There was a walmart, gas stations and a few restaurants right beside the hotel so that was very convenient. The main lobby has been renovated so its very inviting and nice. The front desk folks were friendly. The bistro staff were also very nice! This hotel had one of the best hotel gyms! That was great. The rooms are nice, comfy beds and clean. The pillows weren't great and the bathrooms are a bit old and dated. But overall I would definitely stay here again.

The amenities were amazing! In a convenient location for us. The staff were helpful when we had to change rooms in the middle of the night because of noisy neighbors. Very well decorated and the fitness room was incredible!

My husband and I spent 3 nights here while visiting family. I was really impressed with our first moments on the property. I tend to judge hotels pretty quickly. Our room was on a corner near an alternative entrance/exit door. It was super convenient however, we constantly heard the door slamming shut. Also, our room (albeit clean) had a musty smell. It was very clean and comfortable though. A couple nights into our stay; while out, the housekeeping staff tended to our room. When I came back, clean towels were thrown on the back of the toilet and the tp was sitting on the towel rack. I’m sure it was an oversight and wasn’t a big deal but I did request fresh towels and they came quickly. The best things that stood out was, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also the common areas were really clean and tidy. I also really loved the gym. It was very clean, updated equipment, lots of choices for activities. Lastly, I did some laundry and it was very convenient and the laundry facilities were great. We would stay again.

The second I opened the door, I couldn’t quite describe it, but the smell in the room was overwhelming — like mold or damp concrete. The bedsheets smelled strange, too. As soon as I stepped inside, I called the front desk to report how awful the smell was. Their only response was a long, drawn-out 'Okaaay…' It creeped me out, but I quietly endured a 4-day stay in that same stinking room. Walmart was right across from the hotel — within walking distance. The surroundings looked good. The hotel serves breakfast and dinner. Other than the room experience, I actually liked the rest of my stay.

Hotel rooms reek of cigarette smoke. We had two rooms and both were so smoke-filled that the clothes we wore in the rooms and to bed - kid’s pjs - were smoky in our suitcases days after we left. The last time we stayed here this was a problem so I complained to management and a Marriott representative and both promised it would be fixed. Fool me twice I guess… We will never return.

The staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out was fast and efficient. The room had some traffic noise but I set the fan on constant mode and it covered the traffic sounds. Some rust on the bath tub but nothing terrible. I felt it was a good value.

The checkin host was great, she got us checked in soon as we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The greatest downfall of this location is the insane fact that the walls are paper thin. You hear the room on the right getting busy, moaning in the middle of the night, while hearing a conversation being had in the room on the left clear as day, almost as if there wasn’t a wall separating the rooms at all. There was a wedding party during our stay that was loud as hell past 3am. Completely ruined my experience here.

The property was nice but the room was terrible. Was put in a first floor room. Could hear every car door opening and closing and ppl talking outside. The guests above us were so loud we could hear them walking around all night!! I would not recommend this hotel!!

Out dated property - rooms have old fashioned tubs & showers w/curtains, old AC/Heat systems you need to crawl on the floor under a counter to adjust. Feels like a 50 yr old building

I arrived late at night to find out that the hotel did not have the room type that I had booked on Hotels.com. The hotel was completely sold out as were all surrounding hotels. I had expected to have a room with a king bed and a double sofa bed. I received a room with a king bed only for three people. I’m very disappointed in Hotels.com charging me for a room that the hotel did not have available and not letting me know in advance. This is the last time I book through them.

Courtyard Raynham MA We checked in on 11-27 check out was noon on 11-28. Thanksgiving more there were approximately 6 cars in the parking lot of the hotel. Its pouring rain we were not expected to our hosts home for another 2hours. All we needed was an extra 30 to 60 min as we had no where to go. We were denied. I had just returned from a trip from Aruba and stayed at the Marriott Surf Club. We had asked for an extra hour as our flight wasn’t going to takeoff until later. They were kind enough to give us three extra hours. And the clerk and Rayham couldn’t even allow us to stay 30 minutes longer! So no, I was not happy with the service at the courtyard in Rayham

My stay was quiet, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately I must agree with others when they say the place needs an upgrade. The items are old, with a not so fresh smell, woke up with back pain due to feeling the springs in the bed & if you dont put that dont disturb sign on your door, housekeeping will wake you up, like they did me at 8am.

The safe was great. Hotel very nice. Breakfast include would have been a bonus as we chose not to eat at the hotel but go to a very nicelocal restaurant for brunch.

I give them 3 stars cause that’s what they deserved, how come i paid a hotel room for $ 197 per night and there’s no breakfast included? Make no sense to me while at Best western i paid $49 per nights i got too much of them ,crazy breakfast and pool, Gym.

The hotel was in a nice area on the way to the Cape. It smelled of smoke the second you walked in the lobby. A turn off for me. No extra pillows for the bed, unlike other hotels for this price. Very disappointed that there was breakfast but it was not included in the price for $250. Next time we will drive a little farther and get a different hotel
