Honestly the whole stay was smooth sailing from getting to pick my room to the ease of a digital key. I wish I got to enjoy the pool but I did sleep like a baby so that's saying something.

First, I called the front desk before I booked and they told me they had free EV charging…well they had no charging what so ever. 2nd, the HVAC wasn’t automatic, thermostat on wall didn’t work and you have to use a mini split or something like it from the seventies that doesn’t auto switch from AC to Heat and it doesn’t have numbers to adjust temp but rather a hot/cold graph from a 1970s Oldsmobile. When taking a shower, I got the perfect temperature but every few minutes it would change to scalding hot then revert back…so relaxing. Icing on the cake was the alarm clock went off early in the morning, and I did not touch the alarm clock.

My family and I had a wonderful time here! The location is perfect, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The room and everywhere we went was so clean. My kids loved the pool. High five to this team/management. It is possibly one of the nicest/friendliest/best places I've ever stayed!

The elevator had dirt and food crumbs in the corners of the elevator cabin. One of the arrow lights and lense was broken out. The toilet in my room would not properly flush. They tried to fix it after night #1. Same problem night #2. Tried to fix it again and couldn't fix it day #3. They never offered a move to another room or any remedy.

The place was a mess. I got to the room, pulled back bed cover to find bugs. I immediately went down to the front desk and informed them that this was unacceptable and I wanted a full refund. I was so disgusted I ended up driving all night to get home. I need to be refunded for that booking.

The room was not maintained well, peeling varnish on most of the furniture, the tub filled with water when showering for less than 2 min, general unclean feeling throughout. Walls and ceilings are not sound proof, at all, and everything word spoken in the hallway or at the party upstairs could be heard. The party going on in a room above was allowed to go until at least 1AM.

External Elevator Door almost closed on my 3yr old when we were entering from the 4th floor. Brought it up to the front desk and they seemed to brush it off. Breakfast area was poorly stocked and dirty. Attendant was busy talking about Tetris and other things while the tables around the dining area were left with syrup, food, and discarded plates etc. shower in the room was dirty with stains in tub and on walls. Would not recommend this place outside of being convenient on/off highway.

Everything was very clean, great breakfast for those on a Gluten free or not, Oatmeal, eggs, toast, Waffles, yogurt, hot tea, cup holders, beautiful showers and flower lamps that match the paints within the lobby and rooms. The rooms had special blinds for a great good night sleep, and a great staff at the Service Clerical Check Out Desk Person, along with a friendly knowledgible maid. The food at Hampton Inn Staff, and clean room is a great stay. And it included a refridgirator and microwave, which is a extra plus.

Stayed gor 9 nighys.oir TV didst work for the fitst 4 nights even thoigh foit different people tried to fix it in the meantime. Didn't receive any sort of apologu ot any type of comp for the boredom, so that was disappointing. Also, they only clean the rooms every three daus bit you have to rrad a dogn on the check im desk, they don't tell you Despote this, it was a good stay. Staff os very friendly and bteakfast is gteat.

There was a ton of late night noise, no one stopping people at all hours of the night. Bathroom had hair and hair ties still in the shower. But the worst was the mattress. Most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on. Hard as a rock. Food was ok, nothing special.

When I arrived in the lobby there was no one to greet you. No employees at the front desk. When she came out from the back she was on her cell phone talking to her child. I checked in went up to our room and it was a queen with a pull out. I booked for 2 queen beds I called down to front desk and complained. Why did she not tell me when I checked in that I was not getting the room I booked. She told me the hotel overbooked and there was no double queen rooms available. We were not happy at all I asked for a manger and she said she was the manager. Also, the bathroom was disgusting. I will never go back to this hotel again. After driving 6 hours I had to sleep on a pull out couch. Very poor management. Do not stay at this hotel!!!

The room was okay I was not happy with my check in I arrived at the property for 2:50pm my check in time was 3:00pm I did not get in my room till 3:45pm while everyone else was getting to go to there room when they checked in

This was my second stay at this location and I couldn’t have asked for better service… Brendan is AMAZING! During each stay, Brendan went well beyond the call of duty. We booked our rooms through a third party and requested special accommodations for my father. Although the hotel was sold out and our type of accessible room was not available, prior to our arrival, Brendan ensured that our room was set up to accommodate the necessary accessibility my father required! Thank you to both Brendan and Maintenance for making our stay comfortable and exceptional and enjoyable! We will definitely return for repeat stays! Brendan deserves recognition for a phenomenal job well done! 😊

Your staff is always very nice and professional. You have this one woman who works the breakfast almost every day that I have been there. Her name is Robyn. She is always exceptional. I have probably stayed at this Hampton Inn 20-30 times over the last five or six years. Don’t remember how long Robyn has been there, but she is always helpful and professional and kind. She keeps the food area, spotless, and extremely well stocked. I hope your company recognizes her for all that she does, and how she makes your customers feel welcome.

A wonderful hotel near just about anything in the area. Property was clean, well kept, staff was friendly, breakfast in the morning was about as good as a hotel breakfast buffet gets, and the room was very comfortable. Only complaint i uave is getting off the highway and into the hotel was an extremely fast turn. But the actual property was top notch. 100% staying here again on our next visit to the area.

The hotel itself is very good. Unfortunately the location is on a busy noisy road. At check out the staff suggested a different room on the opposite side of the building. My husband and I only stayed one night but a good night’s sleep is still important. The staff at this location was very helpful and friendly.

Great staff - everyone was pleasant and helpful. Best part was the breakfast --excellent! Even more excellent was Robin, who managed the breakfast. So nice, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value. Would definitely recommend!
