The staff is not helpful, not polite. They are just checking their phone all day long.

Really nice location right on the beach and train stop. Spacious room with beautiful ocean view. They allowed us a late check out free of charge which was very nice as we were catching a late afternoon flight. Free airport transfer, easy and quick. We would definitely book this hotel again if we return to Boston. Great value!

The hotel was clean, but the pool was completely closed without advance notice. There was some damage from previous guests in our room and our door didn’t lock properly. The staff was excellent but the property was a little beat up.

The breakfast was good, but the staff were unpleasant and there was a leak into the first floor
