Very large hotel. Clean. Good breakfast. Just a tad slow on the stations but it was a busy weekend so understandable. Had complimentary snacks and breakfast. A game room and nice garden spaces.

The elevators were not working, when we checked in 1 was already out of order then the next one went out of order. The pool was dirty. Kids were running around screaming and creating absolute chaos. When I asked to switch rooms to a lower floor because I have a handicap sticker for my knees I was told to wait it out and that they had too much going on. The elevator was not fixed until the next day. Breakfast was great!

The room was very clean. Check-in was easy. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was extremely good however, I traveled as a single mother with three kids and in order to get omelettes you had to get back in the line after ordering one you couldn’t order more than one at a time which I found very frustrating with special needs children. I will say the pool was absolutely disgusting. The smell was horrific. It smelt like trash water. it was so bad that once you got off the elevator, it smelled like a swamp. The kids went in the pool and I could not get the smell out of their bathing suits even after washing it a few times the Jacuzzi Hot tub was nice and clean though overall I would stay again just wouldn’t let my kids use the pool.

Very nice hotel. Staff was helpful. Would stay again. Elevator was super slow. Lots of kids running around screaming in the halls and lobby. Pool and hottub were so packed at all times and couldn’t use it.

Overall a well maintained property, but little things bugged me. The business center computers did not work. The light over the sink in the room was so bright that it blinded you. The closet in the room was so poorly designed that it was non functional. There were electrical outlets in the base of the lamps next to the bed but it was so designed that your typical phone charger plug couldn't be used. etc. I wouldn't have complained about these little things except that I tried for over 30 minutes without success to get the business center computers to print a single page document that I needed.

Room is always clean and ready. Breakfast is really great overall the good customer service only thing the jacuzzi more attention in the cleaning but pool and the people are amazing. Great staff team always willing to help

Bedbugs!!! They also put a big family with small kids in an adjoining suite and I had to move rooms at midnight due to noise. Staff was nice, but bugs are unacceptable.

Water came into bathroom through light fixture. They came in and cleaned up. Would not move us into different room. Next night, same thing. Would not move us till the next day. The cleaning person was not cleaning. More like going through motion to look like something was done. Stepped on a piece of brown glass by the sink. Vacuumed ? Was not a good stay.

We found bedbugs in our initial room, then we were offered the room right next to the original one, which we denied for obvious reasons. Eventually we were given a room two floors down. If it was not already 8pm by that point, and we were not with our three kids, we would have gone to a different hotel.

Great locations. Terrible room, not clean, massive blood stain in the carpet (not sure if someone was shot), and LOUD! The bar is so loud, people drunk and screaming and it just echos. Then you have all the kids running up and down the hallways banging on doors. Staff is absolutely rude and useless. Phone never worked. Towels like sandpaper, bed sheets felt like paper. This place is just old and terrible.

Embassy is always a good choice. Can't beat the breakfast. Did find some clothes from prior guests shoved down in chair coushions. Apparently house keeping doesn't sweep down into coushions.

We were so pleased with this hotel. It had virtually everything you could hope to have, plus more. The free breakfast buffet and fresh, made-to-order omelets were fantastic. Coffee service in the lobby was very helpful and appreciated too. Will definitely consider staying there again!

- I really wanted a staircase near the elevator. Having to wait for the elevator for just ONE floor was annoying. IMPORTANT: I brought sliced veggies with me to eat during the day. I checked the fridge temperature before putting my food in; it was in the middle of the options. In the morning, my veggies were completely frozen (no longer edible once defrosted) and my ice pack was NOT frozen. Worst of both possible worlds. Next time I'll bring a fridge thermometer with me. Breakfast was excellent. I slept well. Staff was very helpful.

Liked the separation using two doors between the bedroom and the other space that had the sofa, chairs, table and kitchenette. Did not like the thin wall to next suite where I had to hear other people talking and watching loud sports on TV. Did not like the honking noise when the room door opens and shuts. That noise sometimes continued into the night.

Room was ok.Bathroom tiles coming up no bath robes . The tv had no channel guide. It was right Nextdoor to a meeting/conference room which I couldn’t hear anything from the room but it was the constant people selling things right outside my door. Hotel was in a good location.

