We stayed only obe night in room 208. The place was clean but the bathtub could need a refresh. The crew was respectful and the breakfast EXCEPTIONAL. But, there was NO POOL to please the kids. We were anyway happy for our hotel choice.

While we only stayed one night it was a really great stay. The staff was sweet and helpful, the room was clean and breakfast was great as well. The only problem was we wanted to go swimming and when we asked about it they said they no longer have a pool. That was very disappointing won’t stay there because of that. Otherwise great. Thanks

This is a very good option near Boston. The pub attached and accessible without leaving the hotel is excellent. Great food. I'd consider coming in for food and grog just as a walk-in, if in the area, with no other connection to the Inn. Room very clean, staff pleasant. Nice stay!

I didn’t like the bedroom, wasn’t clean good, no trash can just the bathroom one, also we have bad experience sleeping because one of the bed had bedbug and bites one of my family a lot, I let one of the staff I believe she’s supervisor and didn’t do or said anything just to let the manager know and if we take pictures of the bedbugs, that’s ridiculous because they show up when people are sleeping. Bad, but I have proof of her bedbug bites.

I wanted to try the Hampton Inn because I usually come here and go somewhere else.This place looks old, really, old. THe elevators, the hallways. and everything had a terrible mold stench. The carpet (3rd floor) is worn out. Not up to standard. I saw on Travel Weekly that is was actually built in 2006 and renovated in 2017. I do not know what happened. Others are leaving rather positive reviews. I might have come at the wrong time...

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Upon check-in, I found dirty sheets on the bed, and when I asked for help, I was handed clean ones and told to fix the bed myself since housekeeping wasn’t available. My sister and I ended up sleeping in our car the first night because the room was that bad. No manager was on duty the entire weekend, and even after requesting a full cleaning, the stained comforter was never replaced and the dirty nightstands were never cleaned. The continental breakfast was decent, but everything was served on disposable plastic plates and utensils possibly to avoid the need for proper cleaning of standard dishware. Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be returning to any Hampton Inn.

Bedding and towels were clean, and the room didn't have bugs, but sadly that's about all I can say. Convenient to Gillette Stadium. Smoke alarm was covered in plastic, which seemed shady and bizarre. All surfaces in the room had a weird greasy sheen and sticky feel. Room also had a stale urine smell, which is probably due to old carpeting and dogs being allowed. Needs some major updates and maybe a change in housekeeping staff or policy. Don't recommend it!

The property was a Hampton Inn and was as expected. Comfortable bed, good size room. Terrible water pressure, shower head was coming out of the wall, broken shelf in shower. Cleanliness was OK, found a dime and a plastic wrapper on the floor. Overall it was fine.

This hotel was the worse hotel that i stayed at. The room was small , the bed was hard , the pillows were flat and the breakfast was horrible. I payed alot of money to stay here. The pitchers online when i made the reservation showed a pool , ( NO POOL ) showed a microwave in room, ( NO MICROWAVE ) never again. The Hampton Inn was horrible.

Definitely not one of the better Hampton Hiltons I've stayed at. No pool Only a small fridge, no microwave The worse part was lack of decent window coverings. Thin white see through pull down blinds Too much lignt coming in at night and early mornings. Didnt feel comfortable at all knowing people can see into your room when the lights are on.

We were staying at the hotel for a concert at Gillette. Check in should have been at 3, so we scheduled a car to pick us up at the hotel at 3:30 for dinner before the concert. This would give us time to check in and freshen up. Our room wasn’t ready until 4:35, we had to pay for the car to wait and we had to cancel our dinner reservation, getting to the concert hungry and almost late.

