This was our first trip to New Orleans. We reserved the room due to its proximity to Smoothie King Center. We arrived early and paid for parking at another location. I would recommend parking at the hotel. I did not know that valet parking at the hotel is not part of the room charge. Room and view were excellent! Love the elevators! Bell hop was very helpful. Only room issue is the water never was hot. Warm at best.
