After a stressful trip, we arrived late to the hotel and was met with lack of care and no information on what might be available to eat at that time. Other than being told to DoorDash or Uber Eats. Then their snack area for purchase was lacking and no real choices. While it has a pool, we weren’t able to use it due to time constraints. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

I notified the property multiple times that my flight arrived after midnight. When I called for shuttle I was told that they way overbooked and did not have rooms. There were at least a dozen people in the same position while the young lady at the desk tried finding other hotels. No help from on site management or corporate office. I ended up having to find my own room which costs me $150+ more than my reserved room plus I had to pay for an Uber. Hotels.com was no help either. Blamed it on me for arriving after 11:30. That doesn’t explain all the other people waiting too
