Our family of 4 loved this hotel. It was nice, clean, and quiet at night. The free breakfast was really good. It had a pool for my kids to cool off after sightseeing. It was nice to be near the airport for our flight back. We were also happy to have a Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel, since traffic made it take a while to get to other restaurants. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were in the area.

Shuttle service was good. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! Some of the towels were scratchy and the carpet in the room and the halls were soiled. There was only a small hand held shower head which was not well attached to the wall so was hard to use.

The temperature was so cold and there was not a way to control it in the room. The rugs were dirty . We left at 5:30 and no breakfast services . The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. It did not feel that clean .

It is broadly convenient and staff is generally friendly. Yet, rooms are a bit dated and the air conditioning equip seems quite dated so that it was very noisy which was bothersome at night. We visited to commute to downtown for sightseeting everyday. it took one day to get the hang of traffic. not hard but it takes some effort initially to get to the city. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room is roomy. WiFi is of decent speed and the Mexican restaurant next door is a nice option to have.

Young man at reception was great but rooms looked a little old. But the worst part was the noise. The wall are paper thin. You can hear everything (a not just hearing mumbling voices but hearing every single word). Couple next door decided to call every body on their contact list at 1:00 am. Couldn’t sleep at all. Got a room there because I was flying out super early but I would been better off at another hotel. Absolute worst. NEVER AGAiN!

My family had to catch a bus at the airport in the early morning. During check-in the night before, the front desk informed us that airport shuttle would be available at all times in the morning. We went to the front door 40 minutes in advance to ensure sufficient time to the airport, but as we told the front desk and the shuttle driver that we had to be at the airport by 7:35, they insisted that the shuttle had to wait for crew members and refused to head out to the airport. We chose this hotel because of the convenience of airport transportation, but the stress from the front desk's misinformation and stubbornness of the airport shuttle schedule were extremely disappointing.

I checked in for a short, five hour rest late the other night after being diverted to Boston from New York City. The staff who check me in got me checked in very quickly, we’re very friendly and welcoming, and help me understand the timings for getting out the next day on the airport, shuttle early in the morning. My wake up call was on time, the bed was comfortable, and the shower got hot very quickly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Once inside the hotel is was lovely. Public spaces & rooms were neat , well appointed and well maintained. The staff were great. The location was very off-putting in between busy roads in a congested area. It is fairly near Logan airport and the airport shuttle works very well.

The property was in a very busy area, right off the highway. I didn't really mind because it was winter and I was not going to spend much time outside. I was able to walk to different places but the walk didn't feel safe and I worried about getting hit by a car as I was walking.

Not too shabby. Room was clean, bed was comfy enough, staff were nice. Pool is not heated, which was a cold shock haha. Area around hotel is not appealing - to be frank, all of Revere was thos way from what I saw. But if you need a place to stay near the airport or outside Boston, this place is decent. The hotel is nowhere near the airport, it’s in a remote and pretty rundown town outside of Boston, right next to a massive Amazon distribution facility. I should have looked at it on a map before booking! You can walk to a commuter train about 15 minutes away that will take you into Boston, but you wouldn’t want to do it at night. They also have a shuttle that will take you back to the airport and from there you can take the train into Boston, but the shuttle is a bit irregular, so it’s a long trip. Staff in the restaurant were lovely and helpful, as were the daytime staff at the front desk, though the night staff were decidedly unhelpful. We left a Kindle in our room and the hotel will not respond to any queries about whether it has been found, the last tracking information shows that it was there. There are no safes in the room. Despite being surrounded by huge parking lots on all four sides they also charge $20 a night for parking!

I might never stay here again because of the way the complimentary breakfast is ran. The staff starts removing the food, drinks, fruits, milk for coffee at 9:30 sharp or even earlier. With most hotels, the 9:30 breakfast cutoff time generally means no more food will be put out and the staff will leave the food out until the last guest has left the breakfast room. There is no need to rush guests who may have entered the room at 925. The 930 cutoff time is already early for most hotels. My suggestion is to keep the 930 time for breakfast but keep all food and drink out until 10. No on wants to be rushed while eating breakfast.
