Warm welcome upon arriving. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean. Free breakfast every morning. Free coffee all day. Parking was very easy, hotel was pretty easy to accessible. Overall was a good stay, would stay again

We stayed two nights during a lacrosse tournament. Our queen bed accommodations were adequate. The indoor pool was small but worked well for a quick cool off after games. The facilities are pretty beaten up. Our bathroom was in need renovation and our shower poured water after it was shut off. Maintenance said that they needed to order a part so it didn't get fixed. The breakfast is very good and the area to eat is well taken care of with plenty of seating. The coffee was good and close to the door for a quick to-go cup. There are multiple electric vehicle chargers and they don't have small sundries/toiletries in the rooms. They have full bottles, which we prefer. Strangely their elevator is the slowest I have experienced. The up side is that their stairs to the upper floors are wide, sunlit and carpeted so if you aren't carrying something heavy or your rowdy kids are annoying in the elevator, there is a perfect solution.

Stayed here visiting UMass Amherst. Nice hotel with great parking, breakfast and amenities. The staff was nice and enjoyed the exercise room with a Peloton.

We had to request another room within minutes of our arrival. We turned down our bed sheets to find head and pubic hair. My grown kids were gagging at the scene. Obviously the sheets weren’t changed from the prior guests. We would have gone elsewhere but it was already 9 pm and we were all tired from traveling.

Very comfy bed, nice breakfasts, friendly staff, pool is clean and convenient. But can smell farm manure in the area when just outside the front door. Not much the hotel can do about that, so I don't blame them. Also the carpet in my room felt damp, from perhaps having been washed and not allowed to dry out completely. It was icky walking on it in bare feet. Probably just a one-time issue, but management should take note to ensure it doesn't happen to others. I would stay here again when in the area.

The room reeked of pet odor. They charge $75 for a pet and clearly do not use it to clean the rooms. I started sneezing the minute that I entered the room, and then had allergic reactions for hours afterward. Otherwise the stay was fine. The breakfast and coffee were ok.

The staff including the cleaning staff were very helpful and the room was clean and nicely furnished. When I called after we departed because I thought I might have left something behind they checked immediately and made a note to call me if it turned up which I greatly appreciated. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise. The walls, ceilings and floors are thin and every foot step above us sounded like a baby elephant; when using the bathroom you can hear people talking in the hall and the plumbing from the apartment above.

Overall, good stay. Rooms are nice and updated. Stayed on the top floor, floors squeaked when I walked. I 6\'1" 220. Not sure the people below me liked it when I was up late and early to rise.

Overall good: Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean. I could hear people stomping loudly upstairs. My biggest issue was the heating/cooling system. If I set it anywhere under 74, theAC kicked on. We’re talking early spring in New England, freezing temps, 30’s, and our AC would kick on! So the choice was overheat and get my IBS going, or freeze and be in pain from my poor circulation. So we ended up turning off the heating/cooling system while we slept and covering with every blanket we could find. This was a huge issue for me, and unfortunately I’ve seen this in a few hotels lately. They don’t want you 100% controlling your heat/AC so they do this automatic system that doesn’t work AT ALL!

Room was placed above the electric sliding doors entering the lobby. I had to listen to them all night and all morning opening and closing. Dogs are allowed in the hotel, so I had them barking at 3:00am and 6:00am. I could have slept better in my car.

Clean and comfortable, staff were courteous and efficient. The shower fan was kind of lacking and the fridge didn’t get cold enough that we felt comfortable eating leftovers we stuck in there the night before.

Charge for dog was charged incorrectly, so an Unrecognized amount was charged to my card with no explanation until I asked at the front desk. Disappointment. And, certainly not worth the price.

Upon check-in, the front desk clerk gave us a ground floor room next to the elevator room. I asked to be moved but the clerk claimed they were full. Upon composing to another employee, we were give a new room. We should not have had to get through this problem.

The property is tucked back from the main road so not really any road noise. It is convenient to the highway and some shopping. Just a few miles up the road are some restaurants and shops in both directions.

This hotel is excellent, perfect in every way. It is evident that the management tried very hard to take care of customer needs. I will just list a few (because I could go on and on) the soft towels, plenty of towels, many cups, counter space in both bedroom and bathroom, lotions and soaps good quality, buffet was delicious and many items to pick from. And the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks!