We loved the hotel and had a two bed sweet with a bedroom. However, the beds were too soft and unsupportive. My wife and I like firmer and wider beds . Also, our 17 years old grandson disliked the fold out sofa bed and didn't get a good night's sleep. Neither did my wife and I, unfortunately. Our granddaughter was fine in the second bed. We loved everything else about the hotel.

The lobby of the hotel is amazing and inviting. Check in was nice and easy. Went to the room and made a coffee in the rooms "Keurig", only to find maggots in the coffee maker. Went and asked the front desk for a new one, after 3 more coffee machines that didn't work I was done. Breakfast is good, if you want to fight through 100 people to get food. The room hadn't been cleaned properly in forever. None of the housekeeping speaks English. They automatically checked me out @330am the day we were leaving. Asked for a late check out(noon time), housekeeping still broke in the room @11am while we were packing. I have had a great experience with these Hilton honors hotels, but I did not like my experience this time. Also was harassed by a Hilton honors rewards associate for 20 minutes while trying to check in in the hotel lobby. He was very aggressive trying to get me to book a trip and use my reward points while paying up front at that time. I was very forward saying it was not interested while my hands were literally filled with luggage. That did not deter him from continuing his aggressive tactics to try to get me to purchase a trip.

I checked in with my daughter, the lady at the front desk gave us (2 black women) a room at the far end of the hotel with a supply closet on one side, an elevator maintenance room on the other side and directly across from the housekeeping supply room. The nearest other guest room was 50 feet down the hall and separated by a connecting hallway and a conference room…. Racism

We've stayed in a number of Hilton-based hotels over the years and this one was by far the best one yet. We arrived at 130pm but check in wasn't until 4pm. They had a room ready for us right away which was great!! So customer service was fantastic...we ate dinner at the hotel which was great too and they even had a complimentary welcome event with some free snacks and h'ors doeurves. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend this hotel. Giving them a 10/10.

The stay was good, staff was friendly and kind! We had 5 staying in our room and not enough towels, or wash clothes… the shower didn’t drain, maintenance came up to try and fix it but it didn’t resolve :-/ that was the only negative to our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Great free breakfast and evening snacks. Great spaces in the hotel to eat and relax. Close to restaurants, stores and entertainment. Good laundry area. Easy to get to Boston and Gillette stadium. Deep at front desk was very helpful and friendly. The suites are so nice for a family

Breakfast is above the popular commercial restaurant quality. Nice atrium seating. Well mannered guests as well. Sleep quality was great. Parking was ample, even later in the night. the location is perfect, overlooking the shopping mall. The hotel buildings were located in separately raised hill side from other stores. View to the road was great smart building layout, rain garden with split level parking.

The breakfast was not as good as the last time. The coffee at the serving table tasted instant powder, just black water, and fresh brewed one was also Fragrant but no taste. There were 2 servers but neither of them was wiping the tables before next guests arrived. The young male just swept the table with the used paper napkin by the previous guests. The room has 2 led lights missing, and never been checked. The housekeeper knocked on the door too early just after 9am. This time, the experience was quite subpar and felt like best western. Please, keep the standard intact.

You get a good continental breakfast plus theres an omelet station allowing the guest to choose the fillings, the staff were all warm and welcoming, Shopra ( not sure if I got it right ) in the breakfast stop by in our table asking us how were doing , which is very nice and accommodating, I would definitely check in again in the Embassy Suites in Marlborough if Im around that area

I booked a king size Suite. I was attending a conference I brought my son and my grandson. There was a pull out couch when you walked in the door. It was a queen size or double bed that took up the entire room. You had to scoot sideways between the end of the bed and the dresser to get to the next room which had the king size bed again you had to scoot between the edge of the bed and the dresser to get to the bathroom. If someone had to use the bathroom they had to go through the bedroom. The entire room was microscopic. It was a very small table in the corner next to the pull-out bed but you could not sit at it unless you folded the bed up into a couch each time. I have never seen such a small hotel room in my life. The breakfast buffet had several options except if you didn't get there within the first hour, they ran out of half of their options and they did not refill anything. Our last morning there, they ran out of coffee, yogurt ,fruit, and sausage. When we asked if they would be bringing out more, they stated no. Friday and Saturday morning, the woman who worked the dining room was extremely pleasant and helpful. She quickly cleared off tables as people got up to make room for other people to sit down. Sunday morning, there were two employees working the diagram. They stood there and talked to one another and did not clear anything off. When I asked for a cloth to wipe down a table so we can sit and I was handed one and they continued with their conversation.