I woke up in the morning with a strange red mark on stomach area which I noticed as I entered the shower. Upon looking closer, I noticed there was a small black spot in the center that turned out to be a bug of some kind. I pulled it off my stomach and saw that it was moving - obviously alive! I placed it on a tissue and showed it to the staff at the front desk upon my checking out. I was given a business card with the name of the hotel’s manager and assured that he or someone would follow up on the issue. Nobody did! I subsequently called several times - unsuccessfully attempting to reach the manager. I was kept on hold several times - over 42 minutes on one of those occasions. The girl at the front desk (Geifa) told me that I would be acknowledged by the manager very shortly, but ultimately being sent to a voice message. The manager (Steve Altieri) NEVER accepted my calls or return my messages. I have been a loyal Hilton Honors member for many, many years and I very often choose Hampton Inn hotels as my preferred place to stay. I have never experienced anything like this in my life! I am appalled at your customer service and how your people ignore your guest’s needs and/or problems. It appears to me right now, that you have no intention to investigate or correct any problem that your guests may have. You are totally ignoring my issue and me as a valued customer! Your manager is totally disrespectful. I also feel that I should seek medical inspection. Stay tuned.

his place is NOT SAFE!!! Stay away! The room next to me started partying at 10pm (with many people in the room) ... loud TV, laughing, screaming at each other with very dirty words, banging doors! I could not sleep for a minute from 10pm to 1am! At 1am, I tried to call the front desk and manger on duty for 30 minutes... No answer! Finally, someone picked up my call at 1:30am, they said "they will check it" and hung up immediately! It is still ongoing!!! I am trying to call the front desk (for the last 30 minutes) but no one is picking up. It is 2 am now...and I'm not sure when will this nightmare end. This place is NOT SAFE! If anything happens to you during the night and you try to seek help, you will most likely die before the front desk picks up your call or do anything about it! I'm seriously considering going to another hotel right now! This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

check in person was not very welcoming, did not make eye contact and spoke very softly that I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying. No smile, No welcome, how can I help you? Love the shower gel and shampoo and conditioner in the shower, unfortunately the shampoo dispenser was empty, luckily I brought my own. Forgot to report it when we checked out since we needed to get on our way. Check out person was very nice, and welcoming even as we were checking out. He was helping another customer and seeing we were in a hurry took our room # and offered to email our receipt and welcomed us to Boston traffic. LOL

My stay was 4 days and my room was never cleaned. When I asked about it they just sorry and never tried correct the problem. I asked for towels (sets) and I finally got two bath towels and hour and a half later. Breakfast was horrible. Food was cold and juice watered down. On the third day we finally got played to use instead of small bowls. I think Hampton Inn could have done better.

Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, breakfast was empty at 8am after a group of schools consumed everything and not replenished until likely after I had to leave for work. Coffee was empty. Booked months in advance for a work trip and still got put in a noisy room by the elevators with a broken heat system. I did get to change rooms after asking kindly however I called the front desk 6 times to no answer, went down to the lobby to do it in person, not a single customer the front desk staff was just sitting across from the desk charging a phone and clearly ignoring the phone calls, I will be travelling to the region often for work and will not be staying here again due to the combination of factors that made the experience less than mediocre. If all the services were available the price would be worth it but unfortunately did not get even my included morning coffee from the lobby that takes a simple check and refill. Unimpressed.

The hotel is located on Route 1 roughly between Boston and the Patriots Stadium in Foxboro. Plenty of restaurants in-between and easy access to major highways (Rte. 128, I-93, and I-95) and the MBTA (Norwood Central station is about 2 miles away plus the 34E bus route on Washington St.). Hotel has a decent appearance and looks clean. My only negative is the cleaning of the rooms is done to early. Most hotels I've been to do most of the cleaning of the rooms in the afternoon, not the morning.

Sure didn’t feel like a $500 a night hotel that I would ever stay at again. Bed was not made properly No bags for laundry in the room. Coffee and hot water cold. No drinking ice/cold water in breakfast room. The attendant , who was not friendly, told me to go buy a bottle in the store. Both days , food was cold and only 2 out of 3 cereal containers had any in it Actually, based on other hotels I have stayed at, it was only an excuse for breakfast.

The bed and pillows was soft and very comfortable and that was very important to me. Also upon arrival, at checkin, I was given a gift bag with 2 complimentary bottles of water which was a nice touch. The breakfast was also good. No complaints from me. Kudos to the staff!

Breakfast options weren’t great. Waffle machine was broken and limited items to choose from. Our room spelled like smoke, I received a text from the front desk asking if there was anything I needed. Said an air freshener or something would be useful because the room smelled(in a non smoking room) and I got no response. We were there for 2 nights.
