, amazing ac which you need in Nola in July. Only complaint is parking is $56 a night and that wasn’t listed in the booking but it really should be.

The location is great and convenient but the hotel was a little dirty. There was a blood stain on my sheet, and the toilet bowl rim had probably never seen a brush. The pool was gorgeous, but was shaded and not heated so it was cold. We also had to skim it ourselves. The staff was great and there is free water/coffee available.

The property was clean for the most part. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The bathroom could use some updates from the obvious water damage to the vanity and door frame near the shower. Also, having a pocket door to the bathroom.. seems like it is kept open while cleaning, so the door was dirty when we closed it. The headboard was also dirty/greasy. We wiped it down ourselves.

Five night stay. We have stayed at Hotel Le Marais before. Both bedroom and common areas have become rather tired and worn. Staff generally very helpfu. However, we had to request items that should have been part of regular room service. Bed had a torn sheet on arrival which was not replaced at all. Room was not made up one day despite a specific request. Could do better with just a little effort. Would not rate above three star.

Our room was clean and the bed and bedding was excellent so we had very good sleep! The shower was wonderful— great hot water, nice products, soft towels and cotton robes. Surprisingly there was no fridge in the room, no cups etc for in room coffee and no milk anywhere— no bar or vending of any kind on site. We had great weather and thought to lounge a bit at the hotel but the pool that looked so lovely in the photos was littered with leaves, sticks and debris from weeks if not months of neglect and the furniture around it too dirty to sit on. There’s tons to do in NOLA and we didn’t come to watch tv, but the few channels had poor reception. On the plus side, the wi-fi was strong so I was able to put in a full day’s work from the room.

We first got to our room & there was bed bugs. The beds they had given us had pee stains when you remove the covers. I called the front desk and he gave us another room. The other room was the same situation just smelled a little better. I didn’t want to waste my time anymore so I just dealt with it but me and my family were not happy at all.

Lovely hotel and desk attendants! Location was perfect for adventures all around NOLA. Copper Monkey next door an added treat for meals and a drink. Housekeeping needs to be more thorough in cleaning the rooms. We had to move a chair to use a plug and found a lot of dirt and dried up food containers. We love New Orleans and can’t wait to go back, would definitely stay here again.

It took a long time to check in even though there were only two people ahead of us. The staff member was friendly, but there should have been another employee to help. Rooms are small but nice. There are no mini fridges in the room, nor do they have ice machines, which should be a standard amenity. The fan in the bathroom was also not usable due to the loud sound it made (as did our neighbor’s).

We stayed during the week and found the hotel to be just average. Staff was very nice, and the bed was really comfortable, clean and great location...but that is about it for positives. Our room faced Conti Street so it could be a bit loud at night. Walls are very thin, so it was easy to hear your neughbors and the cleaning staff early in the morning. The room was a decent size, but the bathroom was extremely small! Im not sure I'd stay here again, but if we got a good rate like this time...maybe

The rooms were very clean but the walls were paper thin. Could hear people talking in the rooms next to us even when we had our TV on. There was a large group of us that were staying there and all of us booked a Deluxe King room. Every room was a different size. Ours was very small and we paid more for ours than some of the others paid.

Everything was great for the most part. Clean, great staff and such a convenient location. 1/2 a block from Bourbon Street and Royal Street but you couldn't hear the noise at night. The room could have used a refrigerator and they only made up the room once. Had to ask to have it done a 2nd time. Overall an excellent choice

We had a nice room on the second floor overlooking the street The bed was very comfortable and it had a nice shower. It was well kept and clean. There is an outdoor court with comfortable seating and a small pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no food served onsite but there are plenty of places to eat nearby and Bourbon Street and the Riverwalk are in easy walking distance. We arrived by ship well before check in time and called the 800 number to see if they could store our bags. This turned out to be a corporate number and they told us that they could not store bags so we ended up paying $40 to company at the seaport to store our bags and deliver them to the hotel after we checked in. We mentioned this when we checked in and found out that they would have gladly stored our bags for free. Also since there was no food or beverage on site it would have been a nice touch to have a small coffee maker in our room or a coffee urn in the lobby area.

Absolutely horrible...we went for mardi gras... we couldn't event get to the hotel.... i called a few times to try to understand and get info about where i could park. But after the 2nd time the person at the front said they were to busy to help me and thats it. Tried to cancel the reservation but got alot of run around.....So i didnt event get close to the hotel and i am out $800..... no refund yet or even a sorry.... I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone during any kind of event. I wont be ever trying to stay at this property again. So watch out with this hotel.

Our flight was delayed several times and each time I called to confirm it would be ok to come in later the young lady was so super sweet. When we got their it was a different young lady as shifts had changed and again super sweet and had the patience of a saint with us as we had never been to New Orleans and made sure where we knew where to park and anytime we left she made she sure when we were walking back in she stood at the door to greet us back. The gentleman in the morning was very nice as well. Just wanted to make sure all 3 of them get recognized as well as the comfort of the room. Beds were AMAZING. We will be back!

The day we arrived they had some technical issues, but the staff made it very convenient for us. There was a gentleman handling the technical issues although he had a sense of urgency to get things done. He was not overwhelmed. He made our visit wonderful

Arrived in the PM. Staff great but got stuck on elevator for an hour in the dark 100 degrees, had asthma attack, firefighters came, changed rooms (to 111), bed had wheels, sat on bed/bed moved/I fell btwn bed and nightstand. What hotel bed has wheels? Hotel only offered $50 off room thru Expedia where no one ever responds. All of this during Day 1 of my 27th wedding anniversary. Of course, we left the next day. Again, great staff but horrible experience. Found out, it was the 2nd time in one day the elevator stopped.

This was my first time in NOLA, and will not be my last!! The Entire staff are Wonderful, Kind, and Helpful!! The Hotel, Room, and the pool are were very clean. Very relaxing in the outdoor Lounging area. And not to mention the Hot coffee and water available near the lobby. It's even kid friendly, and I didn't even bring any kids. If you have the pleasure of meeting Ms Sonya, she will make you feel like Family!! I definitely will stay again Hotel Le Marais!

Great location in the French Quarter with easy access to Burbon st. The hotel is clean and quiet with friendly staff. My only complaint is the Valet parking is in the hotel across the street which they neglect to tell you before you arrive. This means having to drive around in circles for a second time to access the parking after finding a place to pull over and call them to find out where the parking was. That was the only down side to this hotel.

Father/son trip to the French Quarter. Great location right off Bourbon Street. Very quiet considering it is right near the action. Close enough to walk everywhere. And close to the Street cars to ride them as well. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very modern hotel inside a very old building. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay in the French Quarter, so close and yet far enough away that its not too noisy. Its location is only about 1/2 a block from Bourbon St where you can walk to most things you want to see and do.

Property was conveniently located near Bourbon Street, close enough but far enough not to hear the noise. Front desk could have explained their room cleaning service. We did not realize that you have to hit a button by the door to get your bed made. Also, your room key cannot be placed near your phone or other credit cards or it will cancel out access to the elevator and your room. That’s a bit of an inconvenience. Upgrade your system. Other than that overall service was great.
