Residences at Solomon Pond

We were disappointed due to we thought it was the same residence inn owned by Marriott but was not. It was very clean but very old and dated rooms. It seemed there was more people living and cooking there. No elevators so we had to climb two landings to get to our room. No complementary coffee and had to pay a Starbucks machine. For coffeee. If you're looking for price and funny cafe about the rooms then this is good for you. Not for me.

There was no one at front desk. Had to call someone from alcove to get access to key box. Only amenities were vending machines (even for coffee). Limited parking. Facility is next to a street used to access the nearby malls. After midnight, that street turns into a drag strip with cars racing their engines and associated noise … so much for a restful sleep. I would not stay here again.

Smelly… people live here. Not a great place to stay for a night. Extended stay I guess if you can tolerate the assortment of cooking smells.

Room was ok, front door was broken. Had to figure out how to get it. Just felt very clunky.
