DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston - Westborough

Great hotel for a great price. Nice room and very nice lobby. Received free waters and warm cookies at check in. Parking was easy and there was a bar/restaurant in the lobby.

1980s small rooms and bathrooms, no fridge in room, coffee in room was horrid, bathroom had hairs all over ceiling, no one answered front desk in the morning, two out of three treadmills were not working, other one didn’t incline. Place needs a good overhaul. Convenient location next to 495 and Route 9.

This is a wonderful hotel, check in was easy, staff very polite, the pool was fantastic, the room’s spacious, clean and overall well kept

Bar was open limited hours 6pm - 10pm. Website states opens at noon. TVs didn't work in the bar. Breakfast was expensive for continental breakfast ($14). Full buffet breakfast was $2 more.

Great hotel, had a nice restaurant and bar, live music in the evening, many people enjoying the space. Nice gym and pool. Free parking. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel right of the highway. Perfect for business in the area or a spot to rest on a long trip. The pool area is nice and pool was a perfect temperature, no hot tub or sauna. We attended an event in the hotel and that was well done. The bar closed early, and there was no room service.

4 dollars for bad coffee and coffee in rooms was bad, staff not accommodating i stayed 4days and nights , I asked for housing keeping,ran out toilet paper, shampoo less price hotel would have been more accommodating one microwave for whole hotel ? Roof in pool area leaking

The stay was very nice, having access to washing machines was very helpful. And the pool was a life saver with the grandchildren.

Hotel room was disgusting. Upon arrival in my room, there was dried makeup all over the bathroom counter, urine on the toilet seat, and hair all over the shower. Makeup was also spilled on the bedside table, and had been smeared on the mirror in the bedroom. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. Hotel had a super outdated feel. Only positive was the location was convenient with lots of stores and restaurants around.

I had to switch rooms because the first room I was in had a filthy washroom. I hadn't noticed until I'd unpacked. The second room was not much better. And there was a massive leak in the washroom ceiling that made the toilet and surrounding floor soaking wet. No one was overly concerned, though they took note. No rooms to move me to, and I was there for two concerts, no time to deal with room stuff.

Hallway smelled of gas , comforter on bed not cleaned . asked for extra blankets to be brought up since they didn’t provide a room with a sofa bed like I asked and never received blankets . not very clean .

The entire 2nd floor south wing hallway continuously smelled of pot and smoke- for the 3 day stay.

Stayed here for one night after an event with friends. Check in was accommodating and friendly. Room was very clean a fresh as well.

Have stayed here multiple times and would continue to if it weren’t for this experience which was a nightmare beginning to end. The entire hotel was in shambles due to renovations which could have been manageable if only it did not affect the quality of the stay and hospitality which was certainly compromised under these circumstances. I was notified on the Hilton Honors app that my room was ready so I headed over to check in for them to tell me it wasn’t ready yet and to come back in half an hour. I returned an hour later for them to tell me that it still wasn’t ready, housekeeping is behind. I was surprised, but agreed to wait. Not a minute later and the room was somehow suddenly ready. When I got to the room and looked around the bathroom was in deplorable condition, the sink was dirty and there was poop splattered all over the toilet. I called the front desk to let them know (this was about a minute after I got up to the room maybe 4:05PM) and they said they were fully booked and they didn’t have any other rooms to offer me but they would send someone up to clean it. By 8 still no one had come to clean it so I left and called the front desk again to let them know I’d be leaving and they could call me once the room was cleaned - I got a voicemail at about 9:30 that it was ready but by that time I had made other arrangements. Really disappointed with this experience.

Hotel was very clean and service was great.

The hotel was very busy in the lobby when I arrived and noisy. I was concerned that it would be hard to sleep. I closed the door and never heard a sound! The most quiet room I have been in!

Newly remodeled

Better than just average business hotel, the hotel is nice and clean. The room was also vey clean although on a smaller side. Their buffet breakfast is very good. The only reason I'm giving the hotel 4 stars is that its WiFi was slow. Occasionally, it became faster but then would slow down again. We contacted the front desk but they could not help us. I don't believe there was something wrong with our phones as both my wife and I had the same problem and we stayed at several hotels on this trip where WiFi worked just fine.

The room had a very pleasant and welcoming scent upon arrival. The bed was super comfortable.

As expected, clean, friendly. One thing that we didn't enjoy was the AC/heating unit, it was quite noise, we had to shut it down.

Hotel is great. They did end up bringing me one but think it’s strange when a hotel room doesn’t have a microwave besides a “community” microwave. Food restrictions keep you from eating out for some people. Other than that and the terrible WiFi unless you pay extra, everything was fantastic.

The hotel main lobby was under renovation when we stayed. Food was good though. The room was quite noisy from the hvac.

Our stay at this hotel was great! Very courteous staff. Great service. Only one thing that needs improvement I would say is the restroom as it was very, very small.

The room was incredibly clean, bed was super comfortable and staff was amazing. Tv had some cool features, appreciated they had free allergy friendly cookies to offer us and check in / check out couldn’t have been easier. Even locked my self out of my room like an idiot and they got me a new key in seconds after verifying it was me.

lTo replace a missing hair dryer in room required a wait of more than half an hour and a trip to front desk. No apology offered.

There was no room available when we arrived They sent us to another hotel and told us the room would be comped But when we got to the other hotel they refused to comp the room Won’t ever stay at a doubletree again !!

Good value and easy access to Worcester and Framingham. Facility has been nicely refurbished since our last visit a few years ago. Staff was helpful and courteous.

We stayed for two nights. The halls were a little confusing but overall it was a good stay. It’s 10 minutes from the train station so that was convenient.

OK but you’ll need a car to do anything. And it’s 45 mins west of Boston so keep that in mind before booking.

There was a noticeable layer of dust on everything in my room. The furniture was very outdated. There was a QR code to the guest guide for dining and things like that, but the code did not work. The hotel is in an industrial park and nothing is within walking distance. I would not stay here again.

Location is too far from downtown Boston.

In general, everything was fine. But breakfast, although it has options, is a little expensive for what they offer. Scrambled eggs and potatoes don't taste the best and French toasts are also a bit regular. The bacon was good but in general it looks like airplane food, so the breakfast is overpriced. I had a burger for dinner and it was ok. So it is convenient to have a “restaurant” in the place because driving is at least 10 minutes from another place, but I think they take advantage of that.

Love the hotel, but the coffee in the front lobby is some of the worst I have ever tasted…and I have stayed in a lot of good and bad hotels around the USA and around the world. All else was really nice!

Room was spotless. The temperature was difficult to maintain. The tub had no traction or anti-slip pads on the floor. So, one had to be careful in the shower. The standard room coffee was OK, not refilled daily. $4 coffee in the lobby was ridiculous, should have been complimentary.

The stay was good and the staff was stay and friendly. The bar lounge was nice and the food was very good. I did not eat at the breakfast buffet. My husband said he didn't think it was worth the charge.

Loved the breakfast! The guy at the bar at night during the week was absolutely the nicest person! Same with the guy at breakfast! Everyone was very friendly and professional! Loved our stay!

Bar only open 6-9. Very limited drink selection. Two cold sandwiches and two salads offered as part of the “restaurant”. Will not stay here again or recommend.
