It’s clean and the pool is decent. Everything was working. It’s just a little rundown. The people are nice enough, but some of the clientele were a little sketchy overall, I would probably stay here again as we were here for a softball tournament

There is nothing fancy about this hotel. However, the place is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel staff was excellent! I got there early to avoid traffic, and they made sure my room was available within minutes. They had a clean pool, which I enjoyed before heading to the Rod Stewart Concert at the Xfinity center in Mansfield. It’s about a 25 minute drive from there.

Pool fence was broken and latched with a rope, however it was clean. Staff friendly but disappointed we could not get our Netflix or YouTube channel to chrome cast to the tv. Two nights without this working after asking it to be fixed. The helpline number was useless that they gave me. There was supposed to be 25ft from the door no smoking. Constant smoke smell walking in and out of my room and building. The staff were always friendly and beds comfortable

The bedding is so soft, it was heavenly sleep. Large parking spaces, easy to access. The sign is a bit hard to spot from the street. 2 entrances. If your GPS tells you there's a rear entrance, itl lying 😉

Place was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. Carpets were a little old in the room and the hallway had a slight odor. But the room was great, A/C was really powerful. Ate at the complimentary breakfast one day and it was fine.

Upon check in a strong cigarette odor was present, I went and made the clerk aware of this and the next day they brought an ozone machine to remedy the situation. This was a temp fix until the tenants (they were living there) in the room next to us started smoking again (this is a non smoking facility). Additionally, this is an old motel that has been very poorly updated and maintained. On top of that the floors in the room were sticky and we could not walk in there barefoot due to all the dirt that would stick to our feet. Gross.

The room floor was sticky dirty and we had to mop it up by rag to get it so our feet wouldnt stick. The room itself was relatively clean otherwise. Everything older. Located right on main drag which is good or bad depending on your perspective. Noisy all around us. Probably wouldnt stay there again.

The hotel room was dirty in places, including the threshold into the bathroom and corners throughout. The hallway had an unfavorable aroma that kind of smelled like something was being used to maybe cover up cigarette smoke. The door did not close on its own and needed assistance making sure it latched. The shower was stained and cracked. It did not seem clean. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and not highly effective at cooling the room. It squealed every time it came on and sounded like crickets while it was running. The in room single cup coffee brewer was filthy with thick, brown sludge in the bottom of it. All in all, I debated complaining and asking for my money back to I could find another hotel, but there was nothing easily accessible in the area and I had just driven 11 hours, so I was exhausted.

The place was run down it looked like a different place in pictures. Shower drain wasn't attracted to anything just sitting over a hole. Shower floor tiles were very uneven. Heating unit was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Closet door wouldn't shut because it was so worpt . The door to the you could see light to outside. And hard to open and close . Wouldn't close unless you pulled it shut. Quality inn should be embarrassed to have there name on it.

Breakfast was not as per the reviews. The attendant took away the waffle mix and started cleaning at 9. There were still people coming in for breakfast. This quality inn is not a building with multiple floors which I was expecting. All the room are on ground floor like a motel. The most imp thing was we were able to rest properly and peaceful. Also wifi is good. Never experienced such good wifi internet speed at any hotels before

All I could hear was door slamming. The water pressure in shower was awful. Room was clean, pillows were half size, never seen that before. Seems like it’s a truck stop for workers. Won’t be back.

The breakfast was excellent, I especially loved the waffle maker and fresh orange juice. The room was not as soundproof as I was would have liked, I could hear every car pulling in and out and people talking outside the room, but overall the room was very clean and comfortable.

It serves its purpose but is lacking in charm. I couldn't open many of the doors for some reason, key card or not they were all finicky. Kids ran in the halls all night long. You can hear everything happening in the hallway. AC didn't last all night which was tough.

It wasn’t great but it was ok. The bathroom is rather small and one of the beds was too close to the closet. I felt like it wasn’t really spacious enough. I could hear whoever was above me had kids jumping up and down. For the amount they charge, it was not worth it. I’ve stayed in better hotels for cheaper and I will never understand how I pay so much for a room that I don’t even spend 24 hours in.

I stayed for two nights and overall the hotel itself was nice, but I did experience several issues during my stay. When we checked in, the front desk staff gave us incorrect directions to our room, which caused us to walk around for a while before finding it. I have health and leg problems, so that was especially difficult. I also had an unpleasant encounter with one of the cleaning staff members who was very rude to me and my friend, which felt unprofessional. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows had almost no support. The TV was also difficult to use and neither Netflix nor YouTube would load properly. Regarding late checkout, I was willing to pay for extra time, but when I called on the last morning I was only given until 12pm. I didn’t have a car and had a 5:30pm birthday reservation, so I was hoping for at least a 1–2pm checkout. Since we didn’t feel comfortable waiting in the lobby due to the staff interactions, we ended up waiting at a Dunkin’ instead.

At check in, the front desk clerk was confused on where our roommay that was made before we arrived went and made a new one. My daughter and i go to walk into our room to find two males already inside. Upon returning to the desk to tell them this, we receive no apology or any sort of remorse for the mess up, but are simply met with "well that's supposed to be your room " while looking at preprinted paperwork. They assign us a new room. The building is ao old and updated that you can literally hear every noise another person makes whether its in their own room or in the hall. The outside door to the building would slam shut every time a person would walk in or out, so needless to say we did not get much sleep. The floor felt sticky like it had not been cleaned. The one good thing was at least the bedding appeared clean and pillows were fluffy.

For this level of hotel room, it was clean, no smell and we could get a hot cup of coffee and sausage & egg muffin for breakfast. Very good location if your going to the Patriots football game 25 minutes away. We did a two night stay and it was fine.

No doubt the cleanliness of the room was up to Choice/Quality standards. Beyond that the facility is essentially a refurbished motel. With all rooms on one level and just off the street the road noise, in a word, was noticeable. Also, the night weather was quite warm and humid and the air conditioner had a hard time keeping the room cool and dry. It cycled continually through the night making sleep difficult at times. These things being said I would like to say that the price we paid for the room we got was higher than I would have expected. Please note that these comments are solely meant to be constructive.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 night and not one of those days did we have breakfast in the morning due to not food available. Our lights flickered they changed bulbs but only two lights worked at a time couldn’t charge our phones. The a/c was unreliable. The bed was as comfortable as i would of liked for our stay one thing I will give them was the hotel was very quiet

“Breakfast was supposed to go to 9:30 but when we arrived at 9 there was nothing left and it was being cleaned up. We budgeted time and money assuming that breakfast was included. Giving 2 stars only because of nice staff.”

The only good thing was the girl at reception,, she was friendly,, room smelt like there was dead rodent in air conditioner/heat unit,, bathroom sink would fill up with water and not drain,,, same with bathtub,,, could not turn on fan,, it would screech,,, towels were well worn,,, breakfast looked disgusting so didn’t even try,, staff in dining area never said hello,, looked grumpy,,, ,, coffee machine in hallway,,, nothing about this place was good,,, I did read ratings and reviews before booking this place and it seemed okay,,,, for almost 500 Canadian,,, I would definitely expect better
