The room was clean, quiet, and well updated. They kindly moved us from a room with a shower to a room with a bathtub without issue (our current apartment doesn't have a tub and we were desperately looking forward to being able to have a good soak. the tubwas sparkling clean). I also forgot my favorite socks upon checkout and they found them and mailed them back (I of course offered to pay for shipping because that was my oversight). The center of town is a very short walk away and is adorable. They were so accommodating, friendly, and welcoming and it was a very enjoyable stay. Note they don't have elevators so let them know if you need first floor accommodations if you have a disability.

Very good for an inexpensive hotel. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Good Keurig coffee in the lobby all the time. Downsides. The rugs were quite worn out (but clean). 3 story building with a basement where the vending machines and ice machine were. Also a kitchen and a full size fridge. But no elevator. The parking lot was cramped. I would stay again next time I'm in the area.

Truly, it was an amazing stay! location was easily accessible to main roads for us to travel to all the areas we were visiting.our hotel room and bathroom were clean and cozy! There was a fridge and microwave. Paul met us each day with a kind and warm welcome, insightful on our adventures. his customer service was outstanding, truly he helped us after hours when I needed help. He was helpful and reliable to support us when it came to any complications we managed to have to deal with. I even messed up my reservation and he was so awesome and fixed it for us without any problems. Bree who worked there was really nice and gave us some cool insight on Massachusetts driving laws bc well let me just say it’s not the same as driving in Denver. They had complimentary coffee in the lobby. The parking can get tight when you have a whole convention center event selling out hotel all around. I would definitely recommend.

This didn't look like your typical chain hotel, but it had great ratings. So, we took a chance & it lived up to its ratings. Nothing fancy, no pool or workout room or breakfast, but it was clean, friendly & comfortable & that's all we were looking for. We were very pleased!

There was only a few cars in the parking lot, it was already late evening when we checked in and he put us on 3rd floor…no elevator! I asked could we be put on 1st floor and he said couldn’t change the room.

No lighting in parking lot so very hard to find way to lobby. Virtual lobby (no actual staff there) was a bit confusing but worked ok. Room was sparse but immaculately clean. Good value.

Everything was very good! Staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative I saw was the carpet going up the stairs needed to be cleaned. I would suggest using something other than carpet. Would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Not quiet as clean as I would have liked (especially the bathroom - hair in the drain and on the walls, orange/mildew staining on the bottom of the shower curtain, dirt on the floor, etc). The manager was very kind though and the room was just what we needed while coming down from Maine for our dog to get surgery at TUFTS (only 10 minutes from the hospital). There was an ac unit in the room which was great and the bed was comfortable. I mostly just slept since I was so exhausted. Would stay again.

This was a very good stay. The room was very clean, the owner was very friendly and helpful. The property was in the process of painting and repairs, management kept everyone well informed of each days work. The price was great. I loved my stay. If there is a draw back, it is only very minor and that is that the rooms are a bit spartan. But since I was out nearly every day it did not bother me. I could not connect to the wi-fi, if there even was wi-fi but I created my own mobile hot spot so again not that big of a deal. I would happily stay there again on my next visit.

This hotel is unusual - it’s more like a renovated old boarding home. It doesn’t look like a hotel from the outside. The rooms are beautifully renovated (within the last two months according to the manager). The room had a mini fridge and a microwave, the AC unit was easily controlled with a remote control. The desk people were really nice. One thing to note - this hotel isn’t surrounded by stores and restaurants. My sister stayed in a different hotel that had a fast food resturant in the same parking Lot and a mall across the street. If you want that kind of thing then this hotel probably isn’t for you. I liked it and would stay again!

The facilities are clean and provide what is needed for a stay. The bathroom is tight... the sink is small and the shower is just big enough for average people, but-- they did the job. The biggest issue is the noise from traffic. It's location in town meant hearing sirens and motorcycles in the early morning hours-- and some broken sleep. The walls don't also help when anyone is talking in the hall.

The updates to the rooms were great since my last trip. Need a nicer outside area for guests to hang out in since there is no inside lounge area any more. The rugs in the common areas need cleaning. Need more hangers in the room. Would also be nice to have a comf chair in the room. Only chair is a desk chair and it is not comfortable,

It was a very comfortable stay at Westborough Inn. Paul, the manager was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The bed was the most comfortable I have seen in a hotel.

