Overall, a very nice stay. Super quiet, clean, and affordable. Parking was difficult. I reported a non-handicapped vehicle (no tag or license plate identification) park in one of the 4 spots available. (I actually saw the couple get out and quickly walk to the door. The lot was filled in front but open spaces on the sides. The car was still there in the afternoon. As someone who needs (and has proper id for the spot), these spots, I get slightly agitated when I see something like this.

Best breakfast I have had anywhere. We travel a lot for tournaments and this stay was no different. Having a good breakfast available before early games was game changing. Staff was friendly. Someone seemed to always be wiping something down, vacuuming common areas, or just overly concerned with the state of the facility. Our room was nice, just what we needed. The TV is a bit cumbersome to navigate, felt very mid 2000's. Water pressure in the shower was mediocre / showerhead maybe? Pool area was AMAZING!! They even have a dedicated knee-hockey / recreational room for the kids! Would defintely rebook here in the future.

very nice hotel, it woild have been nice if the other other elevator was working only one was and there was no sign saying it did not work for 3 days so people didnt know and I would tell them if they were waiting, needs a sign not working

My bathroom had a deep tub and 2 shower heads. The room was huge and I loved the automatic shades. The pool was clean. The breakfast was better than most hotels I've stayed at. I would highly recommend staying there.

Front desk people were polite and helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. Parking is a bit tight. Outside renovations made the stay a little inconvenient. Room was on 5th floor. Elevator was quick. Room was ok but dated. Carpets need a cleaning. Bathroom had no hand soap but front desk was able to provide. Bed was comfy, but pillows were not. AC worked great. Small refrigerator in room and microwave is a plus. Breakfast was ok.

The carpeting in the room was very dirty and smelled awful. Its so old that it cannot be cleaned or deodorized. When I walked on it, tons of lint/fibers were stuck under my feet. And it felt sticky throughout the carpeting and non carpeting area.

The room and common areas were clean and looked like they were recently renovated. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The work area/desk in the room had great lighting for doing zoom calls. Everything was great. The only thing I would change is the mattress. It was way to soft/squishy and killed my back. I usually like hotels that have the memory foam mattresses, but I would still stay here again.

Yikes! We have stayed at many Hampton Inns this one needs a complete remake or demo! Everything from the desk, carpets, glass, floors and room were sooo dirty! The room smelled very bad and it actually had carpet squares for flooring that were dirty and half of them were raising up on the ends… ridiculous!! We did not stay!

From waiting an hour to check in and not having our room ready. To needing to change rooms after unpacking because the room was disgusting. Followed by nasty lady setting up breakfast and an idiot security guard deciding to say a dumb comment to me. Bathroom lights flickering and ac that wouldn’t hold a temp correctly. Not worth the $200 surcharge in price because it was a tournament weekend.

Only concern was that room service was not daily. Also other guests there were very loud. Doors were slamming, lots of noise overnight. Based on the noise, I’m not sure I would stay here again. But everything else was good.

A weekday business hotel and a weekend youth sports families hotel, this facility appears to do both well. They do need to replace or fix some king size mattresses-we did get one that sagged in the middle as others have reported. Otherwise everything was clean and in good repair. Nicely appointed and maintained breakfast, even with families of youth hockey and soccer players on the weekend filling the breakfast room. Very nice pool, heavily used by the athletes on the weekend. Great location for food, fun and travel. Before booking for a weekend stay, ask about youth sports groups before booking if you’re looking for a quiet place. Lots of kids excited for their tournaments can be a bit boisterous. And if you are one of the youth sports families in town for a weekend tournament, this is a great choice.

Very warm and welcoming lobby! Friendly receptionist! Well appointed and clean rooms. Really comfortable bed! Modern bathroom with great shower and products! Heat was coming out cold so had to turn it up very high to stay warm! Excellent breakfast and choices!

I was very pleased with my stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, the staff was friendly & professional, & the breakfast was nice, a lot of choices available. I have 2 recommendations: the toilet is too low for older people, it needs to be standard height ( I don’t think it was) or I am just use to higher height & soap in the bathroom at the sink. A facial bar was available & there was soap in the shower. Thank you very much for a very nice & comfortable stay

Hotel is clean and grounds well maintained. The issue with had was with the bed. It had a hole in the middle of it. Made the stay miserable. Please stay away from room 305.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at the Hampton Inn Marlborough/Boston was very disappointing. On two separate nights, a large group of kids arrived late in the evening. There was constant noise, yelling in the hallways, and even kids knocking on doors well past midnight. The worst part is that hotel staff were fully aware of the situation and did nothing to control it. Guests should be able to expect a quiet, restful stay—especially at this price point—but instead it felt more like a dormitory. If you value sleep and professionalism, I’d recommend looking elsewhere until this location takes guest comfort more seriously

Price= better than competition check in desk= friendly, skillful and very efficient elevators= super clean and zero wait times room= \'SUPER quiet\',modern, lots of outlets, great size TV floor= very clean and fresh feeling Bedding= superb, superb, superb Breakfast= very nice with many options Most likely the best stay for the wife and I to date. We came back from a night with family, I was looking in the pantry for milk, there were options but all caffeinated, ( not what I wanted as we were headed to the room for bed\'... so the night desk staffer told me he\'d go to the kitchen and came back with \'\'2" two classes of nice cold milk... one cannot ask for better service than that.

Communication among staff seemed poor. I checked in for three nights through Expedia. The front desk clerk only put me in as reserved for one night and when we came back the next day our door key would not work and had to get that sorted out. Talked to manager about this and she gave me a small discount on one more night stay which we needed. She did give us "go" bags as we left early last morning to catch our flight but bagels in each bag were moldy and we through them out. Property needs some updating. Sinks in bathroom don't have stopper for shaving and bathroom doesn't have exhaust fan. Breakfast foods which should have been hot were not kept hot in keepers.

This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel in a long time. The first night a maintenance person tried to let others into my room at around 10:30pm. Immediately after sending him away I get a call from the front desk which wakes both of my kids up. She wanted to know if there were people in the room. Yes, your guy saw me and I am in the room. I was so on edge I barely slept. Not to mention the fear my kids felt. The second evening there were kids screaming up and down the hall and a dog barking. I will not be staying again.