Hotel was clean. Staff very helpful. The man who checked me in helped me with my luggage as I walk with a cane and I have balance issues. Only problem was finding the hotel. Had to go around the block a few times.

Hotel was very clean and tidy, check in was super easy and Paul the owner/manager is a real sweetheart.. offered to help us with our luggage upstairs (there is no elevator) and even had a sheet with local restaurants around the area to check out both at the front desk and in the room, we ended up going to a local Mexican Restaurant for dinner that was delicious! Hotel was fairly quiet even with being fully booked and the rooms were clean and quaint.. perfect for a quick weekend trip. Only comfort issue we had was that the bed was a little hard for our preference but still cozy. If we are ever in the area again I'd stay here!

We really found the service to be friendly and accommodating. Paul was on top of everything. I was able to work remotely with the wifi provided. We walked to town for dinner, trying out one of the many recommendations they list in the room for easy reference.

There are no employees over night. All night people were partying and coming and going till 6am when I left...felt like illegal activity. Cars picking people up in middle of night. I did not sleep at all. It was clearly unsafe. I called the hotel for them to make it right. They said they would look at the video and get back to me....they never did....

Visiting our daughter and family one town over stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it ! The front desk person,Paul was extremely friendly and helpful.The hotel was clean and comfortable would definitely stay here again when visiting family, highly recommended !

The room was clean, quiet, and well updated. They kindly moved us from a room with a shower to a room with a bathtub without issue (our current apartment doesn't have a tub and we were desperately looking forward to being able to have a good soak. the tubwas sparkling clean). I also forgot my favorite socks upon checkout and they found them and mailed them back (I of course offered to pay for shipping because that was my oversight). The center of town is a very short walk away and is adorable. They were so accommodating, friendly, and welcoming and it was a very enjoyable stay. Note they don't have elevators so let them know if you need first floor accommodations if you have a disability.

This was a great place to stay, just outside of Boston. Our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Safe location, good parking, friendly staff. It was nice and quiet and seemed newly renovated. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very friendly and welcoming at check in! Super clean room. Called us earlier in the day to recommend a room switch, which we appreciated. Some road noise, so if you want a super quiet room, ask for one not near the road. But not a big deal for us. Location very convenient for our appointment in Worcester (only about 20-30 mins away.)

The room was great with the little fridge and microwave. There was a Keurig coffee maker in the lobby area with a nice variety of coffee and tea, including flavored and decaf coffee. I, personally, was happy with my entire stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great if you want to be near the hustle & bustle without being a part of it.

Very good for an inexpensive hotel. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Good Keurig coffee in the lobby all the time. Downsides. The rugs were quite worn out (but clean). 3 story building with a basement where the vending machines and ice machine were. Also a kitchen and a full size fridge. But no elevator. The parking lot was cramped. I would stay again next time I'm in the area.

Truly, it was an amazing stay! location was easily accessible to main roads for us to travel to all the areas we were visiting.our hotel room and bathroom were clean and cozy! There was a fridge and microwave. Paul met us each day with a kind and warm welcome, insightful on our adventures. his customer service was outstanding, truly he helped us after hours when I needed help. He was helpful and reliable to support us when it came to any complications we managed to have to deal with. I even messed up my reservation and he was so awesome and fixed it for us without any problems. Bree who worked there was really nice and gave us some cool insight on Massachusetts driving laws bc well let me just say it’s not the same as driving in Denver. They had complimentary coffee in the lobby. The parking can get tight when you have a whole convention center event selling out hotel all around. I would definitely recommend.

Hotel was very clean and tidy, check in was super easy and Paul the owner/manager is a real sweetheart.. offered to help us with our luggage upstairs (there is no elevator) and even had a sheet with local restaurants around the area to check out both at the front desk and in the room, we ended up going to a local Mexican Restaurant for dinner that was delicious! Hotel was fairly quiet even with being fully booked and the rooms were clean and quaint.. perfect for a quick weekend trip. Only comfort issue we had was that the bed was a little hard for our preference but still cozy. If we are ever in the area again I'd stay here!
